Want to try other services, but the review I will write about is with the nail technician.Pros: Available when needed, 2 week guarantee, definitely personalCons: So because this was personal, Id figure there would be more attention to detail on customer service (offered amenities; warm neck wrap, drink, hand massage with manicure.), but that was not the case. It was very cut-through and very simple gel manicure which was quite expensive ($35) for just hands excluding the gel/shelac removal price. I have had more acrylic sets at that price that require more labor.The price would be worth if it there was an actual hand massage with lotion offered, and just more pleasant things involved instead of the most simple manicure being overpriced.The establishment was very clean and very relaxing, and her Krystal (Nail tech) has her own room which was very comfy, but when it came to the nitty gritty of the work, I didnt see that in the job itself. I would like to come here and try again with other services and give her one more try on a better day.

I went to My Spa right before my wedding for an eyebrow wax. I didnt have an appointment but Kalynne was gracious enough to fit me in. I had a great experience and Kalynne was very sweet. She did a great job on my eyebrows. This will be my new go-to spa!
