I want to start by first saying that every single staff member I have encountered at this office is incredible. The women at the front desk are incredible, and the hygienist that did my cleaning was so personable and gentle and answered my many questions. Dr. Snyder has such a warm and calm demeanor and she (along with the rest of the staff) helped ease my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable. I had a very traumatic experience with another dentist and got many recommendations for Dr. Snyder because she is very considerate of peoples fears, is an excellent dentist, and treats patients with medications to help ease anxiety if needed.After my experience at the office yesterday, I completely understand why so many people recommended her and her staff. I look forward to continuing treatment at this office and will be moving our entire family to Dr. Snyder.

Dr. Snyder is a phenomenal dentist. She explained the procedure & after care for our sons lip/tongue tie in easy terms that anyone could understand. She made us both feel very comfortable, and took a copious amount of care for our son. We will return, and recommend her services to family and friends!

I had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Susan and Addison, my hygienist. Im usually very nervous going to the dentist due to some less than rosy experiences in the past, but everything went smoothly and Im not worried to go back. No long wait, no pain, everything was explained during the process, Addison had tips for cleaning, and Dr. Susan made me feel great about my teeth. The receptionists were friendly as well. This is a caring and trustworthy establishment that really made my day.

I was very pleased with the care Dr. Snyder and her staff gave my 91 yo mother. Even before the visit, they were able to give me an accurate cost estimate for the initial exam. Following the exam, Dr. Snyder gave us two treatment options which took into account the fact that we have no dental insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder and her practice.

She has always made sure that she has the top of the line equipment and takes pride in the fact that she and her staff stay educated with the newest procedures and techniques. I had a root canal done and a couple cavities filled by Dr. Snyder and Ill tell you, Im not a fan of dental pain. However, with Dr. Snyder, I DIDNT FEEL A THING!!! The BEST dentist Ive ever been to. We took our 2.5 year old to get his lip tie corrected and she assessed him and decided he did not need it done but gave us some different exercises to do and a tool for that as well as a referral to an ENT. Completely impressed with the professionalism, compassion, and attention we were shown when I took my newborn to have her tongue/lip ties released. It was a difficult procedure to watch as a mom, but I am confident that my baby was as comfortable and cared for as possible. The office was clean and inviting, and I felt very welcomed by every staff member I encountered. Some even went out of their way to check on us during our visit and ensure we didnt need anything during our brief wait. One of the hygienists even took the time to sit down and share her personal experience with the procedure when I asked questions. After the procedure, I was invited to stay in the room as long as needed to feed my daughter. I wish Dr. Snyder was in network for our dental insurance because we would definitely switch providers for our entire family.

Having dental work done is uncomfortable but Dr. Snyder and her staff did everything possible to ease the pain. They were attentive when I showed any discomfort to see what could be done. The decor in the office is very relaxing. I felt more calm just looking at the paintings.

Great experience. Up to date with latest technology. Goes the extra mile. Shows great appreciation for choosing her. All employees are very engaging and friendly.Only downside is you pay up front but they do all the billing and pre-auth with the insurance company. Initially was not please, but received reimbursement quickly from the Insurance Company. Seeing a lot of Dr do this so it seems to be the wave of what is to come.
