There is no reason to go elsewhere (other urgent care, etc). The receptionist- friendly, great attitude. The nurse? Making jokes, friendly, great attitude. Dr? Also, friendly, patient etc etc. Seen very quickly, all questions well answered, more than once most of the time. Great employees? Yes, but for everyone I met to be in a great mood (not closing time, mind you!) and seemingly loving their jobs at all levels- this is a sign of a well managed business. Kudos to you La Verne Medical Group. My kids at home and the guys at work have a local place to be seen quickly that does not add to the stress of already needing medical attention.Thanks again Gary W, the ladies up front, and the Staff Sgt nurse!Mike

Dr. Mandalawi was my general practitioner throughout my uni scholarship. I havent been to his office much, but the one time during junior year that my stress manifested physically and he didnt dismiss me and instead found hormonal fluctuations and gave me a much needed b12 boost, that showed that he takes his job wholeheartedly. Also it turned out that his daughter went to the same dentistry school I dropped out of and the way he knew which school it was is simply because his daughter had the same to say about it 🐧that was both funny and reassuring.

Very happy with Dr. Siddiques professional approach and the helpful staff. Highly recommend to consider this center if in need.

My experience with important perscription is negative, I suffer with Lupus, fibroymalgia and host of nuerelogical problems and therefore if I do not stay consistent with my medication my illness flares. The Doctors are great, although when I have call staff and ask about my medication not being called in I am told they are to busy to wait until the end of the day and they in fact are already late.

The incompetence and inattention to detail this office has is just bonkers. They have called in the wrong prescription information two days in a row, they have made our pharmacist annoyed beyond belief. 72 hours later, cannot get through on the phone, messages go ignored. I highly recommend you take your emergency elsewhere no matter how inconvenient, this place does not care about you one iota.

Dr. Mandilawi is very professional, knowledge, & thorough. He truly cares about his patients & is very dedicated. His examinations are complete, & he doesnt waste time nor hesitate to refer patients to specialists, or to perform any trsts that are necessary. He is truly a great blessings, & a jewel. May the Lord continue to bless him & his practice.

This place doesnt seem to care about their patients. My sister received an auth to be seen by Dr Madilawi for endocrinology. They made us wait until they received lab results from her PCP to make an appointment weeks out. Which I understand there is going to be a wait. Especially with all that is going on now. With that being said, my sister had to be admitted into the hospital for emergency hip surgery due to her underlying endo condition. So the day of her appointment, I needed to get Hospital Supervisor approval to be there for the telehealth visit scheduled with the endocrinologist, since my sister has some intellectual deficiencies and I would need to provide history.Well, her appointment time came and went with no contact. So we still have no answers. I emailed them yesterday requesting for the appointment to be rescheduled to next week since she is hospitalized and I cannot return after they essentially blew off the appointment we made. I have received no response.I read good reviews on the Dr so I really did not foresee this. How can you make someone wait for weeks for an appointment and then simply attempt no contact and skip the appointment? I cannot express how frustrating this is. For someone trying to help a loved one who is suffering with no root cause. You cannot treat patients and family members like they dont matter. The Dr may very well be great, but we wouldnt know since we werent important enough to actually have someone follow through with our appointment.

Dr. Siddiq is very polite, works with you to see what options you have for your health issues. Always takes you to the best specialists for referrals. So far I like my doctor. As well as the nurse assistant xochilt. Very polite, always helps and understands the patients and their health needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Siddiq and la Verne medical group. Ive Never been in the urgent care section, but Im sure they are as professional as Dr. Siddiq and staff members. Thank you Xochilt and Dr. Siddiq!

I had an amazing experience here! I felt so welcomed by the staff. They took my symptoms very seriously and listened to everything I had to say. I had been dealing with a different urgent care who misdiagnosed me and made my symptoms so much worse. Dr Siddiq properly diagnosed me and was able to get me on the right medication to help me recover. I’m so grateful for his expertise! I will always be coming here from now on!

I had a great experience at La Verne Medical Urgent Care. They except most insurances which is great. Normally I go straight to the ER for health issues because I always looked at an urgent care to be like a regular doctors office. I have now made this place my #1 Urgent care. I had such a pleasant visit with Dr. Siddiq. He was very polite, answered all my questions and didnt make me feel rushed like most doctors offices. His staff was very respectful and made you feel comfortable. I recommended this urgent care to all my Family and Friends.

I am new to the area and for almost a year Dr Mandilawi has been my Primary care physician and also my Endocrinologist, I trust his experience. Ive recently gone through surgery and was introduced to Dr Sadiq who managed my recovery during my stay at the Pomona Valley hospital and again both in the office an at the Urgent care. Not to memtion the wonderful staff at the front desk, who maintain a kind sweet demeaner no matter how busy they are.
