I call to make an appointment for my girlfriend to get her hair done. There was no answer and I when ahead and left a voice and later in the day i received a call back just to tell me that i need to call them back and leave yet another voice mail indicating in detail what service and specifications are needed but they wouldnt take the info right as we where on the phone call. Saw reviews elsewhere about this place and looks like is all their close personal friends since elementary school and not many actual public customers. Well be taking our business elsewhere

Maribel Nunez best hair stylist I ever met.

Told I was canceled 2 days before appointment ( I had to call and ask ), was told at the same time that the service I would be having done, would now be more than double, even after I went in for a quote when I first booked the service. Not very professional, I could see a slight increase, as I went in for a quote, but not double, without notice.When I booked the appointment, I was told if I didnt leave payment information on file, my appointment would not be taken. I was also told at the time that if I didnt cancel my appointment at least 2 days prior, I would be charged 50%. Their system seems flawed since I had to call and find out that my service was canceled.Heidi was my stylist.
