Told me all the problems I had and then walked away from my treatment. Most uncaring attitude. Totally unprofessional. Charged me 200.00 to help pay for his equipment and told me he practices moral dentistry. Best dentist 2015? Guess he lost his drive. Seemed to be bothered by a patient who knew what he wanted and able to make his own decisions when he is responsible for the bill. If you simply want a dentist who will get the job done for you, look elsewhere.

I was disappointed on my first visit for my daughter. Yes they do a lot of safety precautions when it comes to covid situations.they dont even let me in to the room where they check my daughter.where shes minor anyway. But what really discourage me the most is they charge my insurance of 125$ and they didn’t do anything except looking the mouth of my daughter.no procedure.no xray.nothing. They just look at her and then thats it. I canceled my next appointment because i feel its ripped off.and im not going back.its a worst experience for me..

The treatment was wonderful, and the kindness and courtesy, from the front desk all the way to the dentist was beyond great. The only reason I dont give them a 5 star rating is because when I asked if they were in network for my insurance whoever scheduled my appointment said we should be, but we can let you know for sure the day of the appointment and come to find out AFTER the appointment that Dr. Ortman is not in network so my copay is ridiculously large.I will not be returning, but I do recommend this place if you can afford it or if your insurance covers it!

I hadnt seen a dentist in 6 years and I was terrified that they would be rude and critical about that fact. They were so sweet and understanding!

Dr. Ortman and his staff are wonderful! I came to them after years with out dental insurance and they were able to give me the best, most cost effective options to get me back on track! They took the time to listen and answer all of my questions, which was very important to me. They were even able to do a simple procedure that improved the look of my smile drastically! I was very happy with their work and will continue to go there and recommend others to their practice as well!

My family has been going to Dr. Ortman and his staff for close to twenty years. They all do a great job. The dental hygienists are some of the best that have every cleaned my teeth. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
