This doctor shares an office with Dr. Naponic. Warning: This office does not have an electronic records-keeping system in place. I learned this the hard way when they claimed to have checked on my insurance (twice) and then I was then billed for the services anyway. The staff, while friendly, was clearly overwhelmed. They would say theyd call me back about a matter and then Id never hear from them. It took 7 months for them to even order the service I needed. The medical staff seems competent, but I wont be going back. The customer service was so poor.
Dr. Steele puts the patient first. Hes kind, very experienced and reassuring. I highly recommend him.
