Went on a Wednesday. Really quick, very informative, detailed and to the point. Definitely will be going back. Much better experience than all the other dentists I’ve been to.

As a first time patient at Sage Dental, I must say I was very impressed. Sure the office was nice and they appear to have the latest in dental equipment, but thats only cosmetics. It was the staff, and I mean each and every staff member that I interacted with. They were professional without being stuffy. The dentist lady I saw actually listen to me and find out what I wanted done, not what she wanted. I never felt for a moment that anyone was trying trying to pressure me. In fact I came home and my wife asked how it went, and I told her that I actually liked them.

Dr. Carrizales was amazing!!!! She was very caring asked a lot of questions let us ask a lot of questions. She was very informative, and as gentle as she could be. Made sure my son was comfortable throughout all the work that he had done. And made sure all of my sons teeth were in tiptop shape and anything that need to be taken care of she got taken care of. Definitely recommend 100%

Dr. Ponce is awesome! She has been seeing my kids for about 7 to 8 years. She took over Dr Parks. No complaints at all. Staff is very helpful and professional and understanding. I will never go to another dentist. New office is beautiful!

I have been visiting Sage Dental at Deer Park several times. People there are very nice and professional. Dr. Ponce carefully examined my teeth, explained my teeths status to me in details, gave different options and her suggestions for treatment. Im now very clear about the situation of my teeth, and the best treatment for my teeth in the future as well. I highly recommend Sage Dental and Dr. Ponce to anybody who is looking for a dentist.

Today was my first visit, so far I am impressed with all the staff I met today. They are all very friendly, patient, and informative. I really liked dentist I saw today DDS Carrizales. I like that you are in a separate room. Not out in the open in just a chair. I also like that I can get all my needs done in one place. Shout out to the girls up front didn’t get her name but she has pretty dark curly hair. I feel like she went the extra mile to check if my insurance was acceptable! Looking forward to getting a smile makeover with Sage Dental!!!

Everyone is so nice and kind. They took really good care of my elderly mother and my son. Very easy to talk with and they explain everything that they will be doing. I recommend them to anyone.

Good experience! . And All staff wearing mask! . Nice if they had mandatory customer wear mask. Patients in waiting room over 40yrs of age wore mask. A 20+, and 30+ did not. Seemed disrespectful of them, in my opinion.Office sign does promote mask, but not mandatory..

I had an absolutely fantastic experience while getting my cavities filled. The nurses were calm and personable and the doctor who carried out the filling went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable, all while maintaining her professionalism and efficiency.I will definitely be returning and I recommend whoever reads this to do the same.

The dental staff and ortho teams are great but the office does not have scheduling availability. Should make appointments more then a single option. Hopefully Sage Corp. won’t take on more patients or hire more staff.

I have always received excellent dental care at this office. You can request a specific dentist, but the three I have had work on my teeth have all been great. Based on my experience, I believe the owner must work hard to find quality dentists and assistants. I feel like a king because they remounted my crown. For me there was no pain and I could tell the dentist wanted to make sure it was right. Thank you for a job well done once again.

I was initially concerned with using a chain.. 3 years a go. I love Dr Natalie. Patient, kind, thorough. In my late 50’s and having to have crowns and fillings I’ve never had, she’s been wonderful! I highly recommend Sage Dental.

I’ve been going here for about 4 years now. Dr. Natalie is awesome, she always takes the time to explain the procedures and is sensitive to my comfort. The staff are friendly and the office is clean. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the last few times I’ve had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time. That can be a bit frustrating but I still think they do a great job!

Pretty good overall place and experience only issue is high charging for dental in giving less amount of information for braces especially For brushing at night and using a floss jet spray which they should’ve covered in the price plan

It was a great time they did my teeth everything was clear and barely feel any pain it was just perfect and it also gave me a lot of laughing gas and made me very very trippy and buzzy.

I first saw Dr. Ponce at the Pearland location. The next visit she was not there and I couldn’t seem to find her. Almost 2 years later I found her at the Deer Park location. I am so impressed with her. She has done simple things for me that other Dentist never even recommended and I did not realize could be done.I am very pleased with her staff. They are very professional, kind and thoughtful.My trip from Pearland to Deer Park is well worth the time.

I was 6 minutes late and the dentist had quite a bit of people inside. I thought it was gonna be awhile, of course because I showed up late. Little did I know, people were being seen so fast and next thing you know, we were called in our room. The Dentist was so nice and sweet. The place was super clean and staff were very friendly. I needed a couple documents at the end of my visit and was no problem at all to retrieve those. My children Ana I have seen Dr. Ponce for quite sometime now and are always happy with the staff and service. Highly recommend!

I have had reservations of dentists because of past experiences but in this office the staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The woman who cleaned my teeth, I cant remeber her name, was awesome! The dentist was great as well.

I came in nervous about getting four wisdom teeth taken out, it made me feel comfortable the whole time made jokes and we laughed then they put something in my IV next thing I know I’m rolling out the door in a wheelchair happy as can be 😂 10/10 from me.

I completely understand that appointments don’t always go as planned but my son had an 12 appointment and it was 1:40 before he was seen. I had enough respect to call and let them know I would be 9 minutes late. I spoke with this office 3 times today and not one time did they tell me they were behind. This is something you should let your clients know so they can plan for it. I called to let them know I would be late so they would know what to expect.

Dentist personal were all very helpful, understanding and compassionate towards my daughter. She was having her wisdom teeth removed and her anxiety was really acting up. Would highly recommended them.

Ehhh, nothing special about this place. I ended up switching to another dentist, because I was unhappy. The staff was on their cell phones rather than answering phone calls. Long wait times and not every organized. And in the time I was there, the main dentist changed three different doctors.

We LOVE sage dental. It’s the only place I will take my daughter for dental. Everyone is nice and the dentists there are AMAZING with keeping kids calm and making sure they aren’t scared.

They are always extremely friendly, professional and thorough. They always take the time to answer questions.

We love going to this office and love Dr. Ponce. Only thing is with this COVID-19 going around, I know offices are asking for waivers. Totally understandable, but with the questionnaire being sent by text and answered remotely there shouldnt be a reason that this cant be sent BEFORE the actual appointment. In the case the patient is turned away, this would keep the front receptionists safe from potential exposure, as well as save the time taken out by the patient, as well as save time on the calendar for another potential patient. This is the reason for the 3 stars, and would help all of us stay safe during this crisis.

They turned my bad week into a good day, by working me in when my tooth had to come out. The dentist was very considerate and counted things down for me, it really helped take my mind off being in the chair. The whole staff was great and the offices was squeaking with cleanliness. If you have to go to a dentist GO Sage!

Dr Ponce is a nice Dentist takes the time to make sure you are ok ! Alan Simms did a amazing job on my root canal. Wanted to tell him keep making those fishing jackets as a joke! Highly reccomend these guys!

I was 100% happy with my choice to go here until the very end. Nice facility, pleasant staff & dentist. In the end, they refused to do the general cleaning I went in for, which would have been paid 100% by insurance. Left feeling it was a waste of my time off work & money

Will not be back!! Originally, very happy I chose them. Nice facility, friendly staff & dentist very courteous. But, an expensive procedure was recommended, and because I was not prepared to do it same day, left without the regular cleaning, which was the reason I made appointment!! They refused to do the service I went in for - only the one that would cost me over $300, after insurance!!

Came for a routine cleaning. Wait time was minimal and procedure was quick and through. Even was given a tube of prescription toothpaste for sensitivity. Absolutely love my dentist Dr. Natalie!

My first time going to Sage Dental Care in LaPorte, Texas. It was a very good experience from front reception to the technical aspects of my appointment. I was seen, examined and evaluated by Dr Parks who is not only very personable, but also experienced and knowledgeable. I have some ongoing health issues which he addressed and advised that we proceed with treatment to my dental concerns after consulting with my PCP.I felt comfortable and pleased with these dental professionals.

The wait time was somewhat long...30 minutes. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist was excellent.

Dr. Carrizales took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening with my teeth. Patient education is very important to me and she is a perfect example of how I try to be with my patients. I waited longer than I would have liked to with my follow up but from what I understand there was an emergency with a patient. Things happen. Sometimes people have to wait at any medical office. After struggling to find a dentist I trust and that I am comfortable with in this area for a few years, I feel I have found my dentist.

I broke a tooth last night and have been suffering all day until I finally called at 3:20! The receptionist said get here by 4 and we can see you. I left work and literally sped all the way there. Met with Dr. Ponce and we attempted to get my very HBP to come down without success, so she wrote RX’s for antibiotics and pain killers. So sadly have to wait till next Friday to get tooth extracted. Everyone I encountered today was extremely compassionate! And not having dental insurance the price was VERY reasonable!! Can’t wait till next week

The staff is friendly and professional. However, I don’t appreciate arriving for a 9:00 appointment and not being seen until 9:40. They open at 9:00. I was the second to sign in, forth to be called back. I was there for a cleaning and x-rays. Which is separate from the doctor for any emergencies. My time is just as important as theirs.

Dr. Ponce is amazing. My 4 year old loved her.
