Doctor was thorough, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend him!

The staff is extremely nice. The neurologist speaks rudely he doesnt know how to speak to people. But he does show interest in his patients. He does the best to get them what they need. If it wasnt for him being rude this place would be perfect.

I took my mom in for a EEG test, as she was referred by another neurologist, however, when we arrived and checked in at the front, I felt I was in the staffs breakroom from hearing their personal conversations, then were escorted into one of the test rooms and a very kind male tech began applying the leads to moms head and she was feeling anxious over the test, but he and another nice nurse came in and gave mom assurance that the test was simple, not like an MRI, the male tech told us mom would be able to sit back in a chair during the test, but then Maria came in and began barking orders and insisted mom lay down on the bed and try to sleep, mom doesnt usually sleep in the day time and said she had a hard time trying to sleep, but the personality queen was rude and stated, I will note it that you were restless and not willing to sleep, I said do what you have to do, then she tried to explain the reason for insisting mom sleep, I told her more than two times that I got it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

From my experience i have had with this doctor has been really good so far!!! staff has gotten a lot better, and doctor is quick and really good to answer all questions!!

Was unable to keep my son’s appointment because we filled out a questionnaire that’s asks if the patient has been sick within the last 2 weeks; he had been was not sick at the time of the appointment. So I was asked to provide medical clearance from his PCP, which I did not have because I was unaware I needed to bring clearance. So I was told I needed to reschedule, to which I responded “I’ll call to reschedule”. I gave it a little time because I was upset that I took time off work and my son wasn’t even seen, but I called the same day to reschedule. None of the times worked for me so I said I would just have to take him somewhere else; the girl on the phone said fine and hung up, however, I was mid sentence and found this very rude. So I called back and asked for the office manager, and surprise, she was the office manager. So I suggested to her, in a professional manner, that she ask the questionnaire at the time of the appointment reminder calls. This way if a patient needs to bring clearance they can and no ones time is wasted. She made a rude remark about parenting skills and hung up.I called BCBS and left a review with them as well.

Awful human being, extremely rude to my mother who is disabled. She is paralyzed on her right side therefore requires a wheel chair. All he has are high beds which she was not able to get into. I suggested that they get lower beds for these types of patients and he took extreme offense to that and was completely rude afterwards. I was in complete shock how rude he was to my mother and I. I told him to calm down and to start acting more professional and he then kicked us out and will no longer see my mother. I highly suggest going to a different doctor, he is not people friendly what so ever.

My child was a patient here for 2.5 years. I was basically happy with his care. Then I walked in & they wanted my social security number. I politely said I wasnt comfortable giving that to them. They took me & my child back to a patient room, where Dr. Moorjani came in, cornered us, blocked the door & told me if I wasnt going to give him my social security number I needed to get out of his office (all while blocking the door). He also loudly accused me of refusing to initial a line in his 15 page packet (it didnt say initial - the other lines did, so I didnt initial. It was merely an oversight). I asked if we could discuss my concerns despite now feeling highly uncomfortable - I dreaded going through getting established with a new neurologist for my child. Dr. Moorjani adamantly refused to discuss any questions I had about sharing my social security number because it was his office, his rules. I probably would have given it if he had been willing to tell me about their security measures, but nope - he launched into a tirade about nonpaying patients & kept saying it was his office, his rules so I walked out of his office. Im pretty sure Ive never been treated so horribly. I dont care if I have to drive to Loma Linda or pay for more expensive insurance in order to see a different doctor, I wont go back to his office & I warn anyone else to stay far away.

I cant say enough about Dk Morjani. We have been going to him for the last two years with my little boy. I feel like he listens and cares. Sure, he gives it to you straight, but I like that. Yes, I do have to pay i a little more when I go, but then I get refund. I am sure dealing with insurance companies is no fun for him either, so I get it. Thank you for being there for my family!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL . THE RECEPTIONIST DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB. NOT AT ALL. OH AND THE DOCTOR A PERSON THAT SHOULD BE EDUCATED AND RESPECTFUL. IS THE MOST ARROGANT UNEDUCATED RUDE PERSON YOU WOULD EVER IMAGINE.

My son was a patient of Dr. Moorjanis for 5 years. He was a good doctor at first however as his practice grew he became too busy to for my son. He dropped our insurance and I tried to become a cash patient however when I called to discuss my son and his condition Dr. Moorjani refused to call me back. I made 7 attempts to reach him over a 4 week time period but never received a call back from him. He disappointed me and I will definitely NOT be taking my son back to his practice.

Absolutely the most rude staff ever!! Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone!!

Took my co-pay when he shouldn’t have TWICE and it took me a year to get my money back!!!! Ck your EOB’s or he will rip you off too :(

My daughter was going to him and showed up for her appointment and he asked for 10x the amount we are required to pay. My insurance spoke to him and he said its my business I run it how I want even though he is contracted and legally can only take the amount rrquirwd. He was willing to give up patient info for me to call to ask if he pays back once the insurance pays him. Seriously there is HIPPA laws for that. He is very rude and doesnt explain a whole lot. He sent a letter saying we refused to see him. No he refused to see her unless we paid 10x what we are suppose to. She went without her seizure meds and behavior meds and I couldnt get another appt with another doctor for 6 months. We always paid are copay the day of the visit. When a deductible was required we asked if he could bill her trust which he did and got paid right away. He also does not keep good records. He tried threatening me with collections on a bill I paid. Showed him proof and threatened a lawyer thats when he said ok we got the reciept you paid. DONT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. If I could give him negative stars I would. He knows he is the only pediatric Nuerologist out in the desert and his attitude and cockiness is ridiculous.
