My experience was truly wonderful! From the moment I came to the office and met Janine who works the frontdesk area, to the lovely hygienist, Lindsey and the fun assistant, Kristen, they truly were professional and made sure they made me feel comfortable. I am a dental hygienist, who is very particular when it comes to infection control, good dental work and professionalism, they met all those. As far as Dr. M. Williams today, she was outstanding. She fit me into her schedule at the last minute and she was so gentle and thorough. Great office and staff!

I had an amazing experience! Rachel was so lovely and observant. She noticed that the object used for my x-rays was uncomfortable so she literally ran back-and-forth every time she took an x-ray so that I wouldn’t have to be uncomfortable too long. THANK YOU!! She was very communicative and answered all of my questions when I didn’t understand something. Dr. Williams was just as professional and communicative. The staff at this location took the time to understand what I want from a dentist and my reasons for leaving my previous dentist. This is the best dentist in the area. Thank you so much!

Ive been going to Neibauer Dental for over 6 years. The staff here is the most caring and professional that Ive ever experienced. The dentist Dr. Lee, Dr. Kim and Dr. Williams all are very professional and I trust all of them with my care. The office staff are always on point with a great eye for detail, love to help and are most warm hearted individuals. Jennifer and Dana are super fabulous hygienists.I live in Virginia and wont go anywhere else but to this location. This staff is like family and know my history, have earned my trust, and I cant speak high enough about all of them. 10 stars+

I had not been to the dentist in a while and was very nervous about my visit but all the ladies made me feel very comfortable. My teeth were fixed in two visits. They were accommodating with schedule and the ladies that took care of me were nice and kind; the assistant (didnt get your name but you know who you are) and hygienist Dana and Dr. Williams were awesome! I love Neibauer Dental in La Plata. The entire staff from the front desk, dental assistants, dental hygienist and dentist are all amazing. They are patient and listen to your concerns. They care about this patient. Yet they are professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Free patient visit: Started out rocky scheduling dental appointments for me and all three of my children online, however, I had a much better experience speaking with someone to accommodate all of us and our busy schedules. I had a very pleasant experience! The entire staff from the appointment specialist, front desk, dental hygienist, and my dentist were all so nice, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Kristen (sorry if I misspelled her name), who was my dental hygienist was wonderful! She was very patient, attentive and explained the entire cleaning process. Very happy as a new patient! Will be referring others!

This was the most pleasant dentist visit I’ve ever experienced. Both my Hygienist & Dentist were very nice, patient and thorough. Most importantly my cleaning was actually enjoyable and painless!

Out of nowhere here comes a bill over $800. I know my insurance coverage and every service they provide is covered 100%. I had two insurances at one point. Once the policies were updated the staff was informed and acknowledged the changed. Still invoices were sent to the insurance I no longer have. Im then told invoices were resubmitted to my sole insurance and that they paid a certain amount and that was it. I talked to my insurance and they were indicating that this company owed me a credit, so how do I owe over $800. I asked for copies of the invoices of services performed so I can talk with my insurance about this. I was told I could not get invoices until they figured out the credit issue which with take up to 3-4 weeks, but until then I still owe over $800 and that they would report a $800 delinquent payment to the credit agencies if I didnt pay. This I infact that last time me or my family will ever use this business. How can you charge someone and not provide an invoice for breakdown of services? How can you demand a payment knowing you owe the customer and that your accounting books arent sound especially when you tell the customer you need 3-4 weeks to figure it out.

I love Neibauer!!! Every time I go I feel very welcome. From front desk to the exam room, I feel like my concerns are met. Everyone is very kind and conversational-- its never awkward. Even when Im being told what I should improve upon to maintain dental health, its not condescending. At my last visit I met LJ, Dr. Williams, and another woman whose name Im forgetting. Just warm and caring people with great customer service, which I believe is very important when dealing with health professionals of any kind. Bedside manners shouldnt be understated. I genuinely look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and feel great afterward! :-)

Always friendly and fast! The hygienist and dentist dont push you to buy services or procedures by deeming them necessary to maintain healthy teeth. They just provide information about the statusof your dental health and give possible options that can improve your teeth/smile or prevent a potential problem. This allows the patient to make an informed decision without thinking they will lose every tooth or have no gums if they dont take their suggestions .

Staff is very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Kim! She is very thorough, carefully explaining her recommended treatment and asking how I’m doing during the visit.

Nothing but rave reviews for the entire staff at Neibauer Dental Care in La Plata!As someone who’s put off seeing a dentist for some time because of bad experiences, I was really comforted by the care and concern I received as a new patient by my tech LJ, hygienist Ashley and dentist Dr. Kim.I’m very much looking forward to my next appointment, which for me personally is such a strange thing to say about going to any dentist office, but that’s the quality of care that you can expect here and why I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neibauer in La Plata.

Never been there before. Called because I broke a tooth. They saw me within one hour. Couldnt have had a better experience.

My family and I have been coming to this dentist since 2010. I moved from souther Maryland to northern Virginia in 2015 and *still* make the trip to this location because of the friendly staff and excellent dental services. I recently took my 3yo to have her teeth cleaned and the hygienist was excellent. The hygienist took time to introduce all the instruments which paid off. My daughter let the hygienist polish her teeth, use the suction and spray water in her mouth. Needless to say, we will continue to come to this dentist office.

The office was clean and orderly. I have been very afraid to go back to the dentist after my last experience with another dental office but from every single staff member down to the amazing Dr. Kim I felt comfortable and at ease. The thoroughness of the exam was what sent me over the top. They definitely are top notch in this office.My family and I will be returning customers for sure!!

Never look forward to a visit to the DDS but I ALWAYS feel so good when I leave. They are professional and considerate of my time and my feelings. My teeth feel is GOOD! They are always concerned with any sensitivity issues and make sure i am comfortable the whole time. They really didn’t need to change anything for COVID because they were already using good habits. The cleaning was fine. :). However, the X-rays were very painful in some areas as well as the scanning? I would think with today’s technology there would be a much lesser abrasive technique to avoid such discomfort.....

This waa my first time coming back to this location since the COVID measurements started.The appointment procedure eas very easy. The hygienist will greet you outside and after a quick check of the temperature and you are inside the building. They were on time getting to my appointment and they quickly picked were we left off last time. They hygienist and other staff members were very attentive and pleasant.Ever since my first visit to this dental office, I have always had a good experience and felt comfortable with them.

Had an appointment this morning and left there feeling great! I forget the dr and dental assistants name (I’m sorry)! They were both very professional and very sweet. They worked with me because I have such sensitive teeth. They filled a cavity between my two front teeth and you can’t even tell!! I had two root canals where files were left in my jaw go bad almost the same day from many years ago. I was referred to this practice by a friend and they saw me the next morning due to the severity of what I was going thru! They did an excellent job of keeping everyone spread out so that patients were not closer than social distancing norms demand.In terms of my dental care plan, they made sure I understood everything and agreed, even making sure to get me as early an appointment as possible for my dental emergency.
