I went Aspen Dental in Mobile, Alabama at the begining of February to get a new upper denture. They convinced me to get a lower partial to fill in where I had teeth pulled. This is the begining of June and I still do not have my new upper or lower partial. I paid in full on the first visit.They have changed the appointment times without telling me and even called to set up an appointment and when I went in the lower wasn’t back yet.I NEVER go back after I get (if I ever get) my dentures and partial.The dental assistants are very nice and have been apologetic even though it’s not their fault.

I have been been going to Aspen dental for the past 15 years, they always do a great job. The staff is very polite and professional.

The best experience hands down. I was first introduced when my tooth chipped & had to have an emergency extraction in 2018 been going to them ever since! They are the best!

I highly recommend this place. It is one of the cleanest and best looking dental offices I have ever seen. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I had 3 fillings done here and the experience was amazing. The procedure was painless and the staff was great! Even when I had concerns, they made sure to address my questions thoroughly and promptly.

Going to the dentist normally gives me anxiety, so I was skeptical about trying a new office. It doesnt smell like a dentist when you walk in and the waiting room is very inviting! My appointment was on schedule, Mackenzie did a great job with my cleaning and everyone is super nice! The rooms are sort of open concept setup which I liked, dont feel as trapped as a normal dentist! I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family!!

I️ have never been a fan of the dentist.. usually I️ get too anxious to even go. The first time I️ walked in to Aspen Dental and talked with the staff I️ knew it was going to be the perfect place for me! Kelsey is one of the most personable and friendliest people I️ have ever met! Dr. Jones is a huge jokster and makes you feel so comfortable while getting any work done. I’m still not in love with the dentist but now I️ don’t hate going! I️ recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!

Aspen dental has given me the best experience possible. Aspen Dental Group dealt in a very timely fashion with my dental insurance company who at times seemed like they were using all their resources to get out of paying for dental work, DDS Jimmy lutz and DDS Heath Jones made me comfortable by showing that they genuinely cared about my dental health. I would recommend this establishment to anybody!

My wife and I have been going to Aspen Dental for several years now. I like that they give you honest recommendations about your teeth and dont appear pushy with unnecessary procedures. I chipped a front tooth about a year ago and they worked me in the next day to fix it. Now that our daughters are 12 and 15, weve started taking them to Aspen as well. Both hygienists weve had have also been great. We dont have dental insurance but they have a plan worked out for people in our situation to cover exams, cleanings, x-rays and discounts off other procedures (like my chip/repair). We normally see Dr. Heath Jones but Dr. Jimmy Lutz did my repair. They both seem like down to Earth people and just take care of people the right way. We wont be going anywhere else.

My extraction is infected. Did not notice till Thursday night and they are closed on Fridays.Had to go to another Dentist and more X rays. I am sure it was because a fragment of tooth was stuck in my gum and I tried to get it out. 🤷‍♀️

I recently got in touch with Aspen Dental Group after chipping my front tooth. Being that I dont enjoy looking like a character from Deliverance, I was hoping to get my tooth resolved as soon as I could. To my relief, Aspen was able to fit me in the following week. I assumed I would have a initial appointment and then have to come back for the procedure, because my past dentist worked in that manner, however the hygienist was able to quickly assess my tooth and pull over Dr. Lutz to begin the reconstruction. Dr. Lutz talked me through every detail of his plan, which was completely refreshing, as my past dentist never went into any detail. Dr. Lutz even expressed his concerns about the health of my bite, and encouraged me to make an appointment with an orthodontist, which had never been expressed to me by my prior dentist. Dr. Lutz took great care to match the color of my front teeth, and made my smile look good as new in less than an hour. I was so happy to have my tooth fixed and healthy, I made an appointment for a week later to have them cleaned! I will definitely continue supporting Aspen Dental Group and recommend their services to everyone. Quick, caring and professional!

The staff was all so friendly and really put me at ease! Dr. James really took the time to explain everything, and come up with a treatment plan that worked best for me!

I am in pain weeks after getting some fillings done. I went back to get a prescription for the pain, and Heath wouldnt prescribe anything. I am going to have to go to an oral surgeon now, b/c they thought I need a root canal, but my tooth was fine before having the filling.

I got a $ quote from the secretary who answered the phone to glue a crown back in. Then I asked her to double check that price, did it include X-rays, the exam and any anesthesia (couldnt see why Id need it but I asked)? She put the phone down on the desk so I heard her asking how much it would be. Another woman confirmed the price, the sec. came back on, repeated what shed originally quoted me, and when I asked, she said it was indeed the office manager who confirmed the price. We were good to go.When the procedure was over? They told me the cost was now OVER TWICE what theyd quoted me on the pone (and NO anesthesia was used). I reminded them Id called, confirmed the cost twice (three times, really) and THEY ARGUED WITH ME. The woman who answered the phone did NOT say a word.(And the dentist, cowardly chicken feces, hid in his office. I heard the door lock.) After going back and forth, my saying (and pointing at the phone woman), She double checked the price! Double checked! And the office manager is who she double checked with! At this point, the manager waddled out of her office/closet, and in response to my saying (at least five times) that I was quoted by the secretary AND the O.M. less than half the price they wanted me to pay NOW, the O.M. said, and I quote, Well, everyone makes mistakes.I looked at her, put my checkbook away, closed my purse, and said, You are absolutely right. And my mistake was coming here.And I left.SSK, NOT K. Muston (???)
