Brought my 2020 Mathews VXR 28 in to put on a Vaportrail Limbdriver dropaway rest on 1/11/2021. The tech that was there claimed he could install it no problem. Went home to sight in my bow, still 1/11/2021, with the new rest. About 15 shots in, I heard a loud crack. Apparently the tech could not install it properly. The result is that I now have to replace a limb on my brand new bow and maybe even the cam. When I went to complain to a manager, he accused me of dropping my bow and filled out a product claim form. No repremands to the tech that broke my bow. No offer to help me in any way. Pretty much just strugged his shoulders. All I wanted was for him to do something, but all I got was typical corporate talk.I cant recommend Field and Stream less. Ive done a lot of my hunting season shopping there, as well as purchasing a rifle and a seperate bow, but the money I paid for there tech to effectively break my bow will be the last deal I make there.

This place is awesome for outdoor and hunting gear. I really like coming to this place. I get a lot of stuff for my bow here including my bow. They sell guns, backpacks, and other hunting and camping goods here. The bathrooms are pretty clean. The staff is very friendly here and helpful. They also sell fishing equipment.

They had the fishing lures that I was looking forThe fishing assistant went above the required service and checked his back stock to find the lures that I needed. Im very satisfied.

Loved browsing around this store. They had almost anything you could think of. I wound up buying a Christmas present and a little something for me too!!!! I will definitely go back. All the workers I ran into were very nice and extremely helpful.

Cool store. Like everywhere else: no ammo. I was amazed at how empty it was; I felt like we had the entire store to ourselves. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Got what I needed. They were having a good sale

Went in to field and stream store to buy bass lures. Went to lure section all of the hooks lures and other items were turned backwards. So you had to to turn all the items around to see what you were looking at. There was one check out lane open. The person had no idea to properly checkout a customer. I gave the check out person my phone number for small discount. They can’t find it so I payed full price. Never ever dealing with field and stream again. I had to leave 1 star rating so I could write this review. It should be - 5 star rating for this store. I’m going to stick with on line shopping tackle wear house, fishing USA, Amazon. Good luck if you go to this store.

A great place to shop, great service.

They are far more expensive than academy, but they also have higher end stuff and a much bigger selection. Over all wasnt a bag experience and customer service was pretty good also.

Stop a week or two ago looking for ammo, and saw a pistol that I wanted to look at. After 10 or 15 minutes of being ignored I left. Came back today and It wasnt in the case, so I was finally able to get someone to talk to me, I asked about it and was told that I was lying that they never had them.

Pretty pricey without the varied outdoor selection of Academy. When you sell niche products, you should diversify within that niche.

Just needed to fill a 9oz. CO2 bottle filled. They treat the $4.00 sale like it was a $500.00 purchase. Great customer service. Made me feel like family.

I went into Field and Stream to look at rifles and shotguns and to get some prices on handguns. I was not greeted by even one person the entire time I was in the store which was more than 30 minutes. I stood at the gun counters for more than 20 minutes alone, then went over to look at The Kayaks and fishing gear. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed anything. There were very few customers in the store, someone should have asked if I needed help. Its very possible that they lost the sale on at least two shotguns that I was interested in and possibly a handgun for my concealed weapon. I too am in retail sales and understand the importance of meeting and greeting your customers and staying with them in case they need any help. Not the case here!

Academy is better IMO. Prices are better for sure there but they do have some better quality clothing here and larger selection of fishing gear.

Rather than being helpful or trying to answer my questions about the products, a member of management seemed to accuse me off trying to steal. I spend far too much money on this store to be treated this way. You had better learn your place in this town. I wonder what other business will pop up here after they are gone.

I am an avid shooter, and I am also a woman. I understand that not all women are as comfortable with firearms as I am. However, do not stand there while I look at guns in your store for over 45 minutes without saying a word to me. Do not skip me to serve two other customers, just because they are men. I’ve expressed my interest in guns and helped to answer another customer’s question about a gun I actually own—and you don’t even have the decency to ask me if I would be interested in seeing a gun more closely. That’s just poor salesmanship. You just lost yourself a $700 sale on an incredibly slow night. Do you not work on commission?

My kids and I love to go here. It doesnt have the huge fish tank like Bass Pro Shops or the large mountain scenes like Cabellas but it does have a small mountain scene in the back of the store with some taxidermied animals. The other neat thing about this store is that it is attached to its sister store Dicks Sporting Goods. When we are done looking at the outdoor side, we can walk right across and go into the sportier side. Its a nice contrast and very clean store. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Very good atmosphere great service. Only down fall was I heard some employees talking negative about there leadership . They where saying things in regards to the being short handed and being told they didnt want them working overtime!

Beautiful store. A little over the edge on clothing. Prices above average for things you can buy elsewhere for cheaper. But really enjoy walking around the store. Beautiful so clean and organized.

Toys R Us for Adults - everything you need and the things you want at great prices. Always find good sales on everything from clothes to ammo. A little disappointed with the Firearms selection store policy changes reduced a lot of options but still good options.

They always have almost anything Im looking for and have a great stick of muzzleloader supplies which is sometimes hard to find around here.

There was a sale running online, and I wasnt sure I could use it on a Honda outboard motor I wanted, but the staff was very helpful and discussed it with the manager and I was able to use the discount! Im very satisfied with the service I received today.

Huge selection of all things outdoors. Bows, guns, fishing lures and poles, kayaks, tents, anything you can think of! The staff is friendly and always willing to help and the fact that one of them is my brother makes it even better.

Always clean, great customer service, and stocked well with many choices. I always loved this store but they joined the libtards and jumped on the gun control wagon. So I lost all respect for them. Since they ban certain weapons I will ban them and no longer spend a dime with them!!

Got there at 10PM they closed at 11 pm. I went in knowing what I needed but wasnt asked if I found what I needed. I asked someone about lined mens pants I saw online on the website looked like I was inconveniencing her. When checking out right before closing my field cameras were rang up with wrong amount so when they had to do a price check not very willing. Asked if i was a member said i didnt think so. I asked clerk about the card & membership she did like she didnt here me.

Man when they first opened everyone was on the ball. They helped me with everything I needed and answered all my questions. But today nobody knew anything or what was going on, a lack of employees as well.

Reasonable prices and the sales are actually worth checking out. Just a piece of advice though if you have a size 7 or 8 shoe i would order online.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen at the gun counter and now because of there new corporate law saying ONLY 21 YR OLDS CAN BUY ANYTHING FROM THE GUN AREA(including scopes and shotgun shells) I no longer have a reason to shop there. The only reason its not getting one star is because the archery counter has the two most helpful people in the whole store.

Tried to buy a pistol that was on sale, filled out the background check form, waited an hour, salesman said sometimes it takes a couple days. I paid for the gun anyway, and they said they will hold on to it until i hear from FBI. (I have no criminal history, so I dont know why it is delayed). 30 Days later, still no word. I called Field and Stream, salesman tells me, Not to worry, got your pistol right here with your receipt taped to it so it wont be put back into stock. Call back a week later, no one can locate my pistol. Salesman now claims All gun sales after 30 days are put back on the shelf and sold. Now I have to drive 1 1/2 hours to get a refund. They should not have sold my gun, as it was already paid for. GREEDY COMPANY!
