Did not have to wait long in the waiting room. The dental assistant (sorry do not remember her name) was so very friendly, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained everything to me. The special touch is a big screen TV in front of the dental chair with calming views of this amazing world. The Dentist was nice, professional, explained what to expect and he did an amazing job. I still have to go back, but it won’t be a problem. This office was great

Extremely rude front desk lady. Not sure her name she refused to give it. If you are Extremely nervous when it comes to anything dental related this is NOT the place for you. She scoffed at me and ridiculed me simply because I didnt understand their process. Its ppl like her that make certain ppl hate and loathe going to the dentist. The saddest part is I never even got to see the actual doctor. She made me feel small and stupid.

Probably the most professional dental office visit I have had in my entire 78 years of life. From the front desk to the exam room, the x-rays and treatment. The dentist was the most gentile, caring dentist I have ever had. He explained everything in detail that I needed and exactly what he was going to do and also explained everything he was doing as the procedure went along. Also, his assistant, whose name escapes me at the moment, deserves an Atta Girl as she treated me like family and kept me relaxed and very informed as to the condition of my mouth and tooth and seemed to really enjoy her job. I told the Dentist they need to give her a raise. I am looking forward to my next visit. I wish there were more businesses and or Dentists and Doctors offices that were run as well as that one

Absolutely amazing doctor.I have had many root canals and never had one where the only pain was from the anesthetic injection and felt nothing from the drilling itself.Very polite and Professional staff, the tech Hope talked me through the entire process explained what was going to happen and why, a very nice change from other offices where you are just a number and a source of income.Doctor Narayana, or Pushpak was incredible. He detected the real cause of my pain that was not what the referring doctor had diagnosed and fixed it. I am so happy to be pain free again!!

Arrived 15 minutes before appointment time as instructed. The office staff greeted us immediately and let us in, put our registration forms in order and introduced me to the endodontist and assistant. Wait times between tasks were minimal. We were finished and on our way home very quickly with my next appointment in hand. The entire visit was handled efficiently, professionally.and painlessly.

The absolute best endodontic care this side of West Palm Beach Florida.I had a consultation with an endo specialist practicing in The Villages. Im not endo educated but it sure seemed like I was NOT going to get the best care from the endo provider practicing in TV.Dr. Narayana was the second endo specialist I visited. His approach was 180 degrees different from the TV endo specialist that I first consulted with.Dr. Narayana utilizes a conservative approach to saving teeth. He is a well trained well recognized expert in the field of endodontics - is compassionate, friendly and down to earth. A fantastic endodontist with a superbly grounded personality.FYI - in my opinion there is a very important basic distinction that separates top shelf endodontists from all the rest. That would be a 360 or panoramic x ray machine. Its a valuable tool for the endodontist and for the outcome of your root canal.The TV based endodontist that I first consulted with stated he didnt see the value in having that tool. That was the first of many red flags that appeared during my first consultation.Dr. Narayana performed a root canal that was painless and seemed to only take a very short time to complete. It was my first root canal and it was sooo easy - for me!You will get the absolute best of care from Dr. Narayana and his support staff - hands down!

Dr. Whitt and his associate were very professional. They explained exactly what my procedure would entail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My procedure was done at 1:00 P.M. and at 8:20 P.M. that evening Dr. Whitt personally called my to see how I was doing. I also received a call from his assistant the following afternoon asking about my well being. I was very impressed with that kind of caring nature.

I recently had two endodontic procedures. The first was a surgical one in which Dr. Pushpak had to clean out infection around the root of a tooth. The second was a root canal. I have extreme dental phobia and anxiety when I have to go to a dentist due to several negative experiences with other practices. Dr Pushpak and his assistant, Abby, were professional, calming and they both assured me that I would be completely comfortable. I had an excellent experience with both procedures and would highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to Village Endodontics by my General Dentist Chris Lunsford, DDS. The diagnosis was Resorbtion on #22. This was going to require immediate attention, an appointment was made for four days after my diagnosis. I was told by the Village Endodontics Staff when to arrive and to obey all COVID-19 and CDC Guidelines. I was asked to wait in my vehicle until the time of my appointment, they called me in on time, the staff was very professional, my Endodontist Dr John Whitt was extremely skilled. My procedure went very well, very little discomfort and hardly any swelling. I began experiencing hot/cold sensitivity and pain on a tooth with a crown. My dentist referred me to the Village Endodontics who were able to schedule me the same day. After a thorough workup and xrays, they were able to diagnosis and make a temporary repair. The pain and sensitivity was gone. I returned 4 weeks later for a follow-up. Theres a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. Because theyre good. I had to have a root canal. First one Ive ever had and was petrified as I have no tolerance for pain in my teeth. I was going to go with the IV sedation but after a consultation with Dr. Narayana, who said he could almost guarantee (99.9%) he could do it pain free, I decided against the sedation. True to his word, Dr. Narayana did the procedure and with NO PAIN. I would recommend anyone with dental fears and needing a root canal to go here. Great job by Dr. Narayana and the entire staff. The staff was very friendly and explained what would happen. The surgeon eased my anxiety with humor. He knew what my dentist wanted and prepared the tooth to his specifications.

Having been married to a dentist who was also a professor of dentistry, I was well educated on what the hallmarks of a below-average professional, an average professional, and one who excelled above all others. Dr. Narayana was well within the category of one who excelled above all others. I have required the care of an endodontist several times as an adult, and was fortunate to have had excellent care. Dr. Narayana, however, was incredible in terms of his endodontic skills but how he documented and explained what was needed, what was done, and what may be required in the future. His entire office staff have also to be commended. And, again, each one whom I dealt with was also in the excelled above all others category. If one had to put it in a few words: Quite simply, dont go anywhere else if you need an endodontist.

I was referred to Village Endodontics and dreading my dental appointment with them. However, to my pleasant surprise, I was put at ease by Dr. Whitt and his assistant Kelsey and her trainee Erika. Dr. Whitt is an exceptional endodontist technically, but he is also very personable and compassionate. He is very sharp and is a talented problem solver. His experience allows him to avoid mistakes lesser dentists would make. He was able to salvage what was left of a the base of a front incisor tooth and was able to make it stronger and better than before without the need of an implant. He truly looks out for what is best for the patient, and is not looking to run up your fees. Kelsey was an exceptional assistant was was able to point out the sequence of the procedure and the final goal for the operation to me in a way that I was able to follow. I recommend Village Orthodontics without reservation.

While vacationing in Utah I started having discomfort on a root canal tooth. I called my dentist from CT, and he prescribed an antibiotic. It helped but didn’t work. We now live in FL so getting attention was paramount. Not having set up a dentist in FL I was left with finding someone on my own. Looking through Google, I found a Dr and their office referred me to Village Endodontics. Flying in on a Thursday, they had one opening at 10:30. I told them I’d take it and would call them if I missed my transportation. I made the appointment and met Dr Whitt.This is a long intro story to explain why I give them 5 stars. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. They put me at ease, explained what there were going to do. I thought that I’d loose the tooth as this was an old root canal. Dr Whitt explained that to loose this would not be strong enough to provide support for my Bridge. He and his assistant worked carefully and efficiently to clean and restore my tooth.Here’s the cream on top. I received a personal call from Dr Whitt at 9 pm that night to see how I was feeling. That just doesn’t happen in this day and age. Add another star. His staff called me the next morning to make sure I was still in good shape. Outstanding service and performance.I would recommend this Dr to anyone and everyone. It’s been over 7 weeks and I’m waiting for my crown and everything they did is rock solid. I cannot thank Dr Whitt and his staff enough or say enough for those that read through all this.

This dental experience was probably the best I have ever had... and it began with a very painful (previously capped) molar which was abscessed and the Infection extended to the entire length of the nerve requiring immediate root canal.The dentist and staff were professional and efficient. My initial visit was much quicker than I expected and virtually without pain! The second one was more of the same. Throughout, i was kept comfortable and aprised of the progress. They seem to use top shelf, state of the art equipment and always keep patient comfort as job one.To date i have not required pain meds!I am very satisfied with my entire experienceThanks!
