Insurance company rep for seniors here. Whoever answers the phone does their best, and tries as hard as they can, to hang up with you. Refuses to even write a phone number down or pass a message to their customers/tenants every single time. Unacceptable.

I visit a dear friend there fairly regularly.It has gone from a lovely place to a filthy, awful horrible one. Its dirty and needs painting and new carpet. It feels depressing and very run down. Awful for the residents morale.The staff seem quite nice on the whole bit they have neglected several times to make sure that someone has wheeled her to the dining room for her meals.Terrible!! The public restroom is horribly run down and very dirty and often doesnt have toilet paper or necessary supplies. The people in charge are full of nonsense excuses.As someone else commented in their review, I would put a dog in there!!!

My mother moved in earlier this year. I was on the verge of moving my mother out to a different facility but then there was change of management. The difference was night and day. I decided to give them a shot and make me feel comfortable with having my mother stay there.The new care staff are really nice and helpful. They seem like they really care about the well-being of all the residents. This is why my mother is still here.I cant wait to see what this team can do. Keep up the good job.

My mom is currently there now and she’s loving it. They recently are under new management. The new administrator and staff are friendly and helpful. They make sure my mom takes her meds and eats her meals every day. I like that they keep an open communications and let me know right away if my mom needs anything. They are doing a great job! I would recommend this place.

My dad receives excellent care at La Habra Villa.

Absolute mess! Management is incompetent. No one seems to care about their job here and the caregivers dont even know where the supplies are kept. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy to work or live here!
