Optometrist is separate from eyeglass shop, which is great because eye exam doctor and staff is great, but eyeglass sellers are slow and terrible. UGH.

Whomever manages this place should be fired. They do not answer calls during business hours. Most of the employees clearly have no customer skills, the Gal I worked with was put out just to have to look up fees or show me any glasses. Its too bad as this could be a great location but now i have to drive to the other walmart to look at glasses.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My dad payed for insurance on his glasses to replace his lenses and frames if they ever got damaged but the workers here did not want to honor this and told my dad to leave. The person in charge of the kiosk ignored him and nearly had him thrown out of the store. My dad payed for the replacement service, he was simply following up on a service he had already paid for and kiosk staff were rude, unreasonable and dishonest. They lied to him and essentially stole his money. Do not get your optometry services in this walmart.

I have a Walmart near my house. But, it was closed and a screw went missing on my sunglasses. I called this Walmart and they recommended that I make an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for the following hour. I only had to wait 5 minutes before they got to me. They immediately took my sunglasses in the back and returned a few minutes later. No charge. And, I didnt even buy them at Walmart.

1st time ever having glasses and the eye doc. Was friendly and informative. Once I was done with him the receptionist walked me over to the eye glass frame area and Selina took it from there. She was soooo helpful picking out the right frame for my face. I was super pleased with her choice of frame. I get so many compliments on how good they look.THANK YOU SELINA !

The store manager, Hoshi, was attentive to my needs as soon as I arrived.No pressure, lots of patience with many choices.Took real personal care to process my order and gave considerate attention to details.Arranged shipping to a different location, which in my opinion, went beyond the regular service.I am very happy with my new glasses & the whole experience of purchasing them.

I have never rated any venue before, however, the service and customer service is so horrendous I feel compelled to review them.I dropped my glasses off for repair 3 weeks ago and was told it would be one week to ten days to get them back. Every time I call I am told they will be in that day. This is a terrible way to treat a valued customer. I still wait for a truthful response or my glasses.

I came here for quite a while but after having to go out of state this place gave the other store a hassle. We needed a copy of my contacts prescription so I could order some more and they took 1.5 hours to fax it to the other Walmart Vision center. I had to call back 3 times to see if they had received it. Every time it was like they would just transfer me to someone else. Definitely not happy anymore

It was great.

This place is a joke.
