If I could give a ZERO I would. Scheduled appointment, paying 100 dollar deposit. They do not inform its no refundable, take your money and schedule appointment. Day prior to appointment call me to reschedule it due to their own reasons not my request. I reschedule it to meet their needs. Then I speak with my PCP to find out that the medication they use would not be good for me with my High Blood Pressure and I have to cancel appointment.At this point - I cancel due to my own health as result of medical professional guidance. I call to speak with the office - they NOW decide to tell me it is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO where in the paperwork they sent did it say non-refundable, no where in the initial phone call do they say its non-refundable. Shame on me for trusting a medical professional office to be on the up and up.IF you want to go to them for weight loss- ensure you have lawyer present to go over all small details and disclaimers or they will take your money and provide no services!!!

Do not schedule an appointment without getting details. Receptionist is unprofessional and will lie through teeth. Was told deposit amount $100 for appointment but was not told about programs total amount because was told this will be discussed at the appointment. Without knowing how much program would cost could not pay for programs that I wanted. Because was told deposit with cover part of the program. To reschedule will have to pay a rescheduling fee of an additional $40. Also was suppose to receive paperwork but receptionist failed to asked for address as well. But lie and said she discuss everything, all programs and sent paperwork to an unknown address.

Ive seen Dr. Kochert for various pain issues over the years. Her expertise and pain relief procedures are by far the best of any other Doctor Ive seen. Shes saved me from having to go the surgical route. Thats worth 10 stars.

Dr. Kochart is an awesome doctor. She takes time to talk to you and she answers all of you questions. She wants to know that your medicine is doing its job and she will work to get you where you need to be so that you can live your life,work,go to school,take care of your kids,etc and able to do it all comfortably with as little pain as possible. I absolutely love her!!!

Because I didnt have health insurance at the time, I feel like Dr. Kochert basically just prescribed pain meds to me instead of getting to the root of my problem and exploring all options available to treat my condition. I felt like my pain was dismissed and I was given drugs to be appeased. This was several years ago, and I am far enough removed from the ordeal that I can look back and examine it rationally. I suffered for well over a year and only found relief when I sought help outside of her clinic. Honestly, I am lucky that I am not currently living with an addiction given the amount of drugs that were prescribed. I fear for her current and future patients. Please be careful!

Amazing initial visit ! Still deciding on getting the surgery but it’s prolly going to be a yes! Bye bye stretch marks!The stretch mark treatment did not work at all. Waste of money

Dr. Kochert all I can say, is the best. She honestly cares about whatever condition that you may be experiencing with pain. She listens, she does not seem like she is rushing you. I myself will not go to anyone else concerning my pain issues. I have been with her for quite a few years , she makes me feel comfortable and I feel like I am a part of her family . She is so caring and goes above and beyond to help with your pain issues. Her staff, Judy, megan, wendy and all of the others are very professional and curious. I can not Express enough good for Dr. Kochert and her staff. Her office offers alot more things then just help for your pain issues . So I would suggest if u are pondering about going to see her, do not. Just do it , you will not regret it at all. She is every bit of worth it and then some

Was a long time patient here with some good success when I was suddenly dropped as a patient once she was being investigated. Truly believe she puts heart into her care but treating long-term patients this way is very unprofessional.

I really like going to Dr. Kocherts cause she keeps up on your care . Has multiple things she helps with( pain, weight loss, etc). Her nurses are up on things too and will help as much as they can. I highly recommend her to others

You want to know the truth about this butchering doctor contact me, my lawyers, my family, and a few hundred who have seen how she botched my body, tore my muscles, over prescribed, and cut me off while in ER after another vehicle wreak. 1 for not liking her settelment, 2 for recording my phone to catch her un licensed yes these nurses didnt have the 800 hrs for prolotherapy and were stealing from me while sedated! I quit taking my purse in! 3 nurse that dig in my leg 3 inched down and got wroke up took the car wreck info she lied about my second accident! I had a concussion and was sedated when they asked me what happened then released me to say I lied how I was ejected from vehicle when it was passenger!Sad cause the week before I had got full coverage insurance (they didnt know yet) and was paying this devil cash and $60K wasnt good enough she wrote to the state and on deposition false tests, etc to make a cause for the money. Now 2.5 yrs after leaving her, she has all my reviews pulled ! Nah. Ill keep telling the truth. Every doctor that has seen your files are astonished. My current doctor stated it was like torture of drugged needles for 3 years on top of tons of narcotics, while she herself was on things and letting staff inject her!
