Dr. Crane and his staff are THE BEST!! They have changed my life. I came to them with many issues and they never judged me and made me feel welcomed every time. I had my entire mouth redone and I am new woman because of them. I can now take pictures with my family and friends and not be ashamed. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! I cant thank them enough for the confidence they have given back to me. Thank you Miracle, Christina, Rachel and Dr. Crane for changing my life!

Im truly blessed to have Dr. Crane as my dentist. I have had some very bad experiences with dentist in the past, but Dr. Crane, right away put me at ease. Him, Miracle, Rachel, and Christina, are very caring, and compassionate when it comes to patients. I would highly recommend if your in need of dental work, call and make an appt.

Dr. Nicklas and her staff are very nice and very gentle. They make going to the dentist very comfortable and calming. Weve been patients of Dr. Nicklas for about 4 years and always had a pleasant experience. I dont know many kids that look forward to the dentist but its a happy event anytime I take my child. She goes out of her way to make sure youre ready and comfortable. Nicklas and her staff are always ready to answer any questions and share tips on healthy practices. I highly recommend.

The staff were all very friendly, very gentle with my sensitive teeth, and just happy with their jobs. Dr. Nicklas was so sweet, caring and kind. She fixed my front tooth filling that another dentist messed up twice and it looks perfect. She is an expert on front teeth and a perfectionist! Love it! They were very good with my young children and Im glad to have found a place I can get my teeth done with my kids. I couldnt recommend this dental office more, best Ive ever been to. So Dr Nicklas is not even there anymore. They just switched me to the new guy without even asking or telling me.

The people I interacted with were very nice and helpful, but I dont know that Ill be returning. On my first visit for a routine exam and teeth cleaning, the dentist pushed both getting seemingly unnecessary fillings and invisalign. I say unnecessary fillings because the dental assistant did not mention anything about it, and I think she would know. It just seemed like the dentist was most concerned with making money. Also my name and address were both spelled wrong, which meant I had issues with my insurance payment, which meant I had to call both my insurance and the dentist twice.

Dr. Nicklas as well as her staff are amazing! They are all friendly and sweet which will ease away any dentist fear you may have. Im on my way to smiling again thanks to Nicklas dental.

Still the best dentist in the world... Dr. Nicklas truly cares about her patients. The military hit me with dental class 4 out of the blue and even though she already had a full day of appointments. She rearranged her schedule to fit me in to fix my problem with the military.. I dont know what else to say she doesnt see her patients as dollar signs she sees them as people and she truly cares..

Dr. Nicklas and her team provide first class service in a fun upbeat office environment. The level of care is superb and they see adults and children which is a big bonus for us!!!

Very clean, new facility. Very kind, professional and thorough staff. They put me at ease right away and did not lay down any guilt regarding how long it has been since my last dental visit (as my previous dentist would so often do). They took the time to explain all information to me, took me through all the options for a tooth that will need to be removed, and make sure I understood the cost estimates of all. They created a very positive experience (even though they had to give me the news I feared getting). They contacted my insurance for me and had all cost concerns finalized before I even left the building. I have never had such a good experience at a dentist or any health type facility before. I wish I could get all of my medical concerns handled here! Seriously, I could not recommend the staff and facility highly enough. Thank you ladies!

I was just in Nicklas Dental to drop something off. The office is so spacious, bright, and clean. The two doctors are so friendly. Looks like a very nice family dentistry office.

Dr Niklas, Hygienist Brooks and the front staff are awesome. Not only are they ALL very competent at their jobs, they are ALL super nice which is rare for an entire team of people. I promise you this is the best dental experience you will ever have... Me, my wife and three children ages 8, 6 & 5 can attest to that after having work done ranging from cleanings to cavities to cosmetic perfection! Thank you Dr. Niklas and staff.

Beware of non disclosed bills after paying in full at the desk. I received a bill from Nicklas Dental over a month after my procedure without an explaination for additional charges, surely I figured that it would be a mistake because I paid in full, the day of procedure. NOPE! They said that they miscalculated my bill, even though the bill itself says nothing about what I’m being charged for. Never in my life have I seen this, they acted as if it’s completely normal. To make it even worse, no online or over the phone payment! You have to mail them a check! Not to mention the fillings were horrible, chunks of material stuck to my other mollars after the fact and xrays didn’t even show any evidence of cavities, initial inspection showed that my teeth were perfect and then the doctor came over and found evidence that a cavity “might start.” I’m thinking now that it was essentially upselling.

Love the atmosphere and love the people! The lady at the front desk even offered to watch my baby while I got my teeth clean.

We love this office. Everyone there is so nice and friendly.
