I had a brain mri done on June 28, 2021. I was told the results would be available in 3-4 days. The mri was not read until July 6 and I was told it would be another 3-4 days before it was put on the portal! That would be 2 full weeks to find out what was in the report! This is an outrageous time frame to read any type of test but even more so one of the brain. I don’t recommend this place at all

Excellent facility. Everybody was friendly. Clean. I felt safe everybody was Socially distanced, wearing masks and staff was constantly cleaning. I was nervous to have my first scan done and the technologist was so friendly and explained everything in detail. I will recommend to anybody.

Not able to get an IV started, dont have the trained nurse on duty. Their only suggestion was reschedule when we have a nurse, oh she only works 3 days a week. Doesnt matter if that doesnt fit your schedule. To bad that dont mention that when you schedule an appointment. Wont ever attempt to use the company again

I got there at 8:40 am, thinking that they would get me in earlier then my appointment. Boy was I wrong. I have been wait for over 2 hour to get in. When asked what took so long, some technical person didnt show up on time. I will be changing my mammogram to other place.

Takes over a week to get mri results back and according to their employees thats normal. Maybe normal for this office but not for other imaging offices.

Had to wait 1.5 hours on a Saturday due to a computer glitch with the MRI machine. Far worse is that the radiologist did not provide a report to my orthopedist . As a result, when I visited my orthopedist (a 45-minute one-way drive to Ocala) I was told that without the radiologists report, I would have to make another appointment.. Horrible experience.

I have only been to this place on the advice of my Dr..I ended up returning another time.I thought the help was great. I had difficulty moving around and the employees made it easier for me. There is one person that was so kind and helpful. I feel I have to mention her.She was at the front desk and her name is Melissa. She was so patient and kind throughout the entire time I was there.

My husband and I have been in lady lake for 15 years. We have only been to Lake Medical Imaging.We were recommended to go to Sand Lake by our neurologist.My husband was sent for an MRI. We were given an appointment the next day which is unheard of. The office staff was wonderful.The tenchnoligist Will was so good with my husband. Will made sure my husband was comfortable throughout the entire process.our physician had the results the same day. We were definitely impressed and will be returning for future appointments.

I had both a mammogram and bone density tests performed by Technician Andrea. She was friendly and efficient and it was the best mammogram Ive had in years with no pain. I dont give compliments easily, but I highly recommend this Imagining location for excellent customer service.

Your facility was referred to me by my Dr’s office they spoke highly of your technician and reports. But on my experience over the phone and in person with the front desk lady was awful she has no customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve attempted multiple times to get RX’s done and according to her it’s always busy and I will have to schedule and appointment. Today I decide to walk in as I was placed on hold to make an appointment when I walk in there’s 2 patients waiting and she insisted I could not be seen today that I needed an appointment. Once I brought up that I understood the online reviews miraculously a cancellation appeared and she wanted to schedule me at that point I took my order and left. This is not a place I would give my business to. I’m sure you have lost a lot of business to the poor customer service this employee offers.

The scheduler Melissa was very rude. She didnt even identify herself which is a huge pet peeve of mine and she wasnt happy when I asked to whom am I speaking to? She quickly scheduled my appointment and was about to hang up and I HAD to ask her if I needed to bring my photo ID and Insurance card and she said yes and to arrive 15 minutes earlier. So if I didnt ask I would had been late to my appointment? I hope my exams experience goes better than this.

This place is awesome. My wife had to have a CT Scan of the stomach w/ contrast. Another facility wanted her to drink 3 cylinders of thick creamy nastiness and my wife couldnt do it because it made her sick to her stomach. We decided to change from there to Sand Lake and no such yuckiness at this place. Their concoction was much more palatable and it tasted like orange Kool-Aid, it was clear and not thick at all. After 2 attempts at the other place, Sand Lake nailed it in one visit. Thanks Sand Lake.

The office is very clean and new looking. The front desk woman was very nice and friendly and even helped me with a little paperwork issue , and didn’t act as if it was an inconvenience to her, she was awesome. The woman doing my xRay was also very nice and friendly and calm. Her directions were very easy to understand and she made me feel comfortable. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth! 10/10 recommend! - Rachel DurhamP.s They had Gilligans Island on the TV in the waiting lobby, I was pretty happy about that also hahaha!

This is hands down the worst imaging place in the world. They dont treat their Patience right. They are very rude. The manager is a complete horrible person how she treats her staff and lies to cover her own butt. Plus the company alters insurance forms and acts like they are calling from the doctors office to get the insurance which is against hippa. I recommend no one to go here and hope they get caught for all the illegal stuff they do

My first trip to Sand Lake after going to Lake Imaging due to their higher end equipment. Had an Mri for the first time and Will was excellent in helping me calm my anxiety and nerves and well skilled. I also had a mammo which was the best experience I have ever had. Technician (sorry forgot your name) also was well skilled and made it a pleasant experience and happy she did my bone density test too.The facility is clean and love the colors. Love they have lockers too. Office staff was all very kind and helpful. No long waits from scheduling to arrival to actual tests performed. Definitely will be coming back here for my needs!My only concern was the nature geographic video shown throughout the facility that day needs to be fully viewed by management. It had some violent scenes in it which yes in nature it happens but seeing in this in an office setting of an allegator attack and pulling animal from shoreline and the struggle and the head get eaten or one fish eating another with it hanging out of its mouth are graphic and images that really do not belong in a place like this when patients are anxious and nervous enough. I am an adult and I had to turn away several times and it flared up my anxiety before my appointments. Please do not show this video. I was not alone in feeling this way as others sitting with me in waiting area all reacted.Kudos to all!

I initially chose Sand Lake at Lady Lake because of their state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology. But I wondered if I had made a mistake after a very unpleasant, unprofessional experience with the mammogram technician. Later, I found out that my experience had been atypical: a tech from out of the area was filling in for the day and had conducted my procedure in a manner that was totally out of keeping with their practice. When Dr. Posniak learned of my experience, he called to gather additional information and personally apologize on behalf of the facility. He was very warm and sympathetic and I felt heard in my experience. At the end of the call, he told me that the radiologist wanted more explicit images and had one of his staff call me later to set up another appointment at my convenience.When I arrived, I was taken back within 5 minutes, changed, and taken to the mammogram room for extensive bi-lateral films. Sand Lakes regular tech was back and was friendly, caring, and professionally adept at maneuvering me into the various postures. I experienced none of the pain or rude positioning that had been my first experience.Afterwards I was advised that the radiologist requested an ultrasound to further clarify her understanding of the new images. That tech was also kind and thoroughly professional in what turned out to be an extensive 20-30 minute process to ensure she captured exactly what the radiologist was asking for.After I got dressed I was told that the radiologist was on the phone in an office and wanted to speak to me. Once again, I had a very positive impression of a doctor who was kind, reassuring and totally skilled at describing to me her findings. She told me that once she had reviewed my prior films (which first had to be copied onto a cd), she would call me the next day with her final conclusions and diagnoses. This medical experience, potentially quite stressful, was greatly lessened by all who I was in contact with.Finally, leaving the office, I was asked to step in to speak with Jennifer, the office manager. I assumed it had something to do with billing, but she just wanted to personally apologize again on behalf of the facility and ask how todays experience had gone. Happily, I had nothing but superlatives to report and will definitely come here again when needing any sort of imaging.

Awful!!!! Poor customer service. Received message on my phone of the cost, while I was in the waiting room. Didn’t have the curtsy to call me up to the window. Receptionist had horriable customer service! They were so worried about making an appointment, while my son was in desperate need of CT scan due to head injury.
