John was fabulous to work with!! I made a mistake with my son’s insoles and he took the best care of me!! He made sure everything was perfect and called to follow up a couple days later to make sure things were still great!! Definitely recommend this business!! I have been wearing inserts for over 30 years. The first pair were invented by the original inventor of the Good Feet product. Recently I purchase another pair from a wonderful sales lady in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. She spent the time to ensure I had the right ones. They have really made a difference in my stability and foot pain as I have extremely flat feet.

I was doubtful at first but Lisa was so helpful and convincing that I decided to give it a try. Best decision that I have ever made. I have lived with back pain for most of my life but after wearing the supports I was amazed. I dont have back pain and am able to walk straight again. I will never be without them. Thanks Lisa!

Paid $350 for 2 pieces of plastic and 2 cheap liners which are torn to shreds a few short months later. The sales person told me I could get free liner replacements for life (for that price, Id hope so). Now Im told 3 pair are $70. More like Bad Feet Store.The supports do help, but if Id known it was nearly a complete scam Id have saved $300 and got some decent arch support elsewhere. 0.5/5 stars

Got good feet arch supports a few years ago. I work on the cement everyday and once I put the supports In I felt the relief in my legs and back almost instantly.

I love my Good Feet arch supports. Ive had severe plantar fasciitis on and off for years . I started wearing and had immediate relief from my heel pain. With the supports I havent had one flare up in my feet since . My neck was also was an issue at times and it hasnt bothered me . Lisa and her staff have been wonderful to work with and have helped me learn how wear them in all my shoes. Alana

Helped us sift through multiple pairs of shoes/arches and replaced an arch that wasnt sized right (from a different store) at no cost. Very patient. Good advice!

Not only did I get a great product with incredible relief for my plantar fasciitis but the entire experience in the store was amazing. I had a bubbly 3 year old and a crabby baby with me but was still given swift and precise customer service. They even had crayons and paper to keep the 3 year old happy. I will gladly recommend this store to anyone with foot problems.

I was skeptical when going in, the shop was just this little room with very little on display.And, my doctor had already fitted me with customized inserts for my fallen arch.However... after she put them in my shoe, I literally cried with excitement :-)The pain was gone! I had never expected that to happen.Then we proceeded to desk for payment, while she warned me now comes the hard part.But... the $350 cost was/IS totally worth the pain relief and I had no problem (even though we are poor, living check to check) putting it on my credit card and from there I will make the payments until they are paid off.I just cant believe the instant relief that I felt when I stood up and took those first stroll around.Im a true believer, and will likey buy another pair for other shoes when this pair is paid for.

Very, very pleased with the product and the customer service. These inserts have been a life saver for me.

I showed up on Saturday and even though their sign says Saturday 10am-4pm its 2pm and they are closed. May want to let possible customers know if there are going to be days when the place will be closed that arent regularly closed.

The service is good.The product helped.It should be in steps.After six months the support felt like it flattened.But it was my feet needing a higher arch.Took them back and they gave me a higher arch,that did help.I would have liked to increase the arch with out any additional cost.With the cost of the product this should not be an issue.

Sales person told me she had no professional training for this type job. Very expensive for someone guessing. Did not make purchase.
