Your help here is the best. There are such nice and incredible people; I actually got attached. That is so important when you get older

Working with physical therapy has been great! They worked with me to get me feeling good again. The food has been pretty great as well!

I was disappointed with this facility. We schedule a 1/2 hour appt. to visit with my Dad and we got 15 mins. if that! They didnt have him ready, they wheeled him away crying, it was traumatic to say the least.

Everyone is great! My LNAs and nurses were very nice and helpful. Had a great time with physical therapy

Nursing staff was great but nurse practitioner and unit manager were not easy to get a hold of. The food was good but the room could use a little refurb. Staffing seems short due to Covid

Food was good. Staff was very good at taking care of me and treated me well.

My mother has been at this facility for over a year after having a stroke. She has recovered a lot of mobility and her diabetes is also under control now thanks to the care she’s received here. The staff appear to be happy in their work; which is always a good sign, and the director has been very responsive to our families feedback. Mom is happy and well cared for!

Physical therapy helped me a lot. They know what they are doing!

My father is at this facility. He has dementia and it was not safe for him to continue to live by himself. He can be aggressive and difficult and did not go willingly. This facility has saved him. He is well cared for, socialized, well fed and most importantly, safe. I know he is eating well balanced meals and he has even gained weight. The staff is fantastic and so caring. They never hesitate to call and keep me updated. I am very thankful and appreciative, who knows what would have happened to my dad if not for this facility.

My friend has been at Laconia Rehab Center for almost a year, and will be there for the rest of her life. I am grateful to the staff for so many things. Every time I visit every single staff member is respectful and attentive; to me, but more importantly, to her. Although she is unresponsive, she is treated as a person deserving respect and care. She is always clean and her extraordinary medical needs are well taken care of. My biggest worry was that she would develop bed sores, but to the credit of the entire nursing staff, her skin is fine. Thank you Laconia Center for your good care of my dear friend.

After visiting an elderly friend here a few times I was disappointed in the quality of care she had received. She was sent there for rehab after a hospital stay. Lack of consideration to dietary requests (soup), meals left on the tray with no assistance offered to help her, simple requests ignored such as fresh ice water, door and shades open/closed. After questioning the lack of eating they recommended us bringing in protein shakes for her to drink. How does a place full of elderly patients with no teeth not have soup or protein shakes. Thank god she was sent back to Dartmouth because she was home within a few weeks and doing better.

I absolutely love this facility n the residents BUT THERE ARE TO HIER UPS WHO DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE THEY CLEARLY CAN NOT DO THERE JOB AND HARASSING THE STAFF AND BEING BULLIES sadly that’s why I had to walk out of a job I absolutely loved 😔

At first appearance this seems like a good place, but spend a day or two in there with your loved one and youll get a different impression. Its an elderly persons worst nightmare. From over medicating to lack of care for their personal hygiene, they violate every healthcare code. Its a wonder that theyre allowed to still operate. Google fraud and youll see that this is widespread within the company.

My father in law was here for a few weeks. The room was clean and airy. The staff was really supportive. The overall atmosphere was really nice

Most of the time food is good staff most of them are very nice and helpful but the cleaning in the room needs better care in our room dont know about the rest hallway sometimes are messy

Best rehab center around. Staff members are caring and comforting.
