I love my massage therapist but you have to book way ahead to get her. Great massages and you can pick how firm you want it also facials and stretching.

Always a great experience no matter which ME that you go to, but the best part is that you can use your membership at any location no matter where you are!!!

I Absolutely Love La Quinta Massage Envy! I followed my massage Therapist from Palm Desert to La Quinta, and I Love the Friendliness of the Front Desk Staff. Theyre ready to help with anything you need, and the Therapists are all Friendly.I do the half hour of stretching and then I have 1 1/2 hours of massage. I Love the stretching first as it loosens my muscles, and I Truly Enjoy my massage more because Im even more relaxed after the stretch. I Highly Recommend at least giving it a try!I Highly recommend La Quinta Massage Envy!

Very clean. Smells pleasant! Didnt get what I asked for though. Massage therapist are limited in areas of modalities. Not very skilled! Could use more training. Unpleasant management! Hard to get an appointment. Didnt compensate me for my wasted time & money when the therapist didnt do reflexology as previously asked. A foot rub is NOT the same thing!!! I will NEVER visit another Massage Envy!

It was a great relaxing massage! I drive for a catering company so constantly lifting heavy bingos then drove for 2 days moving my mom and dog to Palm Springs from Calgary for the winter! I was hurting! Ive been to Massage Envy in Arizona so it was great my mom was able to transfer her credits to me! Will definitely be back again soon!!!

Room was so cold, it was hard to relax. As it was my first time, I was offered the introductory rate of $90 for 90 minutes. Upon checking out, I was given a huge sales pitch to become a member. Not something someone wants to hear after receiving a massage. Then, I was told my total was $150. What happened to the introductory rate?! The guy had to run my ID through the system to make sure it was my first time. Only charged me the $90, but that was not a nice experience and that will be my one and only time going to a Massage Envy.

If I could give a 5 start to 1 therapist I would but Im not writing a review on the therapists. Massage Envy La Quinta is absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time. Myself and my husband work a lot of hours and we have 2 young active kids. We do not have the time to get massages very often. We took today off specifically to take care of a couple appointments and get a massage! Of course being that we havent had one in probably close to 2 years, we were most excited to go today. We took the only appointment available where we could go at the same time. Around 7 am this morning my husband got a call that the therapists called out sick and the only other time he could come in would be 9 PM! I called back to cancel. No answer for over an hour, and I left a message to get a call back. They did not call me back to talk about why I was upset but to see if I still wanted to come in for my appointment. I asked to speak with the manager and all she could say was unexpected things happen and there is nothing else I can do for you I now have this gift card for 3 massages (which I have had for over a year and not been able to make time to come in) which we cant get a refund for and I was told I can go into one of their other locations or use the gift card for product. I feel bad going in without my husband because he needs the massage just as much as I do and they dont even really care to make things right. I was a massage therapist for years and it is unexeptable to cancel like this in this business. They should have back up people for coverage and/or have people on call. As big as Massage Envy is, they should not have to cancel an entire therapist schedule if they are sick, they should have much better coverage and maybe if they didnt over work / over book their therapists then maybe they would have people willing to cover. Either way there should always be someone on call to cover for emergency cases if someone calls out. If us as a customer gets charged if we cancel our appointment on the same day then they should get charged for both of us loosing out on our day of work for this. I will never return to Massage Envy in La Quinta and probably never end up using my gift card! I refuse to feed into a company who treats their customers like their time is not important! Plus, the last massage I had there was the worst massage I have ever had in my life. Its a hit and miss with the therapist there. I had good ones but some of them are terrible.

Three stars for a great massage but their monthly account requirement sucks. Used a gift card from my daughter, but they required my cc in addition. Never again.

Horrible customer service and stuck up personalities. The front desk was very unrelaxing to speak with, and the massage therapist was not very considerate as to what I was looking for. I feel like the massage envies in the valley mainly only care about sales and what they can do for you...

The best massage experience I have ever had. Friendly, helpful staff. Sal is my masseuse and he does an excellent job!!!

From my first interaction with staff I was put off. Rude, demanding, hard sale, not up front about pricing, inflated pricing...basically the antithesis of a massage experience. Being that is was my first Massage Envy experience, Ill NEVER give my buisness to that company ever again! And it wasnt just me. For several minutes I watched the desk girl harass an elderly man about joining. So not relaxing.

Really hard to get an app sometimes. They lock you into a contract. Been a member for 4 years and if I quit I lose all of the massages Ive saved up.
