Rehab United is a good size facility . Very clean and the staff is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful and even for whiners like me, compassionate. Ive seen positive results since coming here. I would highly recommend it

5 stars for Rehab United. I went there for neck and back pain from years of working behind a desk for 8 hours. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Erwin is my assign physical therapist and he is amazing!! He makes sure to cover all areas of pain each time I come in. He takes me through multiple exercises and stretches that address both my neck and back. It is very obvious that the staff care about their clients and their well-being. I definitely recommend going here and trying it out.

What a great staff and very knowledgeable PTs and assistants. Everyone is very friendly, but they know their stuff too! Great exercises, stretches and more to get you back to health or your peak fitness performance. I look forward to seeing everyone while I’m there!

I adore this place and I recommend it to everyone. Both my daughter and I have seen physical therapists here and we enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The PTs are knowledgeable and the PT aides are very funny and friendly. Definitely be sure to ask your PT what their preferred injury is and what they studied - you might be surprised! Also, you can ask for a free injury screening from a PT! doooooo iiiiitttttt

Without a doubt the best Physical Therapy location in East County. It was recommended to me by multiple doctors. My wife and I are both used it for shoulder surgery and their work is excellent both of us have full use of our arms and Ben who runs the location is great. They also have classes as well as massages

I have been a client of Rehab United since 2007 for multiple sports injuries and they are hands down the best therapists around. Unfortunately, I have spent a lot of time in PT and had experience with both good and bad therapists and clinics.I returned to RU for post knee surgery therapy November 2017 with Ben H. I had never been to the La Mesa location but had worked with Ben H. years ago. The reason I continue to work with RU is their dedication to treating the whole body not just the spot of the injury. They make sure your body is aligned and moving correctly. My first return visit was 27 November and I could barely bend my knee, could not walk, and didnt have full extension. After 5 sessions I was able to ditch the crutches and am almost at full and correct walk. I flew home post surgery specifically to do recovery and rehab with RU that is how fantastic they are!

Great rehab place, spent a year rehabing my knee after surgery. Brittany was awesome, I was in better shape than before the injury when I finished. Meridell (probably not how its spelled) is an amazing massage therapist.

My pain is less after I visit! Physical therapists here are wonderful and they have everything!
