This place is very lovely. Clean and organized and beautifully decorated. I even love that there is a TV on the ceiling and you can just watch and relax while they’re cleaning your mouth. I also like their xray machines and I think their other equipments are fancy, I didn’t see them at Willamette or Bright Dental. This place made me feel welcomed and I love the fact that it is closer to my house. This is perfect for our needs (as a family). I love the staff and especially the owners. The dentist is cool and looks like he knows what he’s doing. The dentist’s wife is the hygienist and she was very warm and friendly and never made me feel like I am irresponsible when it comes to cleaning my mouth. I had a bad experience with Willamette and I’m never going back there. I kind of wish nobody will discover this place because I do not want it to be crowded but I will definitely recommend this to anyone. ❤️

So grateful I found this office. Today was my first appointment and I was very pleased. The staffed was very friendly and patient. Dr Carpenter was very nice. I appreciate that because he offered more than just basic dentistry he could provide me with a plan of action without out sourcing. He could look at the whole picture and provide a timeline of what would be the best course to get me where I want to be. This is super important to me because we are a military family and move around a lot.

My 11 yr old with special needs was quite anxious about his first visit to a new dentist. The staff was calm, friendly, and took time to give us a tour and reassure him that I could come in during the exam if needed. Needless to say the exam and cleaning went very well, he was able to do it without me in the room( which is so important for his self confidence)and he will have no anxiety when we return in six months.

My husband and I have received excellent care from Dr. Carpenter and his staff. They are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and Dr. Carpenter and the dental hygienists I’ve seen over the last four years have a very gentle touch. We went here to talk about possibly getting our newborn tongue tie and lip tie surgery. Our first visit to talk about it they were very welcoming and helpful and our second visit to get the surgery was amazing. It was fast and they did everything to make us and my baby comfortable! I got there about 15 minutes early and they got me in in less than 5 minutes cleaning and 1 filling less than 40 minutes and on my way with minimal discomfort. All of the people in this organization want you to be comfortable and feel taken care of.

Meridian campus family dental staff is great. They are always welcoming and friendly, and put you at ease, even if you arent exactly the type to love going to the dentist. Also lots of nice touches like overhead tvs to watch while you get your teeth cleaned, and practical grabbag freebies on your way out. Scheduling is also simple and user friendly, they send reminders for appointments, and they are in a great location. Check them out!

I have had bad experiences with dentists from dentist yelling at me to not caring that I am hurting. This place was a breath of fresh air. Everyone is kind and they are extremely transparent and they don’t hide anything. They really go out of their way to not only tell you but show you what work needs to be done and the current status of your teeth. They are extremely personal and professional. Even in times of Covid, it was the best dentist I have gone to and recommend to anyone who has had a bad experience.

This is an awesome office! The staff and dentist are always super friendly, open late, neat and tidy and have a great set up. When the kids are done, they get a coin from the treasure chest and put it into a toy machine like a gum ball or quarter toy machine and they get their toy.l; not the usual pick from a box. Their equipment is up to date, low radiation x-rays, and TVs coming from the ceiling in you cleaning room! What a great way to make all guest comfortable and relaxing!

If I could give them a 0, I would. First, the dentist tried to cut a loose tooth from my 5 year olds mouth even though he was crying, bleeding and telling him to stop. I had to loudly intervene because he ignored my son completely. Then, I arrive early for an appointment and wait outside in the sun. Then, when I enter the office they take my temperature and refuse to let me in even though I was just in the sun! Also...my temp was 98.4, so not a temp at all. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.98.4 isnt a temperature. So not a Karen, just a normal person who knows what an elevated temperature actually is.

Dr. Carpenter and his team are a truly 5 star dentistry. They really care about you as a patient. You can txt them anytime after hours and know they will always get back to you. They take all safety precautions in the office in dealing with the Corona virus . They are kind and compassionate and I cant say enough good things about them. I dont like going to the dentist but they make it a pleasant experience.

I had the most awesome experience here! They have the most friendly atmosphere making you feel right at home and comfortable through the entire process. You don’t even feel like you’re at a dentist office. They provided an excellent cleaning for my teeth, as well as took X-rays and even photos to show before and after pictures of my teeth which was super neat! From start to finish, this dentist office was friendly and efficient in every way. Also, top of the line technology made me feel like I’m getting the best of the best. This office is highly recommended!

Today Dr. Carpenter gave me three beautiful implants, a process that took quite a journey. We moved to Lacey a year ago and the process for one of the implants had already been started in Seattle. This work was not going well and I asked Dr. Carpenter if he would be willing to take it over. I had a 3 tooth bridge next to this procedure that was not put in correctly and my bite was off. Dr. Carpenter recognized this, removed the bridge and replaced it with two more implants. The whole procedure with Dr. Carpenter seemed so easy. He and his staff are fun to be around. I love my new look! Thank you Dr. C.

Dr. Carpenter is amazing, he is not only a dentist he is a physician as well. His bedside manner is a little quick, but do not hold that against him because he is a very busy man. His office is amazing. His staff is helpful and upbeat. If you need a state-of-the-art dental facility this is the place to go. They have several different Financial options to help you get to where you need to be. They are helping me with this. Which not only makes it comfortable but reduces my stress a whole lot. I hope you try this office because they will try to do the best for you. As they are doing for me.

The staff is super knowledgeable. I chipped a molar and originally went to bright now dental to see about getting a crown. They told me that I could either get the tooth pulled, or that Id have to get an expensive procedure done to be able to get my crown. They were pushing to pull it same day, but I held off and came here for a second opinion. Bright now had try to make the experience seem more scary and drastic than it needed to be, and if anything you are made to feel like cattle being processed through the office one after the other. MCFD was the complete opposite experience. The staff at the front counter were extremely helpful, theyre willing to sit down with you and explain everything item by item. They dont try to trick/push you to get care that you dont need, and they are also very fast in checking to see if your insurance is in or out of network. I have zero complaints about my experience with them. The good experience continues with the dental staff in the back. They are all super friendly and explain what theyre doing clearly and concisely. They come across as being extremely talented, caring and professional. The dental stations were clean and you have the option of watching ceiling-mounted television. As long as I have the option to choose where I can be treated, I will continue being treated here.

I am new to the Olympia area and wanted to find a dentist as good as my previous one and Dr. Carpenter and his team were even better. His wife was my hygienist and she did a thorough cleaning and x-rays and provided a lot of information and advice about my particular condition. Dr Carpenter and his staff are very congenial & efficient. The office is spotless & state of the art. They approached our Exam & cleaning with x rays right in front of us and a thorough explanation. Dr. Answered questions & listened to our concerns. I got good news that I had no cavities. My husband needs extensive dental work including a plate. A treatment plan was fairly priced & we took their insurance because it had already paid for itself with the cleaning. The rest of the work was discounted immediately. This is definitely a painless dentist who with his staff made us feel very comfortable. We put the discounted full fee on Care Credit zero interest so a very large amount of dental work was spread out over 24 months. No pain in the wallet either. I noticed the office was very kid friendly. I would highly recommend Meridian Campus Family dentistry.

One of the dental assistants (Karstin) was telling me about the office. The first time I met her she was so great to work with and I knew her office was worth a try. So friendly and helpful! I have a fear of the dentist (it had been 4 years since I was in because of it!) and they made everything so easy. Even had my 3 year old in and she was so calm because of how amazing the whole team was. 💜 Won’t go to anyone else!

This place is amazing! I’m originally from CA and this place gives a beach vibe type of theme in there waiting area which is great! It really feels like you’re visiting a friend and not the dental office. Service is superb! They really thought of everything to make customers comfortable. I was so impressed with Meridian Campus Family Dental. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done in my life, but still always have anxiety at the dentist. The hygienist, Ashley, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was really gentle but thorough with the cleaning. Dr. Carpenter used a laser on parts of my gums that were sore to help speed up the healing process, as well as made recommendations for future care. I agreed with what he recommended and am happy to have found a great, honest dental office.

My daughter just had her first appointment there and the staff was super friendly! Jennifer did a wonderful job cleaning and also took the time to teach my daughter how to clean her braces that she got not long ago. We used to go to a factory dentist who would not take the time and care we got at Meridian. Lastly Dr. Carpenter is really friendly and great with kids!!

True professionals! Dr. Carpenter really took the time to listen and inspect my daughter’s mouth. She had a level one Tongue tie and he corrected it. It was a scary experience as a new mom, but he made the procedure about as seamless as could be. Grateful to have found this clinic.

The clinic is conveniently located with ample parking. Inside the clinic is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Their equipment is nice and clean. Dental hygienist Sarah was extremely professional and answered all my questions. She explained everything very well and also listened to all my concerns. Decided to give this dentist a try since it’s right by my daughter’s day care and I’m so glad I did. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The hygienist was so nice and made me feel like an old friend. All of their equipment is top of the line. I’m impressed and set up my next appt, as well as ones for my husband and baby before I left! Dr. Carpenter and the rest of his team are the best in the area. Their office is welcoming, they give all of the necessary appointment reminders, they have great bed-side manners, fun staff, and are patient with their clients. Ive been going here for about two years and have never been disappointed... In fact, there was a time on Thanksgiving-eve that the pharmacy would not accept my prescription. I was leaving town to go to a rural area for several days where I could not get my medication... Dr. Carpenter called that night, WAY after hours, and fixed the issue immediately. Happy with their service!

Our 2 year old had an unfortunate accident on the sidewalk after dinner. She hit her tooth really hard on the concrete, with lots of blood and immediate swelling of her gums. I was worried she had really messed up her tooth and didnt know what to do. Our normal pediatric dentist was closed by 4:30, so I googled Emergency Dentist and found Meridian Campus Family Dental. They were fully booked that night, but Amanda at the front desk advocated for us to one of the dentists and squeezed us in. We showed up at the office shortly after and were seen almost immediately.Everyone was very friendly, patient, and gentle with our toddler. The dentist who saw us reassured us everything was ok and gave us information regarding what to watch for in the coming weeks. He was very calming, and didnt make us feel rushed. He answered all of my questions and didnt leave until we were satisfied. The staff is experienced with children and catered to my daughter being frightened and in pain.I tried calling other dentists but they wouldnt see us because our daughter wasnt a previous patient, but Meridian Campus not only saw us on short notice, but made our child emergency a priority. Their extended evening hours and compassion made a HUGE difference for us and as a parent with an injured child, I am very thankful. We were so impressed that our whole family are now patients!

I was very impressed by the overall experience— the space is beautiful and offers many services most dental offices do not. I am elated that I have found Meridian Campus Family Dental, everyone in this office is not only personable but they are very skilled and also have those soft skills you don’t get just anywhere. This office is so special because ALL the staff takes time to answer your questions, make sure you’re comfortable and the services are very detailed and carefully explained. Now, I want to make mention of the top of the line technology. I have little anxiety when I’m in this dental chair because I have a cozy blanket, Netflix of my choosing, tools like suction that protects my tongue from getting in the way of the dental tools, and a vibrating plastic piece that makes the bite of the Novocain not so noticeable. The dentist was professional and quick. I really appreciate all the little extras this office provides for us patients. Thank you to all the staff for such enjoyable visits :) As long as I live in this area I will be a patient here and highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

I have experienced many Dental Offices for a variety of services. This Dental Office is by far the best yet. My children are so relaxed with the great staff they have. They open earlier than most establishments and they are open on Saturdays making scheduling easier! The environment is warm and cozy and leaves you comfortable to sit in waiting or even while getting services. I highly recommend you experience this office to see for yourself.

Dr. Carpenter is an amazing dentist. He goes out of his way for his patients and will listen to what you would like to do as opposed to doing whatever he wants. Dr. Carpenter is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The staff is also very welcoming. We went for our sons tongue tie and lip tie revision and he did a great job explaining to us the procedure. It took him no more than 3 minutes to take our son, do the lasering and bring him back to us .I highly recommend this place if youre looking for someone to help with tie revisions!

Wonderful establishment with knowledgeable, kind staff. It’s a great experience from checking in to checking out. Jen cleaned my teeth and is very gentle. A couple things in particular I appreciated was that she gave me a brief tour of the office since it was my first time there, walked me through the cleaning process, explained all of my xrays and educated me on what the images showed. Meridian Campus has a relaxing waiting area, clean rooms and Netflix to watch while having cleanings/procedures done. This truly helps with anxiousness and keeps your mind busy while getting work done. Dr Carpenter is wonderful as well and I am asked throughout procedures how I’m doing. This place is amazing, the waiting area is decorated like a cottage style family room so its very inviting and feels very comfortable. I call them the Virgin Airlines of dentistry. The staff was so nice and helpful I thought they mistook mefor a rich person, I mean you feel like you are being attended to. Absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in the door! Dr Carpenter is a very caring and informative Dr. He was wonderful with my granddaughter and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Awesome staff and a gorgeous office! They all made it a great experience ❤️

Dr. Carpenter and the rest of the staff were all extremely kind. We went to have my 2mo sons tongue and lip ties revised, and so far all is going well since. I greatly appreciated Dr. Carpenter explaining everything to me both over the phone and in office. Im very happy with my choice to go here for the procedure. I highly recommend them.

I took my mother-in-law in because she was having trouble with her Dentures. Dr. Josh did an amazing job and she can actually chew better than she ever has with any other dentures. She is so happy at 85 years old to be able to eat steak. The staff and office are amazing clean comfortable environment. I love the blankies thanks again to Meridian Family Dental. We love you guys for bringing the whole family back

This was my second visit to this establishment and just like the first visit, Dr. Carpenter and his staff were very cordial and professional, which made the office visit very pleasant. Dr. Carpenter took the time to answer my questions and eased my concerns about the dental work I’m scheduled to receive. My son and I were both seen within an hours timeframe, which works perfectly for families with busy schedules.The office setting was clean and the atmosphere pleasant, which particularly works well in calming those who are nervous about seeing a dentist for the first time. I recommend Dr. Carpenter and his staff for your next dental visit.

Campus Dental is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. They put my mind at ease when I was nervous about procedures and my dental health. They’re an amazing bunch and I will never go anywhere else.

I dont leave many reviews so when I rate a business 5 stars, it is outstanding. I moved to Lacey in September 2016 from Texas, so as a new patient, it was fast and easy to get in for an appointment. They are open later than any other dentist office which is extremely convenient. When I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly staff. His office and equipment is clean and state of the art. I filled out my paper work on an iPad. It is also the most kid friendly dentist office I have been in. I also felt assured I would never need a second opinion, he is 100% honest and up front. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and his staff.

The staff was very attentive, friendly, welcoming, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Loved having the option for an early 7am appointment so that it wouldnt conflict with my work schedule. Informative of potential things I would like to possibly change in the future, but not pushy about me making a decision right then and there.

Everyone in this dental office makes their patients feel very special. This visit was our 6 month follow up after our initial visit and it felt like we were old friends. The care at Meridian Campus Family Dental is outstanding. For those of us who are not particularly comfortable at the dentist, everyone is very patient, gentle and kind. Great atmosphere. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist but this place definitely takes that into cinsideration and works with me on my anxieties. They have amazing technology and a very happy and friendly staff. Jessica was amazing =] and I love that the staff including the dentist (Dr Carpenter) are always so happy and even sing along with the music. They are also very smooth with their hands here and I didn’t feel any pain.

Such a wonderful and welcoming dentist office. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They even let your children come in during appointment when you have to bring them. My children used to be afraid but after watching mom get her teeth cleaned they are no longer scared.
