Hello all reading my review of one the best Doctors around. My experience with this Dr goes way back to 2009, I had been living for close to nine years with severe pain in my right ankle that none of the doctors that had seen me to this point could diagnose. So I went back to my primary and asked to see a different type (I had been seeing orthopedics) my Dr sent me over to Dr. Hughes a Sports Medicine Doctor. The first time I was there he took an X-ray and told me to go home and if he saw something hed call my house. So I went straight home and the phone was ringing as I walked through the door, It was Dr. Hughes himself and he truly had concern in this voice as he told me I had avascular necrosis of the talus bone. WHAT! I was so happy that I finally found out what was going on in my ankle and also really upset that it had taken so long to diagnosis. Dr Hughes referred meto Dr. Sitler and three ankle surgeries later and I am still able to walk. I highly recommend I both these Doctors.

Scheduled an appointment with the doctor a month out. Took a 1/2 day off from work to get to Grossmont hospital in time. Given wrong directions from the hospital security guard and because I was 15 minutes past my appointment Yollette tells me it has been cancelled. Next appointment is 1 month out.Thanks for everything Yollette. Apparently customer care is not your main concern.

Seriously, the best bed side manner EVER!
