Waste of money & time! Saw no results from facials. Beth is hard to get ahold of. She doesn’t track her Groupon business accurately & will screw you out of your appointment if you have to cancel, even 24 hrs. before.

Beth is wonderful. Have had several facials with her and would highly recommend her! My face looks better every time and so relaxing.

I dont even know where to start. BETH is a horrible lying degrading person. I am disabled and scraped up money for treatments which I now know she never intended to give me.... she tried her hardest to make it look like I was the one not wanting to make appts, first of all who would pay all that money that they dont have in the first place if they didnt intend to get the treatment! I tried tracking her down so many times and I have all the proof of how she blew me off and then said because of my condition these treatments wouldnt work and promised me a refund which I also have proof of. She was going to refund me because she wasnt able to pay rent for a smoothie shop she never even opened. Then she said she thought she would have had her tax return... excuse after excuse. But even more pathetic is I confided in her that I was desperate for my money back to put a copay down for 3 surgeries I needed. She wouldnt answer my texts and when she finally did she said I lied to her that my Healthcare was free. I broke down. It isnt anywhere near free and even if it were thats none of her business! I have never been so humiliated by someone that is supposedly a professional! She owed me my money back for not getting the treatments I paid for. She is a thief and a liar ... DO NOT trust her I dont want anyone else to through this awful process. Oh and she said she would mail my refund back to me... never got it and I knew I wouldnt. But her repulsive behavior caused me a very bad flare up and Im already so sick. Ive heard from others that have similar stories so do yourself a favor and stay away from her.

Wow I figured she had a bad reputation! Same thing happened to me. I paid 900 dollars up front for a package. I had 4 , I paid for 10 .the first one she did in backward sequence. Of the other 3. She said she was still learning her new cavi lipo machine from China.. It was likened to a witch doctor selling snake oil. Her attitude is NASTY!!! And there was the same bedding on her bed every time I went . The tiny space she works in. Is Filthy in my opinion. Who does that? Anyway there is more. Same issues with appointments. Saying she, was booked for weeks. Etc . She owes me money also . She is a Horrible person in my opinion. I started thinking to myself just how filthy were her tools and facial towels? Hmm not worth taking a chance on her . She is a Looooser!

Owner uses DOLLAR STORE, DOLLAR TREE, products. But if you pay full price for a service you might get lucky enough to have PROFESSIONAL products used on you. IF YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE this is the place for you, SHE DOESNT PAY HER EMPLOYEES!!!. I HAVE PROOF TO BACK ALL THINGS BEING SAID INCLUDING PICTURES. ESTABLISHMENT IS DIRTY, NO PROPER SANITATION. AND IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR SPA PACKAGES AND NEVER GET TO USE THEM NOR GET A REFUND GO HERE! AND BY THE WAY THE PICTURE OF SALON THAT IS ON PROFILE IS NOT THE FACILITY THAT SHE IS IN NOW.

Beth the owner is a very bad nasty person. She sold me packages and then wont ever let me get in for them I asked for a refund got so much bs about it and not a dime, she said she would give me refund in product I said okay then said well that was when I had product uh what... Have not gotten one red cent and she owes me $418. Do not spend you money here so much aggravation!
