I‘ve been a patient of Dr Busino for a year or so , she is sooooo patient and caring . She was able to do my surgery and now I am able to breath better and able to feel less ear pressure . I had seen many ENT’s before but they were never able to take care of my issues completely in such short amount of time . I am extremely thankful for her help .

I must start with Thank you Dr. MolesThank you for giving me a gift i had though id lost. I use to snore so loud my roommates could hear it through the night. My tonsils were so swollen they were kissing. I could hardly breath by the time Dr.moles removed them. After that surgery I had better results but still hard to breathe. Well thats because of my deviated septum and extremely swollen turbinates i was hardly breathing right through my nose. So i am 2 weeks post op now and i am a grown man that was brought to tears by this man’s miracle work. I was walking my dog and my nasal passages were so clear i could smell the crispness of the clean cut grass and strong pine smell coming from the the oak tress above me. My god was it one for the books. Would highly recommend again and again. Thank you Dr. Moles

Everyone in this office is really nice and professional also. I had messed up on the time of my appointment, and they worked it so I could still see the doctor. Dr Skelton is very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way that I understood. This is a great office with great people.

Services the day of the appointment were good but it took them two weeks to send in a referral for approval. Still waiting on referral. No excuse.

Office staff was pleasant.Doctor was great, as was the assistant who did all the hearing tests.

Very caring Nurse Practicioner/Clinician that helped me with my situation. I felt she treated me like family. They even referred me to PT that day (somewhere else) and was able to be scheduled for PT ASAP. I would highly recommend. Fyi: Their office is located in building #3 across from Grossmont Center.

My experience with this facility was great. The front office assistant was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was professional as well. He was thorough in assessment and made sure he understood my concerns. He explained the process of what would be done and follow up process.

Very bad at coordinating. Lost precious time visiting the doctor and doing sleep study. The doctor confirmed the date and time of surgery, but when I followed up couple days before surgery they had no idea what the Doctor planned. Pretty horrible experience to be honest.Not sure how they scored a 4.5 on the reviews. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Please look beyond this place.

Came in for dizziness thinking it was vertigo and they did nothing but a hearing test.... didn’t bother to do maybe any vertigo exercises....

My son and I both had to visit this ENT office for vertigo and we met with Dr Pitzer who is AWESOME! Hes very personable, funny and a complete pro! Staff was also very friendly. Would highly recommend them. : )

I saw the doctor in June to fix my broken nose, hadn’t heard back, called at end of July, nothing was said just told me to wait. Didn’t mention referral was holding it up. Now here it is September and they said they are still waiting on referral. If they would have informed me at end of July that referral was holding up I could have contacted my insurance. With husband deploying, we had a 3 month window to have surgery and was told no problem we could get it done and when I called today 9/3 she said they are still waiting on referral. Office lady admitted they dropped the ball but now bcs of their lack of communication I will not be able to have my surgery till end of next year. Patient priority does not seem to be important to this office

The waiting was too long, the front desk lady was very rude she even asked me to take my father and leave if you dont want to wait!!! On the other hand the office manager was very nice she came and talked to me and apologized for the wait and explained to me why there is wait. Also the doctor was very nice as well and also explained to me that he was running behind. I believe the front desk lady needs to be coached on how to deal with patients and must have a better customer service skills.

Hello, I want to recommend Dr. Pitzker to perform sinus operations and correct the deviation of the nasal septum, I had an operation in Chicago because I could never breathe through my nose and when I took the fillings out of my nose and then I did not benefit from this operation because it was unsuccessful, as if the doctor She did nothing for me inside my nose, and when I moved to San Diego I looked for an otolaryngologist to do the operation again and they recommended Dr. Pitzker, and I went and talked to him about the operation and he was explaining to me exactly what the reason is and he is very treatable. With his patients, and then he performed the operation for me and I was afraid that it would not work again, but I was surprised when he pulled the fillings from inside my nose two weeks after the operation that I really breathe well at the same time and I am grateful to Dr. Pitzker because he knows very well what the reason is, and I I was always uncomfortable in sleep. I was suffocating at night, I really thank him very much, I recommend all patients to choose Dr. Pitzker because he is really a smart and successful doctor, and I thank the anesthesia department at Grosmont Hospital who were very helpful with me.

I went to Dr. Skelton for a cancerous tumor on my thyroid. I had a total thyroid removal. He did a great job and really cares about his patients. Staff is very friendly and make it way to get appointments. He explains everything very well and really lets you know all the possible outcomes. He helped me put my mind at ease with my situation and did a great job on my surgery.I would definitely recommend to anyone. He really takes his time and genuinely cares about him patients. Amazing doctor.

Dr. Pitzer is my Prince Charming! Although he does not generally deal with Microbiological problems he was able to provide me with temporary relief and I was immediately referred to someone that could. Not to mention his follow-up on making sure there are no new problems or if existing ones have gotten worse. His staff are par excellence! I wish they would train every Doctors staff to handle phone calls and giving such caring concern and relaying information in such a precise and timely manner. You cant lose with this group. I give them five stars and Im not even related.

My only complaint was I had a hard time finding the office. It says #101/154 but never tells you what building. (Its building 3!)Was referred here for reoccurring ear pain and issues with my nose. Dr Skelton was amazing and gave me a lot of really good in for and made me feel comfortable. The rest of the staffected was super nice as well. Definitely recommend if you need the services of an ENT.

Ive struggled for years with not being able to breathe. Dr. Skelton is the absolute BEST doctor I could have ever asked for. Very friendly and funny. He makes you feel like youre his #1 priority at all times. The staff is amazing and friendly as well. After getting my surgery, I can finally breathe again and feel like a brand new person! I love Dr. Skelton!Also, I cant forget my two favorite girls in the front, you guys rock! 😉

Dr. McCallion was amazing! He was so patient with my 10 month old daughter. She hates having her ears looked at but he was able to examine her without any tears.

Dr. Geoffrey Pitzer treated me awful. I feel so sorry for anyone that is his patient. The only reason why I gave him 1 star is because I have to, it didn’t allow me to rate him as zero. My reasoning is, he was 35 min late, did not apologize, did not greet me. He never once explained the procedure he was going to do. He was so cocky when I asked him questions. As though I was bothering him. I said to my husband, “I’m not comfortable with this”. My husband said, “I wouldn’t stay if I were you”. Before leaving, I addressed my concerns to Dr. Pitzer & with a smirk on his face he said, “Well you certainly don’t have to get treated here”. I’ve never been so mistreated by a medical professional in my life.

I dont think Ive ever been at a doctors office with so many happy employees and dr. Skeltons seat side manners and good sense of humor was brilliant. When I get all better I might just pretend I have another issue so I can go back and visit thank you guys happy holidays

I rarely post reviews. However Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr Pitzer and everyone in the staff and front desk has been friendly, informative and have gone the extra mile. When I saw the lower rating with the posted two reviews I felt incumbent upon myself to write a different opinion and share a different experience. Everyone here has been extraordinarily kind and helpful.

After I had gone to emergency and my Prima care dr. and emergency for the similar asymptoms and contentions , both health care providers have been denied me antibiotics but I have a follow up my other co-Primary Care dr. , she had sent me to this ETN specialist and dr K .has been explaining to me completely on the film scan of a kind, in which my nose had been taken within his practice without making another referral for my nose extant, in fact he has better profession equipment on site, as compared to other places that I have been sent to, as a result more dignoses and treatment will be followed after and I have great confidences in his practice and him along with his well conduct s and professionalisms: therefore , I am recommended to others, and also thank to my Primary Care dr. Brownell Mristin and dr. Kim , Yhee who always done their best for my treatment

Hello ,my name is Sandra Pinedo .I am writing this post because I want to thank Dr.Sean Skelton, for a wonderful job he did on my nose. I can finally breath again . I had problems breathing through my nose at night and when I went to the gym, I had to mouth breath it was awful. I’ve had this problem for over 10 years . I went to other ENT doctors and they told me that they couldn’t fix my nose. The only alternative that I had according to the other EMTs was too wide in my nose in order for me to breathe again . Then I found Dr. Skelton , and he was the only doctor to tell me we can fix this and we don’t have change my appearance. Not only did he not change my appearance , I can now breath !!! I have my life ,back again . I sleep through the night and I feel wonderful . Thank you so much Dr. Skelton , you are amazing !!!

Dr. Pitzer is super nice and super caring. I was referred to him by Dr. Deconde to take a second opinion because I have a really bad & chronic sinusitis. However, Dr. Pitzer did everything that he could do to help & one of the things that did, he did a culture to my nose and when they found a bacteria, he called me himself & told me that they would sent me a medication. I was really surprised that he called me himself. I think that is a caring doctor who really cares about his patients. I would go back to him and would definitely recommend him :)

Absolutely loved the staff and the doctor was very friendly and informative.

Do not trust their doctors if they try to do any unecessary surgery. Look up deviated septum myth online. If you have chronic stuffiness it is usually an allergy. Always get a 3rd 4th or 5th opinion elsewhere!

Honestly I came to this doctor for a third opinion since the problem with my glands are worsening and Im feeling extremely sick now and they keep brushing it off they are horrible !!!

In short: ENT Dr. MaCsllion was rude and unprofessional.Why? Well, last month I went in for a first consultation with Dr. McCallion, which took no more than a few minutes, he examined my nasal cavities and told me what needed a turbinate reduction, but didn’t explain what type of technique will he be performing or if there were any risks involved (which they are), he just seemed upset and prompted to leave the room. I left feeling uncomfortable and concerned. I had to do my own research. Long story short, my second consultation went even worse, he was absolutely rude and I left thinking that the only reason for him to treat me that way, had to do with my ethnicity. I sent a review to ENT Associates of La Mesa and management immediately reached out to me to schedule a new appointment with a different ENT. I hope this time I will be treated with the same respect that I treat them with.

I had a very positive experience visiting the facility. I went in with what I thought was an ear issue, but they were able to tell me after significant testing that the issue I was having was not ear related. Additionally, the doctor I met with spent a considerable amount of time review my ,medical record and answering any questions that I had. Finally, the other staff at the facility were both friendly and professional. Overall a great first time experience and I would certainly be willing to use them again.

This was my first visit with them. As of right now I am very happy with them. They got me an appointment quickly, listened to me and spent time with me.
