Amie with FirstLight Home Care was Great to work with. My Mother needed help after surgery and FirstLight was there for us. She matched us! She met us, assessed our home situation, needs and figured out who among her staff could best serve us .. not only physically but personality fit. I never knew of a service that endeavored to do that. Her choice in caretaker for us was spot on. Dianna was delightful and efficient. The service provides help with cleaning, cooking, physical care such as bathing and dressing, rides to doctors .. just anything needed .. and in a warm and friendly manner. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with their care at a time when as elderly folks we were at our most vulnerable.
