This location had me waiting 45 min for my daughters antibiotic just to call and yell me they didnt have what I needed..she was sitting in the car sick waiting too..waste my time ok...but my sick baby? Not ok! This isnt the first time I have had a problem with this location either..a few of the techs in there are pretty rude.
I’ve had multiple times where I try to fill a prescription and then do not hear back from them for a few days. Also NEVER use the drive through. I have sat for 15-20 mins there after they tell you won’t prescription is ready, then get there and they need 20 min to fill it and ask you to go park.
Not very Customer Friendly! Majority of the time the Pharmacist & the Techs WILL NOT acknowledge you right away & try to avoid eye contact. Im in the process of transferring to Publix. Im tired of the , moody & unfriendly employees at this location. I miss Buffy &(Pharmacist) at the Dorchester Rd location. Shes always friendly & willing to help, gladly. But after this month Publix pharmacy will get my Entire familys business. Not just ours but at an HOA meeting some of my neighbors have mention switching or having already switched from this location. Do better with your attitudes, adjust those non personalities & customer service skills... with ALL of your customers, not just a few & those you know personally!!!
Only tried to use them twice. Very slow...waiting to fill until you actually show up to pick it up, ask you to circle around so they can get to the next car, and then no meds in stock. No excuse when youve had a prescription all day. Let the customer know so they can go somewhere else.
