Excellent, friendly and attractive clinic. Good selection of medical staff with expertise areas listed for help in choosing the best person. On-site lab and immediate care section. This is an extremely nice clinic that is well equipped and reasonably fast.

I had such a good experience seeing my new primary care physician for the first time. Dr. Gibbs is the very definition of a caring doctor. The facility is super clean and roomy. Im so grateful to have this doctor as my new primary.

Brand new beautiful health care Center that has family practice, palliative care and physical therapy. My favorite part is actually the Urgent care/Immediate care that they have there. Super convenient to be seen same day when you cant get in to see your regular Doctor. Nothing but great things to say here.

While the facility is beautiful and nurses very kind, I can still only leave a one-star review based on my experiences thus far.On my first visit when the receptionist asked for my insurance I informed them I am on TriCare. When I spoke with the doctor later on in my appointment she asked me why I didnt have health insurance and if I would be paying out of pocket. I informed her I was on TriCare and she said she would address the issue and have it updated to show my insurance. A week later I received a bill for almost $200 that said I was not insured. That aside, the individuals had been very nice so I decided to schedule a virtual visit to establish a primary in the hope that it was just a simple error.I had my virtual visit on 12/31 and informed the Doctor I needed a medication refill as I had been out for 2 days and she told me she would get it called in. When I went to the pharmacy later that day they informed me nothing had been called in. Assuming things were busy from the holiday, I stopped by the pharmacy again on 1/3 in attempt to pick up my prescription - and still it hadnt been called in. On 1/7 I called the pharmacy to see if anything had been called in and guess what? It hadnt. This is not just simple error. This is a blatant problem with listening and communicating. As such I will be looking elsewhere for my healthcare needs and suggest others do the same.

I love my provider & it is a very friendly office. However, I was in for a visit recently and they had self rooming. I understand we need to social distance, however, the idea of self rooming is very impersonal and it left me walking the hallway to find my room. Also, all the doors are closed .... so I have to touch the door handles to open and close the door. We are all wearing masks, so self rooming is not effective when I have to grab door handles.

Receptionist staff is always friendly. I really like coming here. My primary doctor is great. He really works with me about all my health needs. Wonderful experience!

My doctor always has such a bad attitude, and clear disdain for me and my health concerns.Lacking out of the box thinking and unwilling to go even a partial extra mile for their patients. The only reason I give this two stars is for the decently kind front desk and the nurse who takes my vitals, shes the real MVP here!!!

Check with your insurance provider to make sure they are in network for your insurance because the people here will tell you that they ...take your insurance... because according to them they ...take all insurance.... However they do not check to see if your insurance will actually pay them, they are just more than happy to bill any insurance there is to see if they will pay.the doctors are okay and the nurses are very nice it just would have been nice not to have been stuck with a $600 bill for a single out of network check up that I was assured several times would be covered by my insurance by the receptionists.

Amazing-best facility and staff I have encountered in the last 6 years. Called after looking online for walk in clinics and the women who answered the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. No wait to be seen, super clean, check in was friendly, efficient and actually pleasant! Doctor was great and made my son feel very comfortable. Prescription was already called in by the time I got in my car. I can not say enough good things about our first visit. Looking to switch primary care for my whole family. Thank you so much!

Zero wait. Place was immaculate. Friendly staff. Went to them for immediate care clinic. Was Soooo impressed with my experience, I decided to change my primary doctor and move my entire family to Providence. Also I needed to get a sports physical for my son and the walk in clinic does those. Thats great as I havent switched provider yet and my current doctor was booked 6 weeks out. Need it in 3 days!!

I have never had such a bad experience with a health provider in my life. I went for a annual health check up. They put a wrong code for the insurance claim. I called more than 17 times and nobody tried to help me. And at the end their billing department forced me to pay for that. Unfortunately, At the second experience with them, similar thing happened. They put a wrong code for the Lab and my insurance told me that they can not pay it unless they fix the code. Something that has not been resolved after seven calls.

I would give them five stars as my doctor herself is fantastic, however I was supposed to go in today for a blood test but wasn’t sure if they would be open with the weather so I tried calling them . . . 15 times with no answer and no updated message!!! So I drove over there to find their parking lot completely de iced and free of snow, lights on inside and I could see people walking around inside but doors were locked and all there was for notification was a little sign on the door saying they were closed. This was at 8:30 in the morning, a full hour after their website says they open! It took them till after 9am to update the message on the phone to say they were operating on “limited hours” with no indication of what those hours were. I fasted all night and morning for a blood test only to waist my time because they couldn’t be bothered to notify their patients of what the hell was going on!!! And I have no idea if my appointment for tomorrow will still be on or if they will do the same thing they did today and not even inform me or give me a chance to reschedule!!! I love my doctor but the clinic itself seems to have no regard for their patients time or safety!

The actual medical personnel are fine. However the receptionists and administrative people have no idea how insurance actually works. They will tell you that they accept your insurance, too bad they dont tell you that your insurance wont actually pay for your visit. So in the end, you get stuck paying an outrageous $600 bill for a simple check up.

I was involuntarily discharged from this clinic. Kenneth Koozer, The head of the clinic was also my primary. He discriminated and poo pooed my disabilities. (Now backed up by the Federal Government ).He prescribed medications that exacerbated my conditions, as he had his own agenda. To disuade me from being his client. The presciptions he wrote can easily be considered malicious. My pharmisist is prepared to disclose that Kennett Koozerwrote me a deadly cocktail of medications. They dicharged rather than own up.Legal, ( but unethical, per undisclosed health dept employee.) .
