Dr. Chen can speak in Chinese. She is very nice and patient in inspecting my teeth. She also explained why I dont need to fix one cavity, which is on the side view of one teeth. She doesnt want to break the whole tooth from the top view to fix a small side cavity. Because if you want to put a resin in a side cavity between two teeth, you cannot reach them directly. The assistant is very nice, takes x-ray photos, and explains my insurance patiently for me. Really appreciate their inspection.

The dental center is clean and comfortable. As the first time patient, I got the same day appointment and got the toothache taken care of. The assistant Maria is extremely nice and considerate, she makes sure I understand every step and feel OK . Doctor Chen is very experienced and gives good suggestions for the possible solutions. I am very glad that my dental needs can be taken care of by them.

I hadnt been to the dentist in several years due to a lack of insurance. I was very nervous about going in and being judged. In addition, I wasnt sure about Riggs, as it is a community dental clinic. I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone at Riggs Dental Clinic was kind, welcoming, non judgmental, and incredibly helpful. I had to have several procedures, and in the process, I had some complications, which resulted in dry socket. Dr. Chen was able to squeeze me in to look at it and followed up with me a few days later with a phone call. Dr. Chen is friendly, kind, and really cares about her patients. She also uses her professional knowledge to take the time to educates the assistants and the patients as to the procedures shes completing as well as the options that are available. I have been fortunate to have had good dentists in the past, but Dr. Chen and the entire staff at Riggs are the best I have ever had the privilege to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen and Riggs Dental Clinic as we are very fortunate to have this amazing resource in our community.

Had my first visit here. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! They definitely went the extra mile and was so thorough with everything. I had crowns placed by another facility and they went into detail about how to fix my existing problems! I brought my x rays from another facility and they sat down with me and explained to me in “English” what underlying problems I had, and what wasn’t urgent to do as of now! Unlike most companies, they were not out to “make a dime off of me”. I would definitely recommend to anyone who visits a dentist and doesn’t get a thorough explanation of what problems you have. I visited 3 last year, and believe me, they did not explain things in words that I could understand. Pricing is amazing too! That should be a number one reason to visit! Lol.

I am so thankful for all of the staff. Dr. Chen did a fantastic job on the work that I needed and Maria is her Great assistant. The Hygenist is kind, careful and thorough. I hadnt had dental insurance in a while and had issue with tooth and gum ! Dr. Chen and staff were very friendly and informative , took care of my issue and put me at ease !

I went here to have 2 teeth pulled. After speaking with the doctor she inform me that it was possible to save me teeth. After it was finish i told her about the dentist that did my previous filling left a huge overhang on one cavity filling and refused to fix it. This caused me to have to floss that spot constantly. I carried Dental picks/ flosser daily for 3 years. After hearing this the kind doctor and lovely assistant Delmira fixed my overhang and my teeth feel better than they have in a very long time. They even made me laugh and smile which can be a little awkward lol. I would recommend them to friends and family!

I am very happy with Dr. Chen for seeing me soon and making my extraction and my plan. I really liked that they cared about my medical health and contacted my medical doctor to move on. Thank you very much for always calling me when there are cancellations so we can go sooner. I would like them to do more treatment in the future and have the cleanings a little later.

The receptionist Karen was always very friendly on the phone, she helped me make an appointment the same day, and explained everything well in detail. Dr. Chen, a very good doctor, did an extraction the same day.
