If zero stars were possible that would still be too many. I’m 53 years old ,have had a root canal,an impacted wisdom tooth extracted, one back molar extracted and several fillings.I never walked out during an appointment EVER until today. It was my second visit with Mr. Warren. My first I was scolded and told my current problems (two back teeth cracked and fell out and I have old fillings in others, that’s it)were all my fault and could’ve been easily prevented (as if I don’t realize this, but it’s not like I walked in w/one tooth left!) I was polite and cooperative,as always, asking his opinion if I should go ahead and bite the bullet(pun intended) and get dentures or was it worth trying to fix my natural teeth. He chose my treatment plan, which was to be a root canal on one and extract the roots on one that recently had cracked and fell out. I was early by about 20 minutes, sat quietly in waiting room before the nightmare began. I’d warned him that the first shot always had to be followed by a second to completely numb my mouth on previous appointments but was ok w/him checking, but other dentists used one of the “pick” tools; He uses the grinder.Immediately I voiced I could feel it and it hurt. He scolded me ,said it’s my fault because I was tense, was moving too much. The second try he said was because he needed to see where exactly I could feel “vibration”. I wasn’t feeling pain he told me,just vibration. Finally after 6-7 goes with the grinder and me voicing my distress and crying in pain,he then goes to give me another shot in the gum but hit my outside bottom lip w/the needle instead and said I’d tried to bite his hand which is an outright lie! I wish I could have bit his hand off but with the thing to hold your mouth open I don’t even think it’s possible. That was the final straw for me and I said no stop I’m done. I’d started crying from the pain about 20 minutes before and by now was sobbing and was allowed to leave and get behind the wheel. I’ve never been treated like that by someone who you’re supposed to be able to trust and yes some of my tears were due to that fact. But no matter what BS he tried telling me,as I told him as I was leaving “No,I know the difference between sensation and pain “. I made it home and am feeling better but He NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. Malpractice or something. What a waste of my time and gas for nothing except trauma and I still need the same dental work that any first year hygienist could’ve probably done. Thanks Peace out

Dana at front desk (secretary) is absolutely rude; it is her mentality and disrespect that sways alot of people including myself and my family to see Dr. Warren as our family dentist. Dr. Warren is a straight forward dentist. His work is excellent. It is Dana the receptionist/secretary the reason that our family does not feel comfortable seeing Dr. Warren. Bad for business!!!

My experience was not a pleasant one. Guess he had a bad day. I view him as a bully. He deliberatly cleaned my teeth vigorously and rough, because i didnt floss the way he wanted me to.very temperamentally.
