I am looking for a chiropractor because my husband has a hurt knee. I just called. call log reads 9:28am 8/18/2021. the super rude lady answered and she Sounded like i was bothering her. I informed her that i was trying to make an appointment online but the website seems not be working. This rude attitude is not what a new patient is looking for when Shopping for a chiropractor. If you have a bad attitude. one can only imagine what the doctor might be like? Thank you rude lady for helping ME make this Decision so easy. Hope your day gets better.

Then they give you services that they know aren’t cover by your insurance bcs they see the my card insurance but IGNORE TO INFORM YOU.. until you get the services spend two hours at school again with this Dr. who is a sales person and a fake. Amazing, friendly staff. They will go above and beyond for you. Being my first time at a chiropractor I wasn’t too sure what to expect and was extremely nervous. Dr. Hanin Hawatmeh and her staff took me in and went above and beyond and I could not thank them enough. As a woman of a certain age, this was my first exposure to chiropractic services due to the encouragement of a friend. Nothing like I had expected and I’m feeling relief so quickly. Staff understood my reservations and walked me through with education as treatments were performed. Glad I listened to my girlfriend. :=)

After overexerting myself at my job, my lower back started hurting for over three weeks and I thought it was my kidney. So my doctor conducted several tests and he couldn’t find out what was wrong. He said it was not my kidney and believed it was muscle strain. So I made an appointment with Cloud Chiropractic Wellness Center. When I arrived, I was seen within five minutes after filling up the paperwork. The staff were very friendly, but despite them having a full house, Dr Hawatmeh took the time to read my x-rays and explained that the pain is caused by the curve in my spine and suggested a rehab program. She adjusted my back. By the next day I felt no pain. I am very thankful and I will follow up with another progress report.

I first came to know Cloud Chiropractic when it was under different ownership back in 2014. Severe back pain convinced me to return for some treatment a couple of months back. The new owner, Dr. Hanin Hawatmeh, was professional yet friendly while reviewing my X-rays and prescribing my course of treatment. The therapists I work with are helpful and have been instrumental in moving my treatment to the next level. My adjustments have been adapted to conform to some previous medical conditions. Whether it is Dr. Hanin or one of her other equally competent chiropractors, care is always taken to make sure that the treatment is gentle yet effective. The office just received a bit of ‘sprucing’ up, new, comfortable chairs adorn the waiting room and inner offices. Jazmin, the scheduler/receptionist has made it easy to go through my insurance and is patient when I have needed to reschedule an appointment. The best part of my review: I feel much better and can actually walk normally now, something I couldn’t do when I first ‘creeped’ in.

After hurting my back, I was in search of a new chiropractor that was local. I came across Cloud Chiropractic through a Google search and decided to give the office a try. On my first visit I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care provided. Dr. Hanin, Dr. Garrison and Dr. Quon are very knowledgeable, personable, caring and gentle. The office staff is also caring, friendly and helpful while the office environment is warm, inviting and relaxed. Scheduling an appointment is easy and wait time is usually minimal to none depending on the time of day. I am greatly blessed by the staff’s honest care and encouragement to make healthier decisions that will improve my quality of life!

Dr. Hanin is exceptional in her practice.She was very thorough and informative. I never met a Dr. who took their time to explain the smallest details, listened and answered all my questions. And I mean ALL my questions.My injury in short, degenerative disc mixed with a bulging disc, was no small task. All my primary did was prescribe me the highest dose of painkiller and told me to limit all activities.I felt like I was never going to get better and that my athletic career was over!Not only did she provide me with an awesome treatment plan, exercises, supplements, and massages from her skilled masseuse; she has taught me how to take care of my lower back so I can continue doing the sport I love. While be extra careful of course.The instant sense of euphoria and relief from Dr. Hanin’s adjustments is the reason why visiting her office has become a monthly regimen far beyond the end of my treatment plan.Cloud Chiropractic and the whole staff is a team you can trust for your health.

I came to cloud chiropractic about a year ago with herniated disks thinking I would never be able to move or walk again. As I began going to my weekly appointments I slowly started to walk, lift objects, bend over, and sleep better all in less than 6 months.Dr. Hanin is an exceptional chiropractor. She targets the problem and fixes it, explains everything with such detail, answers any question you have, and looks petit and sweet but has the strength of Hercules. She makes you feel like a glow stick. You go in with no color, get adjusted (cracks you like crazy), and come out of the place glowing!The staff here is AWESOME! They make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in, they bond and build a cool relationship with you, and they never fail to ask how youre feeling and how your day is going.I drive 40+ minutes to this place and its ask well worth the time, gas, and traffic.Highly recommend going here.

Alright first off, I had my pre conceived ideas about chiropractors prior to coming here. I was in a car crash recently and was the car in between two trucks. As you can imagine, my back surly was in a ton of pain! I had multiple people after my accident tell me I should seek out a chiropractor. My lawyer also recommended treatment of my choosing. Since I thought going to a pill dr wouldn’t do much but offer me pills to numb the pain and wouldn’t fix the issue resulting from the car accident I first asked God to direct me to a healer so to speak. My lawyer said he had some options for a chiropractor and I took a leap of faith in that direction. I called Cloud Chiropractic minutes later and was able to get in to see the Dr. the same day. I was highly impressed by the service, the efficiency, and their dedication to educating me on how we are going to get my spine back to normal (pre accident). I’ve now completed 6 sessions with many more scheduled. I cannot believe it still how quick my pain has subsided. I am still in shock how the work these Dr.s do is incredible and seriously a godsend. The entire staff is so nice! Very helpful and kind! The Dr.s all work together in administering treatment. They explain in great detail, also in a way we normis can understand, what they are doing and how it’s effecting my whole body overall. Such a blessing to come here and receive the utmost highest care I’ve ever thought of. I truly walk out of there feeling better than when I walked in each session.
