I saw Dr. Daigle today for my first ever root canal & my experience was exceptional! Upon meeting her, I felt like I had known her forever. She was so down to earth and made the entire process as smooth as could be! I have definitely found my new dentist 😄.

My client and her mother come here and every time the staff theyre very nice. Waiting area clean, organized and sanitized.I would definitely recommend Dr. Theriot and his staff.

Though I had PLENTY of hard plaque and my mouth was a little sensitive, I barelt felt a thing!! Both of the people I had were great😘.

Called in this morning to see if I could get my recently chipped tooth looked at. Not only did they get me in same day, but they fixed my tooth in about 45 minutes and had a hygienist look over everything to ensure that my overall dental health was where it needed to be. Doctor was very personable and make my visit very pleasurable considering the circumstances. Will be back. This is my new dentist for sure.

I visited Dr. Theriot Dentistry today, as I was interested in the dental savings plan they were offering due to the tremendous cost today, trying to maintain healthy teeth. I was made aware of the savings plan through Facebook. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very professional yet friendly staff. Bite wing and panoramic X-Rays were performed as well as other procedures. Dr. Theriot was also very friendly and the exam was detailed and comprehensive. I’m very grateful I made the decision to make the call and set up the appointment because I’m now a member of the savings plan. It is much easier on me financially to make an affordable monthly payment than it is to have to come up with large amounts of money at once. I give Theriot Family Dentistry 5 stars on all points.

Went in to get teeth cleaned and had 2 more appointments set up. I literally got called and texted at least 5 times a day to see if I was going to make my future appointments. Borderline harrassment. Apparently they need the business. Will never return. They must hire retired bill collectors to schedule their appointments because I felt like I was being bullied into not missing my appointment. The best part was they were even calling my wife at work to see if I was going to make it after repeatedly responding yesssssss.

My experience at Theriot Family Dentistry has been second to none. As a person who has anxiety about going to the dentist, it had been years since Ive seen one. Mrs. Ingur at the front desk was very kind and receptive and talked me through the whole process of their sedated dentistry. I swallowed my pride and made the step and never looked backed. Dr. Jacie Daigle and her assistant Alyssa have treated me great every time Ive been there. My comfort is always first priority and everyone is very good at explaining my procedures and what is to be expected. The overall positive attitude of of every employee in this office creates a very welcoming environment and my anxiety is put at ease as soon as I open the door. This is the first time in my life that I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I cant thank Dr. Daigle and Alyssa enough for the way that they have treated me. My wife sees the same thing when she comes with me. As of today, my wife and kids are now patients of Theriot Family Dentistry as they have all left the dentists that they have seen for years to come see Dr. Daigle. Service was great...Just check and make them call the dental insurance company before they service you. They love o take care if you by racking up your bill and when insurance denied it ...You get a wonderful call from them owing money...I dislike the way they do business and since dont live in Lafayette wont ever use them again..

I don’t know how they make going to the dentist so pleasant but they do. Dr. Daigle was so amazing getting me out of pain and fixing my tooth but also making it an enjoyable process! Her and her sweet assistant (I’m so sad I forgot her name) but they both were the best! Definitely 10/10 Dr. Daigle will definitely be a rockstar in her next life 👏🏻 or a deep sea fisher 😭😂🎣Also shout out to the ladies at the front desk! I’ve been coming here for quite a few years now and it’s better than any other dentist I’ve ever been to! Staff is so friendly! I am normally scared to come to dentist but over here i am not!

I was a patient of Dr. Theriot for almost 8 years while I lived in Lafayette. I had a lot of dental work done at his clinic. I have been traveling for work the last few months and I am stopping in Lafayette to visit wifes family. I have had three fillings fall out in the last 3 weeks. I had two replaced in Idaho which cost me $600 out of pocket as I currently do not have dental insurance. I need to get this third filling replaced and figured I would call Dr. Theriot seeing how he put in these faulty fillings. His receptionist was extremely rude to me. I had questions about just replacing the fillings and she insisted first you come in and pay $98 for xrays, then it just depends. I just feel short changed at this place. I spent A TON of money for dental work by this guy, and now that I need help on wirk he did, I get no help? I would not recommend this place to anybody (unless you want your $400 fillings to begin falling out a couple years later).

I am a new patient at Theriot Family Dental and I have to admit, it has been several years since I had been to the dentist. The previous experience was horrible and my view of dentists was not very good. Due to a tooth issue, I was forced to tie my heart and call for an appt. Theriot Family Dental was on my insurance plan and the reviews were very good, so I decided to call and see if they catered to cowards. The receptionist was very nice on the phone and reassured me that they would take good care of me. I am forever grateful for the kind and supportive staff I met during my appt. Nikki, hygienist, was amazing. She took the time to sit with me and calm my fears. She explained everything she was going to do and made me feel like a friend instead of a patient. She was super sweet. Dr. Soirez was great as well. She reviewed my treatment plan and gave her recommendations; however, I was never pushed for services and was even offered alternative options that are better suited financially. Everyone was so nice and supportive and they have eased my apprehension of going to the dentist. Highly recommend them!!!

Most people dont like going to the dentist, because it is not a very enjoyable place. Theriot Family Dental is unlike any other dental office in Lafayette. The front office works very hard to accomadate all patients needs whether it be appointment scheduling conflicts or help with insurance questions. There are three hygienist who are all very knowlegable and gentle clinicians, who will never fuss at you but only encourage and help figure out better ways to improve your dental health. Lastly the dentist and their assistants pry themselves on making all your treatment visits pleasant and comfortable. Their goal is to make everyone want to enjoy going to the dentist.

Was very disappointed with knowing I was lied too to extract more money from me. Went in for a cleaning that I didnt receive and was given an almost $1500 estimate to do a full deep cleaning (on the entire mouth). After a second opinion, and an actual explanation, I realized the procedure was unnecessary and completely overpriced. Avoid this place
