I’ve been coming to Dr Roy and associates for more years than I can remember, the staff, all the staff are friendly and courteous. My dental Hygienist Dianne, has me spoiled to her warmest and she does a wonderful job, to the point if she is unavailable, I would rather wait. I have recommended friends and family In the past .

I love my hygienist Kedra, it’s like visiting one of my girlfriends who happens to also be able to clean my teeth…she pays great attention to detail and is gentle and caring. When I have had any issues, they were always addressed promptly. The office staff in general are all very welcoming and sweet. Dr Nguyen and Chambers are great as well in the experiences I’ve had with them. Overall great experience. I’ve been a patient there for years!!!

Terrible experience at Dr Roy Curtis. Went in for emergency tooth extraction. I had about 4 days in town. 1 of many things to do was get a painful tooth pulled. Cant explain how terrible it was at Dr Roy Curtis office. I was in pain but there they wanted to do EVERYTHING but what I desperately needed. $12,000 worth of dental work. Thats the quote I left with. Worst, dentist, to greedy to actually help. Ill probably file a complaint with anyone who will listen.

I am going to get a crown soon and this will be the second crown I have gotten with Curtis Roy. I am satisfied with the work done to my teeth.

The folks there were not only pleasant but also efficient. The dentist was engaging and even laughed at my jokes.I was assessed and given a treatment plan in under an hour which is amazing.I highly recommend this office as a superior provider of care.

Everyone was super nice! I was disappointed I didn’t notify the office I needed an antibiotic before my cleaning. My other dentist just gave me the antibiotic when I got there for my appointment so I didn’t think it was a big deal. Dr. Roy’s office would not clean my teeth without taking the antibiotic an hour before so I had to reschedule.

I’d like to start by stating I had no appointment when I visited. My wait time in office was short. My services were over exceeded. Definitely will go back.

I love this dentist office. They have the best staff starting with arrival all the way through checking out. Sean is the best hygienist and Dr Chambers is the best dentist and they both make you feel so comfortable.

This is the best dentist office I have been to thus far. Dr. Chambers and his staff are amazing! I naturally struggle with anxiety and having to get a tooth extraction and root canal, definitely elevated that. But they were so professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, they listened and was very sensitive to my needs. Dr. Chambers made what could have been a very painful and overall nerve-wreaking procedure, comfortable for me. I am so very glad I came here!

Im doubting this will be posted however Im actually writing this review based on my personal experience and my best friend.. our appointments were within two days of each others and we are both NEW to Dentist. We both agree, the staff is great and the people who see you and work on you are amazing but when it comes to paying, they send in the hard closer. We both had the same experience, told one price then its DRAMATICALLY different and then the closer comes in and its we need our money up front period. There is no EMPATHY or HELP or SUGGESTIONS about paying half, etc., and shes RUDE AF! I even called back to ask about payment options, again it is what it is. Im POSTIVE more people have experienced it this way because her demeanor goes along wit her age. Be sure UP FRONT you get all costs and BE SPECIFIC and WRITE DOWN WHO QUOTES YOU... not that it matters any ways, the Closers attitude isnt going to adjust, she just seems to think you can easily come back and spend hours again when some of us work for a living and just cant Take OFF to spend 3 hours per visit.

Everyone, from my entrance to departure, was very friendly and checked to see if I’d taken my medication on time before beginning. I was taken in on time with no delay. Before a recommended procedure the cost was given to me. I especially appreciated that because I’m on a very fixed income. I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

The customer service was amazing. The staff were very helpful and attentive to all of my needs. I have very sensitive teeth, the dentist listened to me and took this into consideration making this the most comfortable tooth extraction Ive ever had! Sounds crazy but true. They even called me the next day (on a Saturday!) to check on me and make sure I was ok. I truly appreciated every bit of it. I think Ive found my new dentist😁

A quick experience nice and friendly staff and a lot of good changes to keep everyone safe while not slowing things down too much. Cleaning and checkup only took half an hour from when I arrived.

I called at 730 as a new patient needing emergency work and they fit me in at 9 am! They explained the work needed an several options to be determined at my comfort level and budget. They answered all the questions I had in detail and were very patient and accommodating as I was nervous and had previously lost my dentist since childhood. Dr Chambers was absolutely excellent and made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure, constantly asking if I was okay, comfortable or in pain or needed a break. He did superb work getting everything I needed done in that one day. Thank you Dr Chambers and the staff. I recommend!

This was my first visit with this office. Routine extraction on a particularly difficult, stubborn tooth. The staff were very personable, kind, and considerate of my elevated dental anxiety. The bedside manner was casual and compassionate. The procedure... well, it was a tooth extraction so its not exactly a fun afternoon, but they took great care to be as calming, kind, and pain free as it can get. They are now my regular office, and I intend to keep it that way.(Follow up - 1 day post extraction - considering the trouble this stubborn tooth gave them, I am in remarkably little discomfort today. They clearly know what they are doing.)A+Great dental experience.

I had them extract a tooth 2 months ago,and went great(price was under 250). Three days ago I called them and I was crying because I was in so much pain. They took an x-ray and they noticed I needed to take out two teeth at the top. The doctor comes back to give me the quote for the pricing and its $494 per. Now remember last time it was only 250 but the doctor said its because it has to be surgically removed this time I didnt care I just wanted the pain to stop . He extracted one tooth took no less than 2 minutes and I was out the door. 3 hours later I was dying in the same pain this time I called a different place and even got my x-rays sent from one office to the other. In the x-rays you can tell one tooth and needs to be surgery removed and the other doesnt but beings I have one tooth left we go and take it out that took two hours. And at the end $1,200 when all I really needed was to take out one tooth to stop the pain so all Im saying is just be mindful of if your entire pain they can charge you whatever they want because youll pay it. These people didnt even give me after care instructions said Joe charge me 494 for something that took 2 minutes and the other dentist charge me less for something that took 2 hours yall make your own decisions be careful

The dentist that I had was fantastic. I went in for an emergency appointment after reaching out to the office online. Not only were they pleasant, the Dentist also addressed all of my concerns. It took about an hour for my first visit, but they did go over everything with me and answer all of my questions. I appreciated the staffs willingness to ease my worries. I highly recommend Dr. Roy’s Office. I honestly enjoyed Dr. Chambers and how honest he was. I look forward to building a relationship with the office.

This dentist office has always been a great experience. It feels like they care, they take time with you and they are not trying to rush you out the door. During the era of COVID I was nervous to go hold my mouth open for 30 minutes but they took all necessary precautions and I felt very safe. Will go to this dentist as long as they take my insurance!

The staff is very informative and nice. I only gave it 4 stars because my visit didn’t go any further due to issues with my insurance company. I did however get X-rays only and the dental hygienist explained what I have going on well enough for me to understand.

I enjoyed my experience here. It did take a whole hour before I saw the dentist but meeting Dr. Chambers made it worth it! He was very warm and friendly. I will be bringing my whole family to him.

I was not told, in advance, that they were not part of my network. I found out when it was time to pay! I should have been told up-front like what other service providers do when that situation arises.

I was not happy with the very strong impression that money is more important than a patient. I am on a liquid diet right now because of my teeth and pain. In the end it was thousands of dollars up front or nothing. I have insurance and they were in-network but they wouldnt give me the option to just do what the insurance could cover since thats all I can afford. I was able to get 2 other opinion after leaving that office and was told not only what they wanted to do was way over priced but way too extreme. All I need is Veneers and some tooth restructuring. They said they dont do veneers and wanted to fuse and crown 5 of my teeth. Very disappointing especially with how long it took to get the appointment plus Im a truck driver who only gets a couple days off a month thanks for offering no relief and no help at all. Most people can not spare almost 20,000 dollars especially in these hard times.

My appointment was at 1 and I did not get seen by the dentist until 2:30. The dental assistant was very kind and I appreciate her, but the Dr was very short with me. Aside from saying his initial “hello” he didn’t even speak directly to me when explaining to the assistant what his findings and recommendations were. After waiting all that time he didn’t even solve my problem. He looked at my aching tooth for all of 30 seconds before concluding that nothing was wrong.

Had a great experience with the team. Had trouble with my insurance company and they patiently walked me through it. Very courteous and professional.

Worst experience at this office! The doctor decided to put a crown on a tooth with regular filling (the tooth didnt need a root canal). The doctor didnt talk to me about at all. He just made the filling for a cavity and then surprisingly he was shaping the tooth! I found the nurse taking the measurement to put a crown and my tooth is already shaped!I checked with another doctor later and this tooth didnt need a crown and the structure could have been saved in a a different way! It was my last visit to the office.
