Tried this place out today after a bad experience down the street. Their prices arent fantastic, but everyone is polite and the shop lacks the Check Cashing Store vibe of the other shop in the area.

This is my go to dispo!! I am originally from Cali and most of the dispensaries here in WA aren’t super helpful and kind of rush you out the door with products you don’t even really want or have a chance to compare... at t brothers they were all super helpful. They have little blockers up so customers can’t get to close to the cases to protect you from covid and the staff are all wearing masks except the medically exempt which is totally fine by me because they are MEDICALLY EXEMPT. They even have cool little cards from the department of health stating that they are exempt so there’s no need to worry about that. They were even wiping down the atm and mopping the floor when I went in!! The staff was all super friendly and fun while I was in there. They even have these two really cute dogs running around the store that are the managers dogs im pretty sure!! It was an all around amazing experience would highly HIGHLY recommended stopping by and checking out what they have and asking questions because they will help find you that answer!!!!

Ive visited a lot of dispensaries in Olympia and Ive found a cozy second home at T Brothers! Admittedly Ive observed some cheaper prices at the more popular 420 Carpenter branch but for the staff and service offered to me at Ts theres no comparison!Between the other places Ive tried out some were okay, others pressured me to buy something a little too much for comfort, one sold me bud with a lot of seed in it, one gave me a terribly high dose recommendation for a beginner, another never even acknowledged I was in the shop, and one made me so uncomfortable Ill never go back. T Brothers stands out for having budtenders that know their stuff and are great to communicate with.The daily deals are encouraging since Im happy to fork over a couple extra bucks to support a small business when the service is so great, and the loyalty points with purchases are a bonus.Nothing but love for this place!

Everybody here is wonderful. Its a nice, warm, inviting shopping experience making your marijuana purchasing both safe and comfortable. Every time I go in, Im very happy to see everyone there, and theyre always happy to see me. Its my favorite shop in the area, and I absolutely refuse to shop anywhere else. I havent had a product from their store that I havent loved. 10/10 would shop again.

Its a great place to get bud from as well the dabs and edible also Joints. But The problem the understanding with the covid-19/corona going on and no 1 can get there new ID until this stay at homes lifted and i refuse to go online to get my new ID. There is 1 guy that irritates me as much as any 1 else there every 1 else im fine with if your guys page was updated from the old faces to new i would be able to call you guys and tell you i;m coming in and have that person not come around me for repeating him self over and over to many times when most people need there guardian to help get there license. Please take notice that the ID is an issue and that theres not much every 1 can do cus not every 1 can get an ID that fast most can and most need help with assistance. I honestly do like the place but Dont like 1 person working there

They’ve gotten much better since coming here when they first open, not that it was a bad place then. The weedtenders are always welcoming and easy going :) The greeter/security at the door welcomes you and tells you goodbye. Everyone is on it! They even know their “stuff”. Great prices, no rushing or ignoring you while you wait. The atmosphere is like a comfy lounge. Too bad you can’t chill and light up there.

Over priced. My husband went there to get me some CBD oil for some stomach issue. The oil was past the date suggested on the box by over a year. When I called they basically said they wouldnt do anything. Even with me having 210 points it would have only given us a dollar off. Wont be going here again. We will be sticking with 420 carpenter.

Not happy about the 30 day guarantee on a pen top I purchased. Within 3 days and with more than half the concentrate left it burned out. 3 weeks ago I returned it with receipt to be told Id have to wait for the vendor to replace it, they couldnt do it in store (scratching my head). I went in Saturday and was told the vendor hadnt shown up yet. Not My Problem T Bros, yours. If I cant get a refund, replacement or even a phone call updating me on the vendor status, I can certainly review your crappy customer service here.
