I needed glasses to drive at night, and had seen the commercials on TV the 2fer deal so I went ahead and made an Appt. Staff was so professional, clean, helpful, and sanitized the place after every customer. I felt nervous at the beginning since I didnt know what to expect, but it was a great experience. They had my glasses ready right in time to go celebrate my birthday(I was crusin by myself (freakn Pandemic 😷)on Whittier Blvd 🤣)! Loved the price tooo!

Very good service, but flawed some. Customers should be warned about having a glare guard put on the glasses. The glare guard that I believe is sprayed on when they finish the glasses gets cloudy with tiny scratches easily. After a couple weeks I noticed my glasses were becoming cloudy and there was no way to get the cloudiness out. I let it go for a few months then finally went into find out what the problem was, thats when I was told it was the glare guard and there is nothing that can be done other than replace the lenses. Since I did not buy a warranty, I had to pay for new lenses, which was less than a year from the time of purchase. I am sure this must be a common problem with those who get glare guard, and is such a waste of money to have to replace the lenses for this, when I believe there is a process to remove it. Beware of glare guard and the extra cost for an almost sure thing you will need to correct, get a warranty for it if you do not mind the hassle of going back and forth to bring your glasses in. management should require a warning about the guard or not sell it. There should also be a good faith refund if no warning is given.

Very professional, and concerned about customer satisfaction. Quality product, perfect fit and accurate prescription. My frames broke and I obtained a prescription from my Ophthalmologist and purchased two pairs of glasses from America’s Best. Good prices and friendly service. Where’s to Covid protocol.

Never thought that eyeglasses can be so affordable. Great people great service for me and my daughter. Walmart readings glasses where not enough anymore I can see so much clearer. Thanks to America best for making glasses more affordable. I highly recommend!!!!!!

It was the worst possible place to buy glasses. It should be called America’s worst. I changed jobs and had different insurance so I had to go to this terrible place for my glasses. It’s a bait and switch operation. The glasses were very expensive and it was made worse by the fact that the sales person added options that I wasn’t even asked about. I had the options removed and it was still much more expensive than if I had gone to Costco and purchased glasses without insurance.

I have DYSARTHRIA and they still were able to help me on the phone and NOT LIKE MOST PEOPLE (who get frustrated and hang up on me)

Be aware this company is as cheap as it can be! Cheap glasses , cheap store, cheap costumer service, but very pricey outcome!!!

The people at the front desk, seem pretty lost. I get a call to pick up my frames and trial contact lenses. I show up and they can’t find my frames. The doctor needs to see my to finalize my contact lense prescription, but apparently she’s at lunch. Finally, one of the ladies remembers that she was the one who called me a few days before to let me know my stuff was ready for pick up. And not even an apology for her mistake and for making me wast my time and making the trip in vain.

This place is great. Mell help us and she was awesome. Great customers service and prices. I we got a total of 6 pairs and we are very happy with all of them. I recommended this place to all my co-works and friends.
