I referred a family member and he enjoyed his massage with Abel. Andreas is a very gracious front desk staff. He does everything he possibly can do to make his customers happy. The office manager Savanna is really helpful as well.

I went in today to get a prenatal massage and the experience was amazing. I was a bit nervous because I have never had a massage before but the ladies were very helpful and made me feel at ease. Sherrie was a wonderful masseuse. She made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was feeling okay through out the entire massage. The reason Im giving it 3 stars was because my massage started 15 minutes late and ended about 5/8 minutes early. I purposely came in early to fill out papers so it wouldnt cut into my massage time but when my massage was supposed to start they had brought me more papers to fill out. Overall the actual time I was getting massaged was great.

La Habra massage envy is great. There are many great masseuses and Ive been going there for many years. Their staff is quite loyal and you will have a good massage depending on your needs. They have add-on services and facials too. It can be hard to get an appointment here so plan ahead.

My facial was overall good but my therapist only pointed out negative things about my skin so I couldnt really relax and enjoy it, I was just laying there stressed out about what she said. I felt like crying. Nothing positive or upbeat was said to me,Kinda a depressing night out and I was hoping to feel radiant and pampered

This was both mine and my fiance first time as a couples massage. We were both very excited. Only to be let down by the experience. Over the phone I requested a deep tissue massage. I had to ask the man multiple times to plase do it harder. It was NOT a massage it was a awkward rub. It was terrible. An when I told the receptionist about my experience she didnt seem to care. So I called to speak to the manager I was told by the receptionist she was busy I left my number and its been two weeks and I never heard back. A waist of money. Never again !.

Good pricing and packages, as well as friendly service. The minus 1 star is for decor. Its peaceful, but worn around the edges (frayed hems on sheets, squeaky mechanisms on tables, magazines were from 2017, etc).

I’m giving a 2-star review because I’ve always had good experiences with the therapists and would hate to have them affected by this review. But as for the business, and customer service, they deserve 1 star and I will not be returning as a member. This “membership” is one I will never get tricked into again. I signed up for a 3-month membership and the contract states that you have 90 days to receive your 3 massages. I signed up on July 14th, signed my contract, took it home, put it who knows where, and never looked at it again. Had my 2nd massage in September and I knew I had one more massage to get before the end of October. I set up my last massage that day in September for October 27th. The girl at the front desk did inform me that I had one last massage available; however, did not inform me that the day she was scheduling me on was passed my membership termination date. I was told today that they “don’t have that information readily available.” So to wrap this up, I go in today to be informed my last credit is gone (money lost) and my session today will be $100. I initially went into the quiet room and was going to just bite the bullet and pay the $100. But when the front desk lady informed me I had 8 minutes until the start of my massage and when I said “thanks” in my defeated and frustrated voice, she decided to respond with “you’re welcome” in her most condescending passive aggressive voice possible, I walked out and will never be returning.

My husband paid for a 60 minute massage and got 40. His therapist was out in the hallway on his phone. 😑

I have only been to this place a few times since its pretty new. But the staff and massage was worth the drive.

The receptionist at the counter can be a little unfriendly and standoffish, the only reason I still go there is because of the therapist Joe.

Prices are always different... And there service is terrible. Do not go here.

It was a last minute appointment, so it was a good hour.

Went for a shoulder injury to help relax muscles and helped a lot.
