OMG, just got a call stating that Dr Williams passed away yesterday. He was an excellent doctor with a bed side manner like no other. Rest in peace doc. You will be missed!!! Prayers for your family and staff.

So very sad to hear of the death of Dr. Patrick Kevin Williams. There are not words to tell you what a wonderful, kind, compassionate doctor he was. He treated my husband and did everything he could to advance my husbands treatment. Dr. Williams went above and beyond what you would expect of any doctor. Dr. Williams later became my doctor after my own heart attack.May God comfort your family.

I was always treated with respect and the whole team of Dr. Lew were always willing to answer any questions I asked. I could not ask for better treatment. Dr. Lew is the best as far as Im concerned..

The one thing that disappointed me was the lack of appreciation for the value of my time. We arrived 15 minutes early as directed but were not informed that the doctor was running nearly an hour late. It would have been nice had someone called to let us know he was running late and see whether we would prefer to reschedule or were fine with waiting. The person taking people in was short with me and didnt apologize. She stated that it is a geriatric practice and the doctor ran into an issue in the morning that made him late. I understand being late, but an apology and some information would have been highly appreciated. I probably wouldnt suggest going to The Villages office.

My wife had a sonogram at the FHVC. Apparently, when she called FHV to confirm her appointment and double check the location, the receptionist sent her to the wrong facility. They were able to squeeze her into their schedule and her wait time was only 1/2 hour. Although it was FHVs call receptionists error, the check-in staff were all bent out of shape when they were dealing with the issue. They were not very pleasant with my wife. One person was downright rude.When my wife was called out of the waiting room to take her sonogram test, she again had to deal with a technician who also had an unpleasant attitude. Not fun! People with bad, rude attitudes should NOT be in the business of dealing with customers. The only reason I gave a 3 star rating was because they did manage to see her within 1/2 hour.
