Really enjoyed Cordelia and the deep tissue massage!! She really listened and got in there to address all my tension issues. Brooke gave me a very relaxing and satisfying pedicure. To top it off I had a wonderful spa lunch and was gifted a scoop of some wonderful smelling bath salts. The environment was relaxing and welcoming. I was constantly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything

Got shorted on time. Had a couples massage booked. Both my husband & I had booked a 30 minute procedure after the massage. The therapists were tardy in picking us up in the waiting lounge. Both my husband & I had changed into robes. They stepped out do we could get positioned on the tables. It was at least 6-7 minutes before they returned. The massage therapists were very nice & concerned about our comfort.. They did a descent massage. They asked if it would be okay to combine the massage with the add on we’d scheduled. We agreed. Neither one of us got 5 minutes of the 2nd procedure. Our appointments were over several minutes short of 1 1/2 hours. I feel we were cheated out of 15 minutes and pretty much all of of our add on procedure. I’ve been to Asheri in the past & thought it was OK (close to the house) but we will NOT return.

Been to several different places and I always end up back here. Very nice people. Never overcrowded when I have been there and massages are great!!!! Would highly recommend!

Had an appointment for a Spa Surprise for my niece. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere were elegant, calming, and relaxed. Reasonable prices depending on what type of treatment you like. Was very satisfied with their services.

I’ve gone to Ashero several times. I’ve had massages, manicures and pedicures. You definitely get your money’s worth here! The relaxation lounge area is a bit snug. But, I’ve fallen asleep in there and no one bothered me. The best part is the facials and the time capsule thing! Just fabulous!

UPDATED!!I hate that I have to leave this review... And the one star comes only from the place itself.......But.....I had an 11:15 appointment for a facial. I walk in and the little girl at the front desk asked Can I help you, I responded yes, Please, I have an appointment and stated my name. The manager appeared to be sitting at the desk in the office behind the front desk. The girl asked if Id like her to walk me back, my thoughts were... (Yes please, as Ive never been here before.) I told her yes, she walked me back Gave me the instructions on changing and waiting for the therapist to come get me. I waited patiently until 11:35... No paper work was given to me and No one even came in to say hi or apologize. I got up... In no hurry, changed back into my clothes and left. On my way out, the front desk receptionist passed me on the hall and smile... Nothing else. The manager was still sitting at the desk in the office...i walked out, no one said a word to me. Its now been 3 hours since my appointment and not even received a phone call.Definetly will not be returning nor referring this place.UPDATE!! Update! The manager, Nan called me very apologetic and we discussed what happened. She offered me incentives... I went back and had a massage with Nicole and a Facial with Jo... They were fantastic!! I will go back as the spa is very nice, the receptionist, a different one was very social and on top of the game and the services were great! Later after my appointments, Nan called to check up on me... Very appreciable of that!!

My husband and I went in this past Saturday morning to receive a couples massage with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. This was our first experience at Ashero, but it had been recommended by several friends and acquaintances. This was also my husbands first massage experience ever. We were told to go and change in the locker room, but then were not told where to go afterwards. After dodging workers and obviously being in there way, because they were too busy to tell us where we should go or ask if we needed anything, we made our way to what seemed like a small waiting area, that was already filled with people, so there was standing room only. So, after being embarrassed and feeling like we were in the way, we now were standing there in nothing but robes and sandals, hovering over guests who were sitting in chairs with their robes on. Not quite the sensual, intimate experience I had in mind. After receiving our massages, which were nice and I dont have any complaints there, except that it was a little cold in the room, we were told that we were done. We went and changed into our street clothes and went to the reception area, where we were then told, oh, yes, youre waiting on your champagne and strawberries, there is no room in the relaxation area, so we will set you up in the front. They took over 15 minutes to get that ready, and my husband and I were just standing there in the reception area, waiting around. We were then led to two, small wicker chairs that faced out the front window, where everyone on the sidewalk could see us as they walked by, to have our champagne and strawberries. We ate them while being able to listen to every phone call that was made by the receptionist and basically greet every customer that came through the door. I was very disappointed. I paid more money for the experience and to have the champagne and strawberries and if it could not have been provided in the right fashion, I should have been told. Why was it our problem that they were so busy that we could not enjoy the experience that we were so excited about having and had paid for??? Why would they think that it was ok to provide a service for one couple in a relaxation room and for another to eat their strawberries and drink their champagne with the receptionist??? Not intimate or special at all and I have already expressed my opinions in social media. My parents have a gift certificate that they are supposed to use for Ashero, I told my mom she better bring a pillow to place onto her wicker chair and bring her sunglasses in case shes made to feel like a window display like we did.

Great place for a massage. Michelle is an excellent therapist.
