I had a procedure done yesterday. When I went to my morning appointment, they made sure that I knew everything up front. What I needed to do, what I could and couldnt do, steps that I need to take in the future. I had 31 teeth pulled at one time. They made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain at all times. They were super quick. The procedure couldnt have gone any smoother.

Went to Affordable Dentures yesterday. The staff were kind and did everything they could to make you comfortable. They ask me what I wanted and started the process. We will see the end product soon. Thinking it will be fine.

Awesome experience. The people are trying their hardest to make it that way. I had a failed implant and no blame was given to me even though I must share some responsibility. The doctor advised me to brush my gums. I hadn’t considered it because I thought rinsing was good enough. The other 7 implants were rock solid. Hats tipped to the team.

I would not recommend this place. The quality of their dentures are nothing compared to the quality I have had before. The assistants and doctor were friendly but the management was rude and inconsiderate. Whenever I try and call and schedule an appointment I am left with a voicemail that never gets answered.

After going through a dental nightmare with starting my new denture life (a different place) Affordable Dentures came to my rescue. I went in on my first visit an emotional wreck because the first dentist failed to simply even listen to me and my concerns with my mouth being forced open 24/7. Not only do all these ladies in Lafayette show compassion, But they most definitely know what they are doing. I know Im new to the dentures lifestyle. But this location is taking steps with my dentures that the first place never even did. I must also add that the mannerisms of this place is absolutely wonderful. I have been going to AFFORDABLE DENTURESfor 10+ years and HAD been treated with respect and the Dr there ... well, HE was very professional and real nice! 7/26/21 I went for a long overdue adjustment! Dr and TWO nurses were huddled in the back .. Talking!I was directed back to chair #1 and sat and waited for female Dr! She was short with me,wanted to know why I was there, TOLD me I DiDNT get my DENTURES there and I informed her I most certainly did; I had money to pay for the appt BUT she dismissed me w/o any help! Will NEVER go back there AGAIN! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING THERE! I WOULD FIRE THEM ALL!

Everything was great when I first went in. I opted to have my teeth put in after surgery. Well they popped out cuz I was so swollen. Doctor would not even look me in the eye communication was so hard with her. Was not pleased at all!!!!!! !!!!!

My wife went here for dentures, said she had to all of her teeth pulled first, she did that. After a few weeks she called for the follow up appt, they told her she had never been there before, when she had! She finally go that follow up appt made appt, got in there, and they wanted to see her insurance card again! They said they wanted to make another copy of it! WHY?? Then they told her she should have brought her old lower plates with her, no on ever told her she needed to do that. And NOW they are waiting to approval from the insurance company! This has been over a month since that was filed! Someone in that office does not know what they are doing!

The ladies in the office in Lafayette are totally friendly, caring and helpful. Always answer your questions fully.

Fast and friendly. They talked me through everything that they needed to do. A little pricey, but affordable.Edit: I still think this a great place to go. They have helped with anything I needed. Most recently, a wisdom tooth grew in and Grishin extracted it, that day. No other appointment, very little prep, very fast and no pain, at all. I barely even felt the needle for the numbing agent. If it were possible Id give them a 9 star out 5.

Very professional, not the friendliest though. Seems like theyre just trying to get you in and out as quicky as possible. For most people there it would seem their only option. Maybe Im not well informed but 5 grand estimate for denture treatment plan doesnt seem very affordable. Thats also what a friend payed despite having less teeth pulled than what my plan recommended. Also felt pressured a bit to start plan immediately rather than get another opinion. Still affordable for extractions. All they offer is extractions and several different types of dentures, no other dental services.

Do my “complicated” situation, I have had to be sent back & forth to different Oral Surgeons & Oral /Maxillofacial Surgeons. The Team at AffordablDentures will guide you in deciding which is the best way to go, Dentures, Partials, Implants. They are all knowledgeable about every aspect of your whole process! My only wish would be that there! was more Financial help available for Dental procedures! Not everyone can afford Dental Insurance. Then if something unfortunate comes up, that you have no control over, then you have to worry about where the money will come from along with going through a Lengthy & Difficult Procedure. I am currently about 2/3 of the way to my final set of dentures (in my temporary set right now). This office has been fantastic! All of the girls who do adjustments are awesome but I have had above & beyond results with Jamica. She ALWAYS knows the perfect fix or tweak that my dentures need, love her!

Great group of ladies. They made me feel better about myself, when the top plate didn’t fit right they asked me to come back and free of charge made me a second plate. I had zero self esteem when I arrived and feel like a new person after I received both top and bottom plates. Thanks again for the smile.

Well, Affordable Dentures has just helped me out of trouble again. About 6 months ago what was left of an old root canal broke. I didnt pay attention to it because I had a trip and ended up with a huge abscess. I went in for an emergency extraction, and they had me sitting in the procedure room being prepped within 25 minutes of walking in. The extraction and cleaning out of the abscess took maybe 5 minutes tops. Dr. Grishin was very fast, efficient and kind. She does everything she can to ensure that the patient is calm and feels no pain. (She did an awesome job numbing the nerves - the literal ones in my jaw and the emotional ones caused by the anxiety of having a painful emergency.) This time, when what was left of my other root canal broke I went straight in for an appointment. The procedure was very fast once again (approximately 3 minutes at most), and the doctor was kind and reassuring. Aside from the excellent service, the price really was affordable!

Staff was amazing, as was the prompt attention and pricing!If I had it to over, I would have chosen the referral to an office that could knock me out though. The stress of being awake, listening and experiencing the pain was a nightmare. The doctor instructed me to tell her if I felt pain. When I did, more than once, she accused me of confusing pain and pressure. Then accused me of taking something before the appointment even after my denial. This all contributed to the stress which caused my blood pressure to sky rocket and for them to detain me even longer to monitor it.I really cant say enough good things about the staff as a whole. They were very attentive, sympathetic and thorough.Thank the Lord that there is NO chance of having to experience that again.I will update my review occasionally during the course of upcoming months and interactions.

Awful. During this covid thing they have made me sit outside in the hot car for more than 45 minutes 3x in one day. No call to say it was going to be longer NOTHING. I had to call all 3 times and reschedule. 3x in one day! They have no respect for you during this time. They are just trying to rush you thru for the dollar. Will never recommend them.

My fit so well that they are hard to get out. They look very natural. They do not hurt anywhere. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommended anyone needing dentures to come here. My first pair of dentures from another place cost $8500 and were not as properly fitted as these.

I was treated very professionally. I needed a tooth extraction and I was thinking about a partial. The dentist was a younger guy who answered all my questions and didn’t try to persuade me to get a partial to replace my two back molars. He said that it wasn’t crucial for me but that he could make me one if I felt it was necessary cosmetically. His nurse told me that she didn’t have her left and right molars either and that she does fine without a partial. The doctor also encouraged me to let my gum heal for 6-9 months before I decide so that I wouldn’t need to spend more money for a refitting. I am a social worker with a modest income so it was extremely refreshing to have a dentist office not try to pressure me into spending a lot of money that I don’t necessarily need. I have Delta Dental and I have always been disappointed at how I was pushed to have procedures done that after a second opinion was told I didn’t need in the first place. I was very pleased with my treatment here. I may still decide I want to replace my molars with a partial and if I do I will definitely have Affordable Dentures in Lafayette make it for me. Very impressed with this establishment.

The staff was very friendly and they were able to get us into an appointment quicker than I thought they would. The product we paid for, a full set of dentures, are barely acceptable. The teeth are tiny and it took them three tries to get a fit that still isnt comfortable. Also, I was told when I made the appointment that I would get the dentures the same day. This was not the case, even before having to return to keep trying for a fit. I probably would not return.

As far as my procedure, it was good they took good care of me. But my follow up is at 1:30 and I just started a new job and I dont get off until 3They offered to stay until 3:30 but didnt want to. The hours do not work for working people, I have to have a job...I am hoping if I am a few minutes late because of traffic that they wont leave. I am paying allot of$ and deserve service. Its not like I am asking them to stay late every day.

Seriously, we had an appointment at 9am, have been waiting for almost an hour in the waiting room. When asked was said we are trying our best, quit overbooking, you only have so many chairs. The lobby was completely full and people standing. Was told to return at 1130, have now been sitting again for 30min. Receptionist just went to lunch. Only come here if you have the whole day and like sitting around

If I could give less than one star I 100% would, I absolutely regret getting my denture here and having any teeth pulled by them. Had an oral infection before they pulled them they said it’d be okay, let me tell you how not okay it was. I ended up having to go to the ER within a day because of how bad it got. My dentures also didn’t fit proper rub and cause sores. Tried to go in to even talk about it since they’re suppose to be open till 4:30 and can see people inside avoiding coming to the front with the door locked over an hour and a half early. Haven’t even been able to get my permanent dentures yet nor my others fixed. I want my money back for the dentures I never even received!

My teeth look great. The bottom ones dont feel great. A little disappointed I still have to use fixodent on bottom ones. I know people who went there before they moved and dont have to use denture cream and I got the more expensive pair than what they did. Dont have money for implants so guess will deal with it.But they are a friendly staff

I have never been so disappointed Had my top teeth removed the dentist was great. BUT when it came to my upper plate it is so big it just falls outs it dont line up with my gums at all and i have any bite nothing matches up anywhere I went back 2 weeks later to have them fix them and they told me that they would put a 8 week temp liner in because my Insurance would pay for that but If I wanted anything done I would have to pay out of my pocket for another upper plate made I Told them I just paid for this one 2 weeks before and she told me that. there was NOThing They could do. Are you kidding me>>>>> Save you money go some where that will make them right.....

I had my upper denture relined there appx 1year ago when the denture was presented to me I voiced major concern that the denture was so thin in one spot you could see through it . The staff assured me it was fine and sent me on my way , now they Cracked in the exact spot I was concerned about and the local store refused to fix for free and corporate was no help , this place is not customer friendly at all very hard nosed and smug 😢👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Never again and will spread the word far and wide as well

I scheduled an appointment last week and they said they tried to call me to confirm my insurance but the number they tried to call on wasnt even my phone number drove all the way to my appointment after taking a half of day unpaid time to make it just to be told they dont accept my insurance all in all im very displeased by the person who scheduled my appointment not taking my insurance info and them Also not having my right contact information i live 45min away and have to go find another dentist nowThanks for nothing
