Sweetest hairstylist ever. Extremely genuine & energetic. Jason understood the excruciating process of permanent straightening and fed me well. Five hours process and heres the result.

My husband came to Jason for haircut. I went for the first time today to get my ends trimmed. Jason is very professional and patient. I really loved the final look of the hair. He made my whole hair thinner and I really like the new side band. We will definitely come back!!!! Highly recommended. I’ll try the keratin treatment next time. Thank you Jason 😊

I waited a few days before writing this because I wanted to make sure my hair looked and felt the same as it did out of the salon.With that said... Jason cut and did a setting perm for me. I only cut my hair once a year so I dont mind spending money and making sure its worth it. I scheduled my appointment through yelp and Jason quickly replied back to set it up.I showed him what I wanted and left it in hands. Him and his assistant were quick, efficient, and attentive. He described the process and explained what he would be doing to get the waves I wanted. I hardly ever blow dry or even put any product in my hair. A setting perm is perfect because its relatively low maintenance and looks amazing!Close to 4 hours later, my hair was finally done. He made sure I understood how to care and style it before I left. I appreciated how detailed he was and you can tell he genuinely loves doing hair.

They go above and beyond with their service. They care about your health of hair and what you want and deliver it perfectly. Jason is really talented and knowledgable of what he does. He even gives great advice what to do to maintain your hair. He listens to your needs and meets them. It was my first time visiting the salon, and went to give my daughter a haircut. She originally wanted a cute pixie cut, and they didnt do right the first time. I called to set up an appointment with Jason, and couldnt thank Jason enough for correcting her haircut and then some! You can really tell he loves what he does! I needed a urgent haircut for my trip and Jason filled me in on his day off. After researching so many salons on Yelp, I found Jason, who I thought that would give a good short hair cut. And no regret, the experience is definitely one of the best experiences I have at a hair salon.It is not easy to find a good haircut place among most of the salons that focus on hair color only. My hair was damaged really bad and I had so much breakage that would need a really good hand to fix. I showed him the photos of the style I wanted and he asked me few questions to clarify and recommend on what will be the best option we should go with. The thing I like the most is he didn’t push me to do other services like getting a hair color, blowout etc. He just focus on doing the haircut which is what I asked for. Thanks god, the other places put me in so much pressure every time they tried to sell their other services.It took Jason 1hr and 30mins to work on my hair can you believe? He took it to details and literally went through every strand of my hair. I did not lose my patience because I could see what he was doing and I have to say I’m very impressed on how much effort and attention he put in his work. The final result is perfect and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. My husband also got his haircut as well after me and he was also so so happy with his hair at the end. Looking healthy and stylish.Women Haircut is $70 and Men Haircut is $35.We will definitely come back here since we can’t probably trust anyone else besides Jason to do our hair.

I was looking for a hairstylist locally and I decided to try Jasons salon.Talking to him feels like you are chatting with a good friend. He kept me well fed and comfortable while waiting and during the process.I didnt have a haircut for over a year because of the pandemic, so my hair was in a very damaged state. But Jason completely restored my hair. I tried his haircut + hair/scalp treatment. He is quite skillful! I literally almost fell asleep during the shampoo + wash lolI would recommend trying him out. He only takes appointments and I would advise texting him first for a quote on his services which I did. :)I think he is a rare and good kind of stylist who will shower you with food and snacks. He sent me home with my favorite ramen, Shin Ramyeon, and K-drama recommendations on Netflix. 🙈 Thanks for taking such good care of me, Jason. I wont forget all your kindness.

This is my second time coming to Jason. After my first haircut experience with him, I really liked the result. And now came back to dye my hair for summer. I’m super picky with my hair color and with a sensitive scalp I’m even more selective on whoever does my hair. Had a several conversation with Jason to get the color I want, he was very patient with me and made his recommendations. Yoon was also so sweet and polite. Definitely will come back to tone my hair. After visiting a different salon my hair was left butchered by the stylist. It was not the cut I had requested, it was very uneven, and it had many layers that were not blended in well. It was horrible. I decided to look for someone who could fix the horrible haircut. I found Jason after reading some yelp reviews and saw some of the pics and thought maybe he could be the one to fix the disaster haircut. I contacted Jason via text message and he promptly replied. I told him about my problem and he said he could help me. We set up an appointment for later that same day.Once I arrived to the appointment Jason was very welcoming and very polite. He took a look at my hair and I showed him how bad it was. Well he observed it and said he would balance it out. Jason got to work right away. He was very meticulous and detailed in fixing the bad cut. The left side was shorter than the right and he did his best not to cut too much, so that my hair would not be too short in the shortest layers. He diligently worked on my hair for what seemed like forever but his attention to detail is what saved my hair and you would not know that my hair had looked so horrible. My hair is really well blended in, he thinned it out, he reshaped and restyled it so that it didnt look blotchy and ugly. Now I can wear my hair down without embarrassment. Jason is definitely a master artist in hair styling. I will definitely be visiting him again. I highly recommend Jason for any of your haircut needs. The cut was worth every penny and more. I would like to start by thanking Jason for such an incredible job. The service he provided was excellent. I walked into his salon with dry hair and damaged ends. I walked out with revived hair. He trimmed my damaged ends and restored my hair with a bleach out and toner. Overall I left his salon with a positive experience.

Designer Yoon is so nice and professional.Today, I dyed my hair and I got a hair cut. Because of Covid19, I’ve not done my hair over 1year, but she remembered me and what Color I dyed before. I am so satisfied with my new hair.

I was looking for a hairdresser for at least couple of years who is an expert in perm. I messaged local hairdressers on yelp and some responded back. Jason was one of them. I talked to him on the phone before making an appointment and he said hairdresser Yoon has much more expertise in perm so he suggested me to talk to her and I did. She is superb! Very experienced about perm and trying to educate me step by step. I wasnt sure the name of the perm but she confirmed that it is a twist perm (or spiral). Jason offered me a tea with some korean crackers so I dont go hungry during my perm processing. It took 4hours. It requires very skillful technique and Yoon and Jason nailed it. Ive done the similar perm but it wasnt the same. Im super satisfied with the result and this will be my forever hair place to go as long as I stay in LA.

I went there months ago to touch up the roots of my bleached hair. They did so diligently and carefully, minimizing chemical contact with the scalp. I appreciate that they did not rush through it; they took the time to take care of my health while also achieving the desired result. Over the last few months, the color has faded very naturally without ever getting too brassy and the shadow root helps make it a smooth growing out process. I also got a haircut from Jason afterwards and my hair is much better afterwards, no split ends. It has grown out well too.
