My previous bank shutdown all banks on the East side of town. JSC was close to home, so I gave them a try. Signing up was a very pleasant experience and they made me feel welcome. This has started our relationship on a positive note and I look forward to continuing our business. Thank You JSC

This used to always be a good JSC location but it has turned into total trash over the last 6 months the drive-thru is always extremely slow like I should not be waiting behind two cars for 30 to 45 minutes on top of that they seem to never keep the hours for the lobby that they say on their website and front door. I should not receive emails about your lobby being open and then go try to use the lobby and it not be open even though its within the hours youre supposed to be open very frustrating hopefully they can get this situation corrected soon or I might have to find a new bank

I have banked with JSC Federal Credit Union for 13 yrs and I love the way they treat me and help me out with any issues I have on my account. All the employees are very nice! JSC is my #1 bank!

Im not impressed. I opened an account and later tried to add my husband and a business account. 4:30 p.m. I come through the drive through where I was instructed to go by the customer service representative on the phone, I was turned away by a very rude lady whom didnt have a name tag. She stated I needed to be there before 4 in order to do these things. I return the following day to once again be turned away needing to deposit more than 5k in checks for our business saying I needed to do this online a d they cant help me! I will close my personal checking and savings. If I could give 0 stars I would!

My husband & I absolutely love JSC and would highly recommend. The Manager Nicole at our location in La Porte, Tx is impeccable when it comes to customer service. She goes out of her way to help resolve any issues and she always makes us feel like she truly cares about the customer. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Im changing banks. Used to be a good bank . What happened jscfcu .16 year customer going. Went out of country coming back to a closed checking account for being negative for 1 month. Closed business account. Loved everything to my S1 accounts then charged me fees . Nah ... here come Thursday Im taking my 4k elsewhere like CRCU.

Closed my business account and checking for being negative 100.00 for 1 month. Deposited 1700 and its a 10 day hold and I have to reopen my accounts . But the check went into my savings guess what jsc as soon. As the 1600 clears im withdrawing everything and closing it down ... great customer service thumbs up

I like jsc it a good bank to me I wish there atm machine was shell where you can deposit money so you won’t have to wait until 9 the next day to open when you getting off late. That’s my problem I have them. Every bank have them

I travel constantly on my job. The VISA debit card is an Allpoint card so I can access my funds at almost any Walgreen or CVS Pharmacy, Kroger, and many other stores and can do so for free. I enjoy that.They are not easy to get a loan from though.

I tried to open an account with JSC. I am out of state at the moment so I filled out the application online. When I finished, the program said that there was a problem and I would be contacted by someone at the bank. The next day I called and they told me they couldnt confirm my identity online and my wife should come in to a branch. When my wife went there the next day, she said they seemed confused and told her that I should call their number to answer more questions. I did and (after a long hold) they transferred me to the person who handled online applications. That person was not there so I left a message with my phone number. After an hour and no call back, I called again. After another long wait I talked to a person, explained my problem and gave him my personal identification information. He told me to hold. After 10 minutes on hold, another person asked if they could help me. I told her that I was considering giving them my money to open an account but changed my mind. If I had that much trouble giving them my money, I can just imagine how it would be if I needed it back. No thank you.

Tried to purchase something for 1800 bucks. And card declined I had to call the bank and they granted access. Why its my money not the credit unions. What happened if I purchased after hours. I would be screwed. So screw this bank.

Ive had a JSC account for at least 7 years now, my mom has had one for at least 15...weve had many issues with JSC but this one really set us over the edge. About 4 years ago my husband and I divorced, I went to the bank, brought divorce papers, and removed him from mine and my moms joint account. Great right? When someone is being removed from the account on the banks end they should be fully removed? Wrong! According to JSC its up to us to remove a joint party from bill-pay even though we cant even see it from our end. Nor did they tell us this at the time and I know I asked multiple times if this was everything I needed to do. Well here we are...2018...trying to pay a bill when it doesnt go through and a hold is put on my account due to insufficient funds. Hm, thats weird theres money in the account...nope the bill-pay system online pulled it from my ex-husbands account THAT WE CANT EVEN SEE ON OUR END. Now JSC is treating it like this was our fault, we have to be the middle man here they wont put a stop on the payment. Now we have to go through thr most convoluted process just to get things right. We just spent 2 hrs on the phone between banks and its going to take a at least a week (not counting the upcoming holiday of course). As soon as this is finished my mom and I are both deleting our accounts with JSC because this is ridiculous.

One word - hold times! Prepare to be on hold for an extended time on the phone.I hate to write a bad review but I must do so in an effort for them to improve. Ever since the name change, the website log-in process and app have been terrible. The phone banking system takes too much time and proves to be quite daunting. Hold times for speaking to a person are awful.On the bright side, the staff at the La Porte branch and Park Place are very nice and stand ready to assist you!Once you are finally logged in to the app, the app is simple to use!
