I just got new insurance through my company. I was told to go online and chose my primary care doctor. Upon going online I picked Merlie Pacheco-Ocampo because she was a FEMALE and upon my first appointment to get a Womens Physical, the Doctor there was NOT Pacheco-Ocampo. I let them do my tests and said I needed an allergy referral because I need an epi pen due to food allergies. The Doctor filling in, a MALE, told me he would get me this referral after my lap results came in.I went to the 2nd appointment was scheduled for 2PM, I got there at 1:45PM, signed in and sat in the waiting room, until 2:45 before even getting called into see the Doctor.This appointment was to review my lap results, get my allergy referral and get a prescription for Birth Control Pills. The Doctor spent less than 60 seconds with me, went over my results and then told me he would give me my referral and prescription at my next appointment. I then went back to the waiting room. And getting the Tech to go back and get the prescription from the Doctor was like pulling teeth. They did not pay attention to my health insurance and gave me a prescription that is not covered, $286 for a 1 month supply of pills.....come on now!Also, I called in to ask the name of the Doctor that I have been seeing and they told me Fe Solmayor; after going online and searching for this doctor, Fe is a FEMALE....This is NOT the doctor that saw me. I do not trust this practice at all!This is the most dysfunctional Medical Practice I have ever been to. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here!
