If I could give -5 I would, the physician there does not understand her license. I made an appointment for my physical and was told that because she doesn’t know me; That she could not see me based on the question number 2 off the physical paper. So I contact a person who would know about the medical license and this is what I was told from the text. She should have asked someone if she should see me or not, if she was unclear about her license being in jeopardy. I get she is protecting herself but come on!!!!!!!!!!

I didnt feel like I was at a walk-in clinic. Extremely professional, efficient and very well equipped considering the location is inside Walgreens. The provider I saw was Neressa White, and she was very knowledgeable. I tend to ask questions, and she didnt mind going into more detail and explaining the situation.

Neressa is so nice..!! I saw her at the first of the year and then yesterday... She gives great care and has an awesome bedside manner... I will definitely be coming here for all my medical needs... I dont have insurance and their office visit price isnt unreasonable... I would ABSOLUTELY recommend to go see Needed a..!!

This was my Second time at this Clinic.First time about 6 -8 months ago for a UTI and Patience the whole time was Wonderful and kind, even going to the point of doing extra of taking my blood pressure, temp etcThis weekend I went back to This Clinic because I was treated so wonderful the 1st time by Patience.I was telling her what was going on and this incredible Women Patience again checked me out and the area I have been complaining about with such pain.ALL Other doctors Plus 2 ER visits everyone from GI Specialists could not find the area in my Pelvis…she did!She has been the Only one to spot the swelling on my chest also.All the time asking intelligent questions none of the other Dr’s did.Plus taught me a few things about skin what was normal what was not.I cannot imagine her treating anyone different.In fact I told her I wished she was a regular doctor with an office as I would make Her my Doctor. I was a Blessed to be seen by her.She said she would make note of the things in my Vandy chart she found and pass them on to my doctor.Again Darn it I wish she could be my Doctor she is that Great going the extra mile for me with a keen eye AND her medical knowledgeThank you Patience for your time & patience with me!

I had a very good experience there. They were very professional. I was in and out very quickly.

The individual working the check-in desk is rude, dismissive, and deliberately unhelpful. Despite giving her a drivers license and insurance card, she still entered the wrong information. The practitioner loudly chastised us in front of other patients for expecting to be seen when we showed up at 17:40 (5:40pm). They close at 19:00 (7:00 pm). She then blasted the check-in lady in front of everyone for promising we would be seen. Ironically, her name was Patience😄. She failed to diagnose my wife with what we later found out was the flu b strain. I am writing this from the ER, where she is getting real medical attention. She also caused my sons flu shot to gush down his arm and said it was just a few drops. Avoid this clinic and seek qualified medical attention. I am in disbelief that Vanderbilt would allow these people to use and tarnish their good name.

I love the NP here. Shes so nice and listens to what i say.
