I went here for the first time. The dentist was nice as were the technicians. However, I was presented was $2000 worth of “necessary” procedures. I was basically told that if I didn’t go along with all of them, then I needed to go get a second opinion elsewhere. Wouldn’t even clean my teeth because I declined a service they offered. At my regular doctors office, if I decline a suggested service, they don’t fire me as a patient. East Hamlet did just that. In my opinion, I should have the right to say no. Some dental care is better than none. They don’t see it that way. Their way or the highway. Thanks for not caring.

Dr Rossman Is THE Best Dentist! I have severe dental anxiety and she was so soothing and talked me through the process. Staff was great and her assistant Jessica was simply amazing. Best Dental experience. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I recently switched dental offices, because I was not satisfied with my previous dentist, and although this office is 40 minutes away from me, IT WAS WORTH THE SWITCH, the staff was courteous, attentive and really listened and explained my needs, from Dianelle the office administrator to Lauryn my hygienist and the doctor Dr. Steig.. he was so down to earth and really made my son and I feel at home... the office was clean and protocol for sanitation was followed everywhere we went. if you are looking for a new dentist, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO... GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE !!!! :-)

I have been going to East Hamlet Dental for one year now since moving to The Villages, FL. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends.

Nice staff, clean, personable Dds, reasonable prices, don’t push unnecessary treatment. Single practitioner office, not corporate run tooth factory! Good hygiene staff. Responsive to emergencies. Like your family dentist, in a newer setting.

Looks like my first review didntGo thru, so here it is againI was not able to use this office because I needed an oral surgeon, but Kathy ( I hope correct name) kept trying to find me one that took my insuranceShe never gave up til she found help for me.Im so impressed !

Worst dental experience ever, and that is after over 50 years of regular dental visits. Just went in for the usual twice a year cleaning, and, instead, after X-rays and exam, I was presented with a 3 page list of unnecessary services totalling over $2600. When I told them I just wanted the usual cleaning for now, they refused, unless I went along with their list. A retired dentist friend examined me and confirmed that the services on the list were not necessary. Dr. Steig gives the impression of being friendly and knowledgeable, but I would not recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The Dental Hygienist was so empathetic to my anxiety of dental work and Dr. Steig too. Great and legitimate service, that I highly recommend this office and staff.
