I’ve been a patient for almost 14 years! Dr Patel bows me like a book. Great staff, very kind and understanding.

The best staff! Dr Patel is great! He always listens and is thorough with every visit. Weve never had a problem with referrals or Rx refills.

Dr. Is thorough. Thats all I can say. My husband has been trying to get medicine after his visit a wk ago. All they do is put us on hold and hang up on us. I believe that will be his last visit. Any dr that allows their patients to go without medicine, isnt a very good dr. The staff will lose this office alot patients. They dont obviously care about the patients and theyre completely unprofessional.

Great place! I was sick and they took very good care of me. There was a long wait though.

I got a phone call from Courtney yesterday with the results to my MRI requesting for me to call them at 5:31pm As soon as I listen to the voicemail I called him back at 5:33pm they pick up the phone call and told me that it was after office hours and they can’t read my results. The next day I’m calling them every 15 minutes since 8 o’clock no one is answering every time they transfer me. When I call back to ask if someone is available to answer my question they got really rude with me. Now I’m calling every 20 minutes and they’re not picking up my phone call or hanging up on me.

I am very upset with the staff for Dr. Patel. I have been going here for 6 years and the past year has been horrible. I have been there twice for the same referral and paid a co pay each time and they have never sent my referrals. I also took off of work for this. Mary in the back acts as if you or bothering here, whenever you call. The ladies in the front have attitude. I have some serious health issues and they do not seem to care. I am going to change my PCP.

My mom was discharged from the hospital into his care and he did not follow up with her about those issues at the follow up. Consequently, she is back in the hospital with the same issue. Will not be coming back and would recommend future patients to run in the opposite direction.

Tried to make an appointment based upon recommendation. The person who answered was rude, uncaring and smugly told me they dont have time for new patients. Really? This condescending female over time will hurt this practice.

Not happy with over all services.
