Been coming here for years. Always a great experience. Although I did not recognize some of the people in the front, the gentle care I received from Dr. Nguyen and her team has always been consistent. Highly recommend.

My entire life I dreaded going to the dentist….until I met Dr.Nguyen! She is gentle, efficient, awesome personality and truly cares about her patients. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in the past. No dentist has ever made getting a crown so quick and painless. I am excited to return for my 6 month check up and I have already referred several friends and family members. I highly recommend!

Im new to the area and was recommended to see Dr Nguyen by the neighborhood Facebook group. I am so glad I did! the office is so clean, and girls at the front made me feel so welcomed. Dr Nguyen is amazing! she explained everything and eased my nerves. I felt so much positivity throughout my experience. Im so pleased with them

Wish I could put 0 stars because I went here for a cleaning but ultimately to establish a new dentist. They took me in, took xrays immediately and then proceeded to tell me that I needed a deep cleaning and 3 root canals. They quickly wrote up a quote for all the work I would be needing. As someone who has literally never had anything wrong with my teeth, I knew this was weird. I asked if I could please just have my cleaning and go. Dentist said no, since I needed a deep cleaning a normal cleaning would be a liability and was pushed out the door.I asked around for dentist recommendations and just had an appointment (2nd opinion) and they told me I dont need any root canals and had no problem cleaning my teeth for me.I definitely dont trust this place, it was a horrible experience and you deserve better.

I love this office the whole team is friendly and Dr. Eli is good at explaining the process. Dr. Eli and the team ensure that you have a good experience. They know how to take care of their patients. I am happy I found a dental office with great people.

Got two caps put on my front teeth today, and I am beyond impressed with how they turned out ! I cant even tell them apart from my real teeth. Dr Nguyen is a truly THE BEST. I have been to other dental offices in the area, but nothing comes close to how great this office is! Friendly and passionate doctors and staff. You can tell they know their stuff, and they all worked great together to take care of me. I finally found my dental office and will not go anywhere else .

Very friendly and professional staff. I called multiple offices trying to get in, but every office was booked so far out or didnt take my insurance. Rancho San Diego Dentists was able to get me in soon and take care of me. I was treated with compassion and never felt judged once. I needed a root canal, and was able to get it done in the same office. Very pleased with everyone.

I wish I had found this place earlier. I am so pleased with my overall experience. Everything is so organized, and everyone is so professional and nice. Not many people can say they love going to the dentist, but I honestly do thanks to Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff at Rancho San Diego Dentists! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. I’ve been to different offices in the past and this one has definitely been the cleanest and friendliest. The entire staff treats you like family. Dr. Nguyen has a fun yet professional personality and I can tell she really cares about all her patients. She is thorough and actually educates me on my oral health and procedures. I truly look forward to coming back every 6 months for my cleanings and checkups.

I had such a great experience at this office. Everyone from the front girl to the assistant to the doctor were super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Sarah explained how my insurance works and helped me get my treatment done same day! which helped a lot since I dont like going to the dentist very often. I am very grateful to the team and will be bringing my family here as well.

These people are con artist and extremely untrustworthy . They talk you into a service which they recommend and say it will cost a certain amount give you a bill take your payment which I agreed on . They then later on will send you another bill which they never disclosed on a service that they pushed ! According to them the insurance doesn’t cover what they did but if so then you don’t hit up your customer who’s been going to you for years and recommended multiple clients for more money . It was your mistake that you were doing additional work that was not required or approved . If ur in network and you should know your coverage before hand you don’t just say here it’s $2500 out of pocket and then almost a year later send a supplement bill for another $1000 because you made a mistake . You write off your mistake and learn from it instead of loosing a loyal customer . I should also mention that their solution to everything are crowns they never offer any other alternative. I’ve seen that be mention a lot on these reviews and can complete agree that’s what they do and now I’m second guessing everything they say and do because they are just trying to hit you for as much money as they can . Don’t trust this place I thought I did but all they want to do is scam you out of your money . Extremely disappointed in this experience and now I’ll have to find a new dentist who I can trust. They do not care about their customers just their money ! All they will do is try to up sell you without any knowledge on coverage

I was surprised by how fast they got me in. Didnt even need to wait. Right after checking my temp, I was taken back to a room rightaway. Dr Nguyen and the team are super efficient and thorough. I felt at ease and very relaxed. Major props to the whole office.

This is the best dental office ever! Ive been to other dental offices that just gave me a huge list of things I needed at a cost I could not afford. Dr. Nguyen really explained my oral health to me and customized a plan of action to slowly work on getting me healthier. Her benefits coordinator helped me with payment plans so that I can fit the treatment in within my budget. The entire staff is awesome and the office is clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone!

I havent been to the dentist in over 6 years because I did not have insurance and very bad experiences in the past. I had no choice but to look for a dentist when I had terrible tooth pain. I am so glad I found Dr. Nguyen and Rancho San Diego Dentists. No other office would fit me into their schedule but Rancho San Diego Dentists did. I called and they got me in right away. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was extremely passionate, caring, and informative. She explained the treatment I needed in a way that made me very confident and comfortable and the manager Sarah explained my benefits and helped me find a way to afford the treatment. This office is the best!I have already referred so many friends and family here!

I drive almost an hour and a half to come see Dr. Nguyen for all of my dental needs. She is so respectful of my time and tries to really consolidate all of my trips to the office. The whole office is so accommodating and always makes sure I’m well taken care of. Dr. Nguyen is truly the best and so talented at what she does.

Easy to schedule, accommodating, especially in an emergent situation. Dentist and staff were always on point communicating treatment plans and expectations. Easy to work with insurance. Very happy with service.

I dont typically write reviews, but I was blown away by the level of care I received. Last Friday afternoon, the crown on my front tooth ( which was done by another office) came off. That office was closed, and I didnt want to go through the weekend without a tooth. The front office girl was so nice and offered to get in me rightaway. I wanted to talk to doctor about my case, so doctor Nguyen actually gave me her cellphone number to send her pictures of my tooth before even going in ! turned out, I needed my tooth pulled. Doctor called in antibiotics to my pharmacy and got me through the weekend. I got my treatment done, and I plan to go there for all my dental needs. Thank you Rancho San Diego Dentists !!

I had been going to my regular dentist for over 10 years. When the Covid19 pandemic happened, my regular dentist shut down and I had no idea where to go when my tooth broke and I was in the worst pain of my life. Thank goodness I found Rancho San Diego Dentists. I was so nervous to switch dentist but now I realize it was for the better because I absolutely love this place. They got me in right away. The office was extremely clean. They had so many protocols in place for the safety of their patients and themselves. Dr. Nguyen, Sarah, and Andre were all so great with me. I got the care I needed and I am referring all of my friends and family here.

Super impressed by this dentistry! Ive moved a lot, also meaning Ive been to a lot of dentists, but this is my favorite. The facilities are bright and modern. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Before deciding what services you will decide on, the dentist leaves and has a finance specialist go through exact costs and what insurance will cover so you can make an informed decision before moving forward. Very glad we found Jessica Nguyen and Rancho San Diego Dentists!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! they helped me get my smile back after a horrific car accident. When I got my new teeth, I was literally in tears of joy. My insurance didnt cover much, but that didnt stop the manager from coming up with every creative way to help me pay for it. I am forever grateful to you guys. Love u all

It was a pleasant experience with Dr. Nguyen and her staff. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent and incredibly gentle dentist. Dr. Nguyen listens to her patients and takes care of them with great attention. I will definitely be going back!

This place is only interested in making money off you. False diagnosis 2 times in 1 month. . My 14 year old was told he needed 4 root canals and 4 crowns. Thankfully I got another opinion - none of it was needed but simply fixing 4 cavities. For myself they recommended an implant on a tooth. Again, I had my doubts and again the dentist was wrong. All I needed was to retreat a root canal that had gotten infected done in THEIR practice. And did I mention that it was the wrong tooth they were going to pull. It was the tooth next to it that caused the pain. Stay away!!!!!

I wish I could give NO STARS. This dentist want to Up sale and not provide service. They are like a car lot. You call and make an appt for a service and they insist that you need services that are not needed. I went back to my original dentist and they advised that the services this place wanted me to pay for out of pocket were NOT needed. This has happened to me 2 times here and to my Daughter. One visit they were so persistent that I literally just walked out on them. DO NOT go to this place EVER.

A family friend has been trying to get me to go see Dr. Nguyen for years but I never worked up the courage to make an appointment because of my dental anxiety. During the Covid 19 pandemic, my tooth abcessed and they got me in right away. Dr. Nguyen made me feel so comfortable and Sarah the manager helped explain my insurance benefits. Dr. Nguyen pulled my tooth that day and got me out of pain. She is so talented at what she does and so compassionate about helping people in this community. I will be referring anyone who has a fear of dentists!

The staff here is nice and the facilities seem clean and modern. But I would not recommend this dental practice.Note: I have great dental hygiene, flossing every day, brushing twice a day, and using a mouth rinse at least once a day. Ive NEVER had any problems with previous dentists. In fact, my last two dentists became good friends.My last visit to Rancho San Diego Dentists was supposed to be for only a cleaning (100% covered by my insurance plan) as Id had a full diagnostic eval just 6 months previous. But as soon as they took me into the room for x-rays, I started questioning what was going on. I was told the x-rays were necessary for the dentist to evaluate my dental health. I basically wasnt given a choice.Then the dentist (not a hygienist) was the one who cleaned my teeth, which is not what I expected. It was totally unnecessary as I have healthy teeth and gums. But once youre in the chair, its hard to object.I didnt mind saying no when they asked if I wanted a fluoride rinse (which insurance wouldnt cover), but they charged me for oral hygiene instructions from the dentist that I didnt approve AND the insurance company disallowed entirely.There are better options out there.

Customer service was not helpful at all. I am a new client recently just move in the area very disappointed. when I tried to schedule an appointment with this dental office, the staff was not helpful at all, first they did not know about my insurance not even bother to call them selves about find out instead, the person by the name of Adam told me to call my insurance my self to find out about eligibility. when I called my insurance provider they were very surprised about the way they approach this matter. the staff need more training and how to provide good customer services. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was traveling in the area, and a crown came loose on a front tooth. This office was covered by my Delta Dental insurance. I called and asked if they would reattach my crown. I was told they would do it.When I got to the office they told me that I had to tell Delta Dental by phone that I wanted to switch choice of dentist to them. I wanted to get the crown replaced because I was going to be on vacation for another 3 days, so I did what they asked.When I saw the dentist, she insisted I have x-rays, that I am sure my insurance paid for. The dentist then announced that it was their policy not to replace crowns. An urgent crown replacement was the only reason I was there. They not only wasted my time but they wasted my insurance companies money. They now have the audacity to send me text reminders to come in for a checkup! They know I was only there for one thing and they failed utterly to help me. My regular dentist said that any reputable dentist would assist a traveler, but not this office!

Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist Ive ever had in my life. I will never see another dentist.

This was my first introduction and visit to RanchoSan Diego Dentists. I was impressed by theirexceptional service and modern facilities. Theirprocesses were very efficient and they catered toevery need with thoughtful explanations to all myquestions and were very accommodating to workaround my schedule for follow-up visits. And moreimportantly, they made sure I was as comfortableas possible throughout each procedure. I have nohesitation returning for follow-up visits and highlyrecommend Rancho San Diego Dentists to anyonelooking for a new dentist.

This dental office recommends a root canal with crown for everything.

They advertise 60 dollar cleaning, xray and exam but when you arrive they decide they will only do a deep clean for $800 they wont regund you the 60 you spent for nothing. Scam - go elsewhere.

The staff and dentist are wonderful. Rancho San Diego Dentist have restored my faith in quality and friendly dentistry.

NEVER AGAIN. SHE THREATENED ME TO DO ALL THOSE EXTRA EXPENSIVE CARE. MY REGULAR CLEANING SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE. SHE DEMANDED ANOTHER $500
