My daughter had her 4 year check up and vaccination we showed up and the nurse was nice enough the doctor for the pediatrics I already forgot her name but she was absolutely horrible literally horrible!! my daughter was a little sick also and as soon as she walked in she said my daughter was a little overweight so if she wanted to skip a meal she could and my daughters 50 pounds and shes 5 years old Shes very tall shes perfect shes not overweight.. She was absolutely so horrible and seeing how she was very overweight herself,I will never go back there agan.

The Gary Center (visited Dental area) in La Habra from the start is COVID-19 safe, professional and welcoming. From the beginning, they will check all visitors upon entering the building. Which gives you that peace of mind. The medical assisting staff is always friendly to everyone not just one time but every visit. Carlyn,Juana and Jorge etc; are Professional, clean and explain everything kindly. I hope their boss sees this review because they really are what makes a successful organization. More medical offices should have their professional attitudes. The building itself is clean and kept up. I was seen by Dr. Huyah, she is always professional, kind and is there for her patients. The assistants Juana and Delma have always had a positive vibe to them, always checking to make sure everything is running smooth. Its not often that you get this professional treatment any more. Thank you guys.😊

This is The Best medical center I have ever gone to, hands down, and I am 54. I have had both $435/month medical plans through work (and MediCAL coverage with other providers when I wasnt working) that dont hold a match, much less a candle to VCC. I have gone to the Gary center many times, and every single time, ALL the staff is helpful and polite and professional. They really know what they are doing. I was treated with Genuine care and respect, and all the hep I received made a Huge positive impact on my life. They are also full service, they seem to cover almost any medical or counseling need you may have, and even have referrals to food pantries to make sure you have enough food, if you need it. I drove all the way from Costa Mesa to La Habra on a regular basis because they are totally worth the drive and the gas. I highly recommend the Gary Center to anyone, and I did just now to one of my dear friends. Thank you everyone at the Gary Center, I sincerely wish you had similar centers all over the country, and I miss seeing your friendly faces.

Major communication problems here. It takes forever to get through to someone at the actual clinic location. It seems like the automated phone system is designed to make it as hard as possible to speak to a human being at every step of the way.High doctor turnover rate. Mental health workers are dangerously improperly trained, especially when it comes to trauma. Their knowledge of LGBTQ-related issues is zero. I would avoid at all cost.

Welcome to VCC where our goal is to make people think we actually care about you and your needs. Our Drs leave and find better options since they’re so overworked here... while continuing to waste your money for quick 5 min phone calls our drs also completely ignore you and LOVE to cut you off and make you feel like the smallest person on the planet.

Very disappointed with some lady by the name of Karen not sure who she is. She is so unprofessional my mom heard her tell the social worker over the phone that my sister was ridiculous for being at a mental health facility. She had no idea that my mom heard her . I understand she is probably stressed out or overworked but still its not okay. She chose to be in this field and seems like she has no passion for helping families. I hope the supervisor sees this and looks back at the call as calls should be recorded. I was considering talking to a supervisor but who knows she might be the supervisor. I am a nice person and I dont care how she feels about my family but she needs to know that someone else isnt going to be as nice as I am . She can jeopardize her job if she does this to someone else .

This place is the worst. They have you wait five thousand hours for your SCHEDULED appointment. I have been sitting here for an hour and have watch multiple people come in after me and be seen before me. The staff are all RUDE. No one person in the front desk is friendly and if they appear that way it’s only because they’re being fake! I will definitely not be coming back here and am switching clinics immediately.

I went to this Dentist for over a year to fix my teeth. Which were is bad condition. I totally go there for your needs. I move to Riverside County and need more work done and I am willing to do the 1 1/2 hour drive one way just to go there. The Dentist are great and I never had any pain.

REVIEW OF MEDICAL SIDE:Only come here if you have a lot of time on your hand or are desperate. Me being the later, is why we came.I tried to make an appointment for my daughter to get her booster shots. Call center stated I could walk in at 10 am Thursday to get immunizations, since she is a patient at this site. I get there at 946, checked in by 1008 (there abouts) and sit to wait. At 1050 I ask what is going on... front desk staff calls back. Reply from nursing staff they cant see us need Dr. appointment!!! Couldnt they have figured this out say 45 minutes ago? Slow staff at front desk and in the back should have had this information together and processed withing 15 minutes.My daughter is terrified of shots. She was crying the night before. She was anxious and nervous waiting in the waiting room. And now, her emotional distress will continue , because we have to wait to come back a 3rd time (yep out 1st appointment got canceled and they had us walk in, instead of giving us a 2nd appointment) for and week, till she finally gets the immunizations the state requires by law for children to proceed to 7th grade.On the Tuesday before, I spent 48 minutes on the phone with Sundae trying to get said appointment, and was told I could walk in. And she asked her supervisors, and they gave her the times I could come in. So, not her fault.When I spoke to the manager, he had no way to find a conclusion to help this from happening again or how to keep his patients from getting misinformed from his own call center.This is the 2nd time this site has done this to my family.Be prepared for an hour long waiting room wait and then another hour once in the patient room.The staff turn over rate is high.Lack of front desk communication, to nursing staff and viscera can leave you waiting even longer.Their manager cannot state why there is no cohesion with their call center staff to change this process, as the supervisors for call staff gave us wrong information, not once but twice.It is mediocre care at best. I have been trying to get a bright side and with this last visit, I just cant find one.

I really got bad experience yesterday in these clinic they broke my teeth and leave the half and said sorry we cant do it and they did for almost and hour already so they advice me go other clinic emergency full it out my teeth ,, it so worst clinic i ever had ,, so i feel nervious because its teeth and bleeding already so i go to other clinic to remove it and im afraid the nextday it become worst.not recommended clinic for me .

I love the Gary Center I always recommend them to ppl and my husband has gone and my dad the only thing is they dont really pull wisdom teeth and dont do root canals other than that they do your fillings they do do extractions as long as it is not a risk to you like if its not on your nerves or a way where it will be hard to extract cause they have pulled my husbands tooth but could not pull mine or my dads so I understand but I do go back for everything else love love love the dentist wait but there is one I will never ever see I do not like her and she is very very rude so I do understand ppl who have had a bad experience with a dentist there I only see the other dentist Im so sorry I cant remember her name to let you guys know who it is but if you have a bad experience with one dentist ask to see the other one
