Its the best Physical Therapy you could ever get! I have made so much progress in 4 months. I spent 6 months going to PT and not progressing with knee mobility. Dang why didnt I try this sooner?

I absolutely love this studio! Ive never had an unsatisfying class.Ive been going to the Cardio Sculpt class for a few weeks now and Ive found that every class is different, its not just the same routine. Every teacher Ive had has been very sweet and caring! They definitely seem to understand what every single exercise does for your body!The studio itself is also really clean and neat, it always smells fresh and its a refreshing place to workout!

Great for stretching on mays, with or without weights, and reforming machines.
