The kool smile i went to when i was little the threaten me and said i would not see my parents and i still remember !!

I take both my 7 and 3 year old here. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and professional. Never had a bad experience. The dentist and assistants are always kind and pretty good at explaining what is going on. They never forget to ask if I have any questions or concerns. GREAT JOB STAFF!!!!

The appointment was great! We arrived ten minutes early and they took my son. Everything went well, even with COVID-19 restrictions.

The Staff was unprofessional, or rude. One dental assistant brought us into a room just to get my sons weight, didnt ask any other medical questions, etc. And was complaining how he didnt want to go back out to the lobby/receptionist area & would lean against the wall complaining. Thankfully this was our first visit, and our last visit to Kool Smiles. And the only thing my son needed done was a checkup and a cleaning. Only 1 receptionist was very friendly & polite. And one of the dental assistants was polite and very friendly as well. The dentist, not so much. As this is a place for children, youd think that theyd be kid friendly, obviously not. Almost everyone acted as if they hated their job so much. But then again, this is in the ghetto.

I take my 6yr old grandson here we have never had a bad experience the people who work here are fantastic with the children..... Miss RUBY you where so GREAT working with my grandson you took time to answer his questions and make him comfortable. Thank you and God bless!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My last visit was horrible. I drove almost an hour to get there. We arrived 30 minutes early. I signed him in and we sat there. We sat for an hour and a half. My phone rang. It was the lady at the desk asking if we could reschedule the appointment. I asked her if she was serious and told her we were in the waiting room and had been. My son missed half a day of school only to not be seen. I switched dentists right away. I am much more satisfied. Simple things like being able to call and get directions from someone in the office instead of a call center in another state or country make a difference. Trust me on this, find a dental practice that isnt the giant corporation this one is. Its like the walmart of dental care. They may be cheaper, but customer service and quality work arent concerns for them.

The staff was very rude and had no clue on what they was doing. I should of listen when people said theyll mess up your mouth. Take my word for it and find a better place.

My Daughter has been going here since she was 9 months old! I love the fact that there is a play area for her to run around in while waiting, it helps calm her nerves and get excited to see the Dentist. We did have quite of a wait but, this was due to only having 1 dentist in the office that day. Also, even though we had a wait the Hygienist kept her busy coloring and playing. Love the complete atmosphere!!

Giving four stars because there is always a long wait, yet, the service there is great. I have a 10 year old who use to have very high anxiety going to the dentist. We literally were turned away at two dentist following treatment because she would flip out, even on sedatives. Kool Smiles was a last resort and I have to say, the staff and dentist there have been a Godsend! My daughter has been going there for almost two years and we no longer have anxiety issues for dentist visits. She loves to go and now, always looks forward to seeing the dentist. I would have given five stars if not for the wait times even though we show up a little early and are never late for appointments. I dont mind the wait time being my child does so well now for visits and treatments.

MY so was very good when we went in and they were very warming to him! We have been a few times now and its been great. They even have a nice play area in the lobby while you wait

My daughter really enjoyed her first visit to Kool Smiles. She misses her old dentist in Texas but Kool Smiles really made her transition a good one. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!

I was very apprehensive about bringing my two youngest children to their first dental experience due to some bad dental experiences with my older children when they were young.The anxiety was unfounded.The office staff were very professional, but friendly and polite.The office is definitely geared towards their young patients as they have a very fun play area.The thing that topped it off for us was when I was allowed in the back with my children.We wont be going any where else for their dental care.I am so thankful we came to Kool Smiles.One very grateful, happy mother.

Wait time is too long with an appointment. My daughter had a scheduled appointment for 2:00 pm, in which I had to check her out of school early on the first day back to school and at first there were only like about 2 other kids there (We got there 15 minutes early like they advise you to do cause of course if you dont, they will make you reschedule even if you are 2 minutes late). After about 15-20 minutes of waiting, within that time there were about 20+ kids in the waiting room to be seen all at the same time. I was getting tired of waiting and then just so happened to see about 6-8 employees walking in the door at about 2:00 pm, so of course no one was still called back until they were settled in. My question is, why schedule so many appointments at the same time and have your employees all go to lunch at the same time (mind you, walking in with food and everything) and also the place was like a wild out of control playground. Once we got to the back, the appointment went ok but this has to be improved.

We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment never received our paperwork and did not get called up after 1 1/2 hours I check to see how long it would be theyhad skipped over him then proceed to tell me his appointment was for a different time I told her no ma’am I have two emails and a text message from yalltelling me this time she then proceeded to tell me it didn’t matter just hurry and fill out the paper so we can get him to the back! Then did his tooth in 10 min then tried telling me he needed 3 teeth fixed and we were only there to fix one and did not do an X-ray before doing his teeth like they always do!!

Very unprofessional and poor service! Sat in waiting area for an hour with 3 scheduled appointments and couldn’t be seen with my 3 minor children ( all under 6) after being told I couldn’t take my one month old baby who was in a car seat to the back. Then they asked if I would leave my one month old baby at the front desk to able to go to the back... really!!! I should have been told about this rule since the minute I signed in for the appointments!!!

We had 3 appointments today. My 13 yr old daughter, my 9 yr old grandson & my 6 yr old granddaughter. I have no complaints with my daughters visit, but my older daughter was there with her two children & she had a huge problem. They called my grandsons name 1st. When my daughter stood up they told her that she could not go to the back with an extra child. She had a choice to let my grandson, who is autistic, go to the back alone or leave her 6 yr old child alone in the front with strangers. You call this kid friendly? My grandson was already scared to be there & when they took him to the back, they nurse told him to go to the last room. She just left him to find the room on his own. When he spotted me he was so excited. He said, MawMaw they said to go to the last room, but I dont know where that is. I made him stay with me until someone showed up to show him where to go. I was so glad that it was the room right next door to my daughter so I could try to watch both of them. My daughter was at the front desk crying & begging to go to the back and check on her son. When they finally let her go in the back, they told her that her daughter had to sit outside of the room because 2 children cant be in the same room at the same time. Once again I was going in and out of the room to help watch the children. You would think that we had been through enough, but there had to be ONE rude person in the back. She was not a nice person & had some very rude comments for my daughter. My daughter put her in her place & she kept her mouth shut for the rest of the visit. If this is how this place will be ran, then Kool Smiles will be losing 3 patients. I know more parents are telling us that they are looking for a new dentist because of the way this place is running. Its not the doctors, they are amazing. MOST of the staff is amazing. Get it together Kool Smiles or families will be walking away.

The waiting area is very kid friendly. Everyone was so nice. The place is extremely clean and parents are allowed in the back. It was a wonderful experience all around and I will definately recommend Kool Smiles to all my friends!

Horrible experience! My 8 year old is terrified! 1st off they didnt offer laughing gas, they just went ahead and starting giving him shots! 2nd I asked several times for extra help in the room because I knew he would freak out when they gave him a shot and had only me the dentist and dental assistant in the room! It took 2 hours for a crown, my son was freaking out and his blood pressure was super high! Not a great experience! They need to offer more for kids there! I have private insurance and Medicaid and this is where my private insurance covered! Not a happy customer! I dont even wanna give one star but you have to to post review! 🖓0 stars

Zero stars!!! And man I’m kicking myself for not reading these reviews. This was the only place our insurance accepts so I didn’t check reviews bc it’s our only option. Big mistake!! Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with, not one person working there should be around children. My child is shy and nervous and they had zero patience with her! No encouragement, no praise, no explanation of what was gonna happen ahead of time, nothing! They wouldn’t even help get her out of the X-ray room so she wasn’t exposed while I held my other child for their xrays. They couldn’t have cared less about her. And best part, apparently both my kids have cavities and we were taken to check out with no plan of action for them, no recommendations, just told to wait and see. Not even sure if they really even have cavities as we couldn’t see the xrays nor could we speak to the actual dentist about what needed to be done for them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I’ll pay 100% out of pocket to avoid ever going there again.

My children and my boyfriend children love going to Kool Smiles. They ask all the time when they can go again. They staff is always so friendly and helpful.

The worst experience ever in life.The most unprofessional staff (especially the team working at reception/lobby).The longest wait time and total time spent at clinic nearly 3 plus hours .it was just an initial checkup.Not sure why these many number of appointments are given for a day when they can’t manage.will never ever go back even if this is the last clinic available on earth.

My needed dental work done and still does. He has ADHD and a form of autism so sitting still is little hard for him. Instead of trying to calm him and get the work done they told me they would refer me to a dentist who could sedate him because apparently they cant, even though theyre a dentist office too. They said the people they referred me to would call me and if they dont call me, I am to call them. They didnt call, so I called, but only to find out that the place they referred me to couldnt see my child because of his age. So I call kool smiles and let them know what I was told and theyre response was call around and see if someone will take him... like, kool smiles is his primary dentist, why couldnt the work be done there?? Why dont they know more about who they are referring to people?? And they were basically saying oh well, when my child cant even eat on the left side of his mouth because they did nothing, and they didnt even try to fix their mistake with the referral, they pretty much told me to fix it by telling me to call around and see!!! Completely unprofessional and incompetent...

My two daughters have been going to this location since 6 months of age. My oldest is now 3 yrs old they have helped her overcome her fear of having someone besides me mess in her mouth. Doctor Williams is a very patient woman and i have never had a problem at this facility :)

The most unprofessional staff Ive dealt with pertaining to children. From the front staff who are on their cell phone and loudly laughing, ignoring the chaos that ensues in the lobby. Horrible! Just horrible. Even the dentist started, rather attempted to start, digging around my daughters mouth without greeting her. I had to remind her of her duties. The carpet was so dirty, the place smelled, the service was unbelievable. I hope they shut that place down. I rather pay to take my children to the south side of Lafayette where our particular insurance is not accepted, but the service is much more professional. And thats sad to say. Medicaid should be ashamed for approving this place. Smh.

Have been going here for years,usually have no issues. Today,however,was very different! Had to wait an hour and a 1/2 before my 2 kids were called back. The lobby smelled like feet & urine. When we got to the back, some of the employees were dragging their feet like they had nothing to do, 2 of them spent like 5 minutes changing the setting on the A/C before sitting down at my kids stations. My son had his teeth cleaned & the dentist checked him & they totally forgot about my daughter. So we had to wait even longer because the hygentist worked on 2 other kids before realizing my daughter was still waiting. Very disappointing!

I have never in my life been so angry. I tried to get directions from my phone and they didnt take me to the correct location. I was unable to get someone from the office to even answer the phone. After nearly 45 minutes of no help, I finally got the office on the phone. They hung up in my face TWICE. They didnt even answer the phone from 9-10:20. Representatives from Georgia were even baffled that they obviously have no form of answering. This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.

WELL, MY SON LOVES GOING TO KOOL SMILES! GOOD IDEA PUTTING IN A PLAY AREA. IT HELPS THE KIDS TO RELAX AND PLAY AWHILE BEFORE SEEING THE DENTIST. AND THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY. NEVER A RUDE PERSON IN THE OFFICE.

This location was listed by our private insurance carrier as in-network and my son was given an appointment immediately.The staff is HORRIBLE and the facility is kid-friendly HOWEVER I am forced to describe this location as literal Hell on Earth.I opted not to bring all of my children to my sons appointment for the sake of the other patients who may or may not be in pain, thinking a serene environment would be helpful; boy was I wrong.While waiting for our coverage to be verified, we sat in the lobby for approximately 2 hours (even though I provided info over the phone) but because we were given such a quick appointment, I was initially okay with that.Unlike every other medical facility that I have ever frequented, there are no signs discouraging or preventing smartphone and tablet usage or even suggesting that devices be silenced. In addition to extremely loud digital sounds, the noise level IS WORSE than Chuck E. Cheese, which I consider my personal hell. Although the playground is a very nice touch, it was filled with screaming children. Not just loud but actual screaming. Neither the parents nor the Staff seemed to be able to control the noise level (especially since many of the parents were engaged in and distracted by loud (and in one case, obscene) conversations.After a while, I resorted to popping in my noise-cancelling earphones which was a fail because I could hear the noise over the music streaming thru them.Unfortunately, I was forced to ask the receptionist to text me when it was our turn and my son and I went, in the middle of JULY in 89 degree heat, to sit in my vehicle and wait. Still, that was not the bad part of our visit.We were told by the staff that our dental insurance was verified and that both the provider and facility are in network. An hour later, we were told that they cant Bill our health insurance. Who is they? There is a way to explain things and these people havent a clue. What?? I had both a credit card AND a line of Care Credit to pay any out of pocket expenses however the pregnant receptionist became rude, turned her back on me, got up, slammed file folders down on a surface, and proceeded to talk about me with other staff, complete with motioning and HAND GESTURES IN MY DIRECTION. I asked for a manager and was told that the manager didnt have time because she is in an interview. I called my insurance who again verified that this should not be happening. We left and my seven year old is in extreme pain. Kool Smiles Corporate recommended that until the issue is resolved, I should take my son to an ER. WHAT, pray tell, is the point of having DENTAL INSURANCE??Well, until the issue is resolved, I will make it my duty to inform the world of the treatment (or lack thereof) we received and discourage anyone (ESPECIALLY insurances that list this facility as in-network and covered) who expects dignity or basic respect to visit this or any other locations.EVERYONE, regardless of insurance or government program should be treated with professionalism, respect, and dignity however Kool Smiles IS AN EXCEPTION.

We have always had great experience with Kool Smiles of Lafayette, La. All the assistants and the dentists are great and really know how to work with children and make them feel comfortable about their visit. Thank you Kool Smiles :)

Brought my grandson for the first time, and it was great. He is slightly delayed developmentally and the staff related to him and made him comfortable with sweet words and smiles during the visit.

Front desk customer service was horrible. Signed in 30 minutes early for a 2:30 appointment in case paperwork would have to be updated. After signing in , took my daughter to the bathroom and then proceeded to have a seat. We sat unitl 3:15 before they started taking others. patients that showed up after us were called before us. While in the waiting room the staff proceeded to talk loud , about their hair, what they were going to do this weekend, and play on cell phones. So by then I asked when we were going to be see because two people who showed up after us was called. The tech said well I called her and there was no answer, so I said well maybe we were in the bathroom. The fact that we were sitting didnt ring a bell, and she was the one who told me to sign in. They will never see me again. Unprofessional, bad service, no bed side manner.

Two appointments scheduled, waited 1 hour and 30 mins for the first visit so I rescheduled. Got there an hour early. Waited two hours then left. You want to know what hell is like? Go to this place.

These people tell and ask you to sign a paper stating that you wont use your phone in the back with the doctor for HIPA reasons.When you go back that its one big open area where everyone can hear everybodys conversation. Sorry but I dont think that is right and I didnt feel comfortable there.

Receptionist is nice but thats the only positive thing. The assistants attitude was horrible. No compassion for the clients. I left without being seen.

My daughter just LOVES to go to the dentist here! Extremely kid friendly and the Office Manager really knows her stuff!

I took both of my daughters to Kool Smiles in Lafayette. The staff was very friendly but the dentist was horrible. Still we scheduled all sorts of procedures for which I paid CASH each time. I carefully went over the proposed procedures and costs with the accounts person. I ordered only what we would be paying for IN FULL each visit. We went approximately 4 times and paid cash each time. Furthermore, we paid IN FULL each time and each time we got a bill about 2 months after the appointment saying we owed money. In one instance the person at the front desk verified that I had paid the entire bill, she remembered us and our insistence on getting only what we could pay for. I might add that our bill was about $1000.00 each time so Im not talking about chump change here. Right now I have a $332.00 bill with these people after paying In FuLL before we left for the last time. Then they called over and over to reschedule my daughters and I explained we would not be coming back because of the bill, let alone the rough way the dentist treated my, then, 5 year old. There were many young children crying in there, some even screaming. For a place that supposedly caters to children, they are very callous. I cannot reiterate enough that the support staff was genuinely kind but the dentist was the pitts. I would never recommend this place and have speak against Kool Smiles whenever I get the chance. These people sent me to a collection agency even though I have all of my receipts with Paid In Full on them because I asked to have it on the receipt. Very unprofessional accounting. I and my whole family are disgusted with Kool Smiles and their misleading ads.

My children love going there. Yesterday it was quiet & things moved very quickly. My only drawback is the noise level when things are pack & some parents allow their children to run wild. I feel a sign is needed to remind them that were in a public place & not a zoo or on a playground.

I was unsure how my children would react to being in a dentist office. They did wonderful, and the staff were really great. My girls asked when we were going back, and they got upset because it is 6 months away they want to go back sooner!!

I have two small children and they both went in for a cleaning. I was told that my 5 year old son have a cavity between two of his back teeth and on the back of one of his front teeth. We were given another appointment to go back to fill the cavities. When we went back, the dental assistant stated that they didnt have any of the stuff they fill the cavity with, but they may be able to scrap up enough for my son. Initially, I was upset bc I left work and checked my son out of school to bring him to the dentist and I felt they should have been prepared. After we went to the back, the dentist wanted another X-ray. It turned out there was no cavity in the back, it was just a bad X-ray. It was a shadow. Also, it was no point in filing his front tooth bc it was going to fall soon. So, it turned out to be a wasted visit. I was very dissatisfied with this visit.

Great! My daughter loves her visits to the Dentist and she is only 4 years old. The attention and service is quick and easy going.

This has to be the most unprofessional place i ever been to . They rescheduled my appt. without even talking to me to confirm if it was okay. After i took off from work just to go to the dentist that day . They simply left a voicemail a day before my appointment, last minute after i been to work all day and night and barely even had time to check my phone . They are unorganized . I had an appointment i showed up to and they called me to tell me i missed an appointment when i just left from getting a consultation a few minutes before the phone call. They never have anyone’s information on file , so even if you came for an appointment on a thursday and came again on friday they would not know because they dont know where the patient paper work is. Two, a girl told me i never visted the dentist in two years but i just came a month before prior to that visit for a check up, all she could say was oh . The entire staff needs a complete 360 makeover. I wouldnt recommend NO ONE to attend this dental office.

Was scheduled for today March 13 @11amGot there the young lady ask me if I got a confirmation #. I told her no. She said I wasnt scheduled for today. I even got a phone call reminding me of my appointment. Their call center isnt in sink with the office. Im not going back. The killer is United Health Care Representative called with me on the line to make this appointment .There was also a lady with her 3 kids had a appointment for the am but told her they couldnt be seen till after 1:30 pm.

Feels like a factory. Somehow missed that my child had a large abscess and terrible infection. Almost had to be hospitalized. Stay away from Kool smiles.

They are always so great with my little one. Never scare her and always comfortable environment:)

This place is unprofessional! The staff is rude and unprofessional including the doctors. I went in with my daughter while they are working on filling the staff is discussing their weekend. This place is dirty and unprofessional and they do not care about kids! Do not send your kid here!

I used to love this place but it has really gone down stream the staff is more intrested in each other including the dentist than they were with my child it took me 20 mins to get my next appointment because they were making weekend plans.

I love kool smile and how you can go back with your children. It a very fun place and ever one had a smile on there face.

My kids appointments were at 2:30 and we got there at 2:15...we didnt get out of there till 5:00!!!! Plus not to mention I couldnt go in the back while my boys got a cleaning because I had my 3 month old baby...they said because I had an extra person I couldnt go to the back...smh

I always have a pretty great experience when I bring my son. A couple of times it may have taken a while but they were very busy that day. I have to say though this last time worried me because of the assistant saying my son had to have more fillings than he actually needed until she did another xray. I remembered his last visit the dentist didnt mention all of what the assistant was saying that day. I am happy she did an xray again because I would have caught a case. The dentist that did my sons filling was the lil young guy and he is so awesome. He talks with my son, acknowledging him! Overall, I am very satisfied!

I would give this place 0 stars if google would still let me post a review. We had an appointment at 8 and waited over an hour before we were called. The waiting area smells and the staff just does not seem to care about anything. My son was pushed off of the slide and punched by another kid while there. Front staff didnt even notice or say anything. The parents of the kids werent even watching either. It is very loud... worse than Chuck E. Cheese. Also when I called around asking for quotes for service I was getting anything between 200-250. Here I was told 60 bucks. WhAts the catch I thought. Well only one way to find out. So before my son is even taken to the back they made me pay, which I have never had to do Anywhere before, and it was 272. More than anywhere else in town. Do not go there.

Horrible service. From getting my appts reschudeled for being a few minutes late, to having to wait over an hour to get services that takes 15 minutes to do. Oh but did I mention how one of the receptionist stereotyped me to try to make a point of how to schudele MY kids appointments according to medicad, which I dont have. And to this day I still dont think she understood that I wanted all my kids for the same time n day for their appts.Then I reschulded my other 2 kids appt the following week to get a call the next day to tell me it was cancelled and I most likely will not get the same appt. I asked since its their fault why I wouldnt get my appt back he said because they did not notate the acct. Like what the hell I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they keep proving me wrong everytime. I will be finding a new provider for my kids.

The person who did the xrays for my kids was not very kid friendly ,she was very curt and short with my kids, my kids are very well behaved at the dentist she could have been nicer. it was first thing in the morning so having a bad day could not have been the problem. the tech who cleaned their teeth was short and curt also, the dentist was polite and very nice. i have never had the people at kool smiles be like this to my kids. it was not pleasent for me or my kids.

My so son is four and he had an appointment on friday. Its Tuesday now and he is still talking about how much he loved it at kool smiles. His grandmother brought him cause i got booked at work and they let me go in in the morning and fill out any paper work so when my son and his grandmother got there at 4 it was all taken care of. That was a big stress off my back. Thanks so much kool smiles we will see yall in 6 months.

The Hygienist that saw my son was rough, impatient, and very rude. The Xray film was hurting his gums, and she kept trying to force it in his mouth even though he kept telling her it was cutting him, and that she was gagging him and it couldnt breathe. He started crying and she called me into the room to calm him down. I told her I needed a few minutes to speak with my son, and instead of letting me calm him she continued to try to force the xray film into his mouth, to the point where he couldnt stop gagging. She got angry with my son and cancelled our appointment. I asked for another hygienist to assist us instead, and even though there were 3 other people sitting where I could see them, she said there was no one that could help me and I needed to go else where. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If i could leave no stars I would. I went in to get a filling repaired after the novocaine wore-off i realized they filled the wrong tooth.

My first visit, arrived 30 mins. early, appt. was 8 am. 830 got my x-ray and went to exam room where staff asked me all the questions again that I answered on my initial paperwork.Waited for45 mins. so dentist could come and tell me I had an abscess and could not have extraction done.Next available appt. was scheduled a month away. A long time when dealing with a cracked molar.I will be going back in 2 weeks and hope I can write a better review next time.

My son was a new patient here. We waited for 2 hours just to get referred to someplace else, just because my son has special needs and wouldnt lay perfectly still. They have no accommodations for kids with special needs or they either didnt want to be bothered. So if your child isnt normal this is NOT the place for them.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Not to mention some bad characters come in this place! I had a lady cussing and talking about smoking crack in front of my children! I set an appointment and when I went in the had no record of it. I even had the appointment card written in their hand writing!!!!! TEIST ME FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!!!!!!!

My children really love Kool Smiles. The staff there are friendly, professional, and make my children and myself feel at ease.

It was the worse experiance for my daughter ever. First she went there due to the fact that she was in a lot of pain. First thing they did was xrays and then a cleaning. Please tell me how this is logical. She is in pain and you are going to poke and scape on the tooth and to top it off use the suction on her. Needless to say she is crying in pain. And she is told that she has to be refered to another dentist? Hello, isnst this a dentist office????? Anway end result we walk out and that was the first and last time I step foot in there.

I was very frustrated with the 45 minutes we had to wait considering people came in and had appointments after my 2 year old because they were waiting on their accounting people to verify our new insurance. We gave our information to the person when the appointment was scheduled then someone called to verify his appointment 2 days before and took our information again so why did they wait till we walked in the door to try and verify our information. When I asked she said they were waiting on a response from their accounting people. I was not very happy with the service at all. They didnt even explain it to me until after a 30 min wait and seeing several people that came in way after us go in before I asked what was going on and they told me. My son is two and not very patient so by the time we went to the back he was not in a good mood. The hygenist was pretty nice but the dentist was rude she said he needed xrays we waited another 20 mins for someone to take his xray then the dentist never came back the lady that took his pictures was not gentle with him at all considering he is 2 he has never done this and was restless already. The nurse had to track down the dentist and she came back and said the dentist said he needs a filing. I was unable to speak to the dentist because she just stayed in the back. I didnt find that professional at all. I am currently looking for another dentist that takes our insurance because I dont want to have him go back to this place.

Have schedule all 3 childrens procedures and will continue to use them! Drove from DeRidder, La and was going to switch to LakeCharles but have changed my mind!!!!

They have a long of a wait. And some on them rude. So thinking about switching my child dentist. They ridiculous

Not well received at all...I lost my time going there for this appointment..It was Mardi Gras and I felt like the office was close..all the workers were up front and my child did not receive the treatment he was scheduled for....(waiting for insurance to approve it..which was an an excuse.....they were under staffed.....or did not have the competent worker to perform...

The staff was very professional. The patient next to us was irate with the staff and no one did anything about it. She was using profanity and they continued to serve her. My children were scared because of the other patient. Something should have been done about it.

There is always a long wait, even if you have an appointment. During our most recent visit, my sons appointment was for 4:15 pm. We arrived at 3:55 pm, they didnt check his weight and height until 5:20 pm, we didnt go to the back until 5:40 pm, and we didnt get in our car to leave until 6:00 pm. My son is 4yrs old and was only there for a semi-annual teeth cleaning. It should not have taken that long.

It was horrible parents werent watching theyre kids we sat there 2 an a half hours the staff were on theyre phone it was extremely uncomfortable an I will never go back there

I was in this clinic for a long time maybe several years ... but the service goes from bad to worse they have made me come in 2 appointments in a period of 4 months for a job with my son and upon arrival they cancel me that the doctor It is an emergency I have to leave my job to get to the appointment and they cancel me 😡😠
