I went in to return a Sleep Test device and.asked if I could leave a message for Dr. Soileau to call me. The staff offered to see if Dr. Soileau could immediately see me. Without a prescheduled appointment and within minutes Dr. Soileau and his entire staff provided professional consultation and services to address my dental issue. Dr. Soileau and his entire staff gave me time attention and wonderfully courtesy treatment. I have had many dental issues and seen many different dentist, but had never seen and received such immediate attention, treatment and genuine concern. This was an experience in excellence!

Top-notch care. I just had my teeth cleaned and this was the best experience I have ever had. I almost fell asleep during the procedure. The staff is extremely friendly, very experienced and professional at what they do. I recommend them highly!

Think twice before getting their snoring device. Do some research.I went in to get the snoring apparatus. I dont think the lady that took my impressions did a very good job. She was an older lady that had issues with modern technology. I guess she was use to the old paper filing system. Anyway she was not there after my 2nd or 3rd visit. I think the damage was done at that point. The most important step of the process, in my opinion, was not done very well.They insist on giving massages to relieve potential TMJ. I really did not want the massages they require. Im not into stuff like that.It took forever to get the device. After they receive it the Dr. fits it to your mouth. Then they advance the offset of the device in stages and it weeks before the final combination and the max offset of the device. In my case they could of had it done in a day or two.It felt like 1 tooth was holding my lower jaw forward. I made mention of it but the Dr. did not seem interested in making anymore adjustment.I was able to heat up the device in hot water soften the mold and relieve the pressure on that tooth. It still wasnt very comfortable fit. I dont think the device pushed my jaw forward enough to relieve my snoring. My wife said It did relieve my sleep apnea. She stopped waking me up to breath. I do feel better in the morning when I wore it.After years of uncomfortable device in my mouth I came across a similar device at CVS Pharmacy. OMG what a difference. It was only 60.00 dollars not 1,500.00. The instructions have to be followed to a T. BUT ITS A FAR SUPERIOR DEVICE. So comfortable. Its adjustable. If you do get TMJ you can find a masseuse a lot cheaper to massage your face neck and shoulders.As far as having regular dental work done he seemed to be above average. But what do I know about that. I try to stay away from them. If you brush 3x a day, floss once a day, use a fluoride rinse and a water pick you wont have to see the dentist.Its a lot cheaper to take care of the last set of god given teeth you will ever have than it is to sit in a dental chair.

Best hygienist around.

I was told by several dentist that I needed a root canal or to pull my tooth and get an implant. After visiting Dr. Soileau’s office, I learned that often people feel pain in their tooth and are told they need a root canal when it’s really just the muscles that are very tense from clinching which also makes your teeth very sensitive. Oral massages are part of their therapy which took away all my tooth pain. So thankful to get to the bottom of this before I had had a root canal!

The staff is always friendly & helpful. Joy does such an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Im always informed of any issues they see. Dr Soileau & his staff truly care about their patients health, and it shows. Would highly recommend this office!

Finally!!!!! Someone who gets it! Dr Soileau is providing a fabulous service - non invasive solutions to sleep apnea. He is such an educator as well, I learned so much about health and well being and how my mouth is affecting my WHOLE body!!!!! Thank you Dr Soileau and Janis!!!
